Great service for an early morning issue. Car battery died and the team jumped right into action. Mr. Tarrus and his staff know what they’re doing and make you feel comfortable enough to trust their knowledge. I was back on the road to continue Christmas shopping in less than 30 minutes.

I had to come in to get a battery. The previous battery I had to replace every year. Ms. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and sweet while finding me a better battery with a longer warranty. Brent was also very helpful in installing it and did so with a smile. I never felt like I was a burden once. The customer service at the location in Zachary, LA is peak. I highly recommend them for all of your auto part needs.

My car battery died at grocery store! After I had car jumped off, I drove straight to AutoZone in Zachary, La. They replaced my battery for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I’m forever grateful for their employees and service. They even turned down my tip! Please visit them if you’re in need a great service!!!
Totally disrespectful to my veterans status. At 73 my service was required. I have long since lost my military identification. Last time I purchased brakes was allowed total respect and appropriate discount. I have been a longtime Autozone customer but no more. Manager attempted to humiliate me when I asked for a discount.
It's not the worst AutoZone I've been to, but it's not the best either. I'm giving them 4 stars because they did help me look for my missing debit card, so the people that do work there are helpful and seem honest.
My salesperson/tech was Atreya and he was great from start to finish. He was personable, professional and happy to help me change my car battery. It’s hard to find quality service, but this was it!
This store has a huge selection of various auto parts and accessories. But I found the feminine male manager to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I visited this store twice, and on both occasions, when I walked in, he turned around, looked at me, rolled his eyes, and turned his back to me. On a more positive note, the other employees were helpful. One installed my car battery and the other installed my windshield wipers. I tipped them both for their kindness and help.
