The tow truck driver was very pleasant and arrived before the time estimate I was given. I needed a ride to the repair shop and I found it really easy to get in and out of the tow truck.

My experience was very pleasant. The guy who towed my vehicle called the second he was at my house. He answered every concern I had. I would definitely recommend this company for towing needs.

Driver was super nice, helpful, careful of my driveway and grass. I even had to change destination and dispatch handled it with no issues. 5 stars and definitely recommend.

We broke down on interstate 30 and needed a tow during this holiday madness. Our driver was dispatched quickly. We received a phone call with an estimated time in which he showed up during that time. Hooked us up with no issues! Expedient service! We would highly recommend them!

The gentleman towing the vehicle was very patient and making sure that the vehicle was properly secured on the flatbed. My vehicle was having some computer issues and could not be maneuvered to the neutral, but he was very patient and taking his time and analyzing the issue to finally get it in a neutral stance. He also then had to push the vehicle because the car could not be driven as well so he was very patient and careful and did an excellent job.

Fast Stop is so Good!!!! Had a tow scheduled and prepared to pick up my truck. However due to a miscommunication with MY ROADSIDE service, a flat bed tow truck was needed and not ordered by them!!!! Fast stop came through with a new truck to pick me up and they didn’t sweat the wasted hook tow truck. Dispatcher Jack Mr. Blaze was the flat bed driver that got my truck (Jimbo) to the intended destination. Fast stop called today to be sure everything worked out well!!!!!

As soon I needed a tow through my insurance, they called me right back saying they was 15 minutes away. The driver was a great help because he boosted off my battery and towed my vehicle to the maintenance shop. I preciate them !

They came within the time specified. The driver kept in proper contact with me.The driver did not put my name on the envelope that the key was put in. This caused major problems!

I wasn't very happy about him dragging my vehicle onto his truck without putting my vehicle in neutral, thus putting strain on the transmission while it was in park. I'm hoping that he did not tear my transmission up.

Very rude and unprofessional once they have your vehicle. Will greet you (once they have your vehicle in their yard) with a gun at the door when inquiring about your vehicle. Very hostile individuals with clear motives behind YOUR OWN property. Stay away. Will create all kind of prices to hold on to your vehicle and make it appear that you no longer have access to your vehicle once picked up!

I could not find anyone to come and winch out my motorhome for almost 2 months! If I found someone just to leave there shop was 1800. Finally I came across fast stop towing. When he said I can be there today in 2 hours I was so excited! Showed up on time did exactly what he needed to do and my big 36 ft girl was out the hole! They also towed her to where I'm moving to as the windshield was busted! I definitely have these guys on speed dial for my bus now!
