Been shopping here for over a year and suddenly the prices have skyrocketed! They are using apps to google their donated goods! Ridiculous price's, rusted, broken items for top dollar! I will not be donating here!

Great Deals!!! Just gotta keep looking for what you can find!

I spend a lot of money here, but that will soon change, I think. The prices are outrageous and very inconsistent. I think they should implement a rewards program for customers. You know, spend $100, get 10% off the next purchase, or something like that. That would make it easier to sucker the prices. Also, the team is good, but please remember you all are getting these items for free, so get them out quickly for a fair price. Please stop turning into retail; no one likes that. We like to thrift and want deals.

Categories of items for sale are dwindling at this store such as costume jewelry,pots and pans and most distressing children’s books.

Went to goodwill with my daughter in zachary. She is in a wheelchair and someone was parked where they should not be. I walked in and ask the little lady to see if they would get them to move so we could shop. Literally she said no didn't matter if they were parked in handicap rude as she could be. Don't shop there also Don't park where you should not. Certain people do need handicap spots.??

Last time I visited this store I was refused a purchase because the item wasn't marked with the new pricing bar code. All similar items were marked with a sign. all shirts $3.00....it was the sole purpose of my visit...very disappointed.

I prefer shopping here for all my clothing needs. I don't feel hassled and can shop at my pace. The staff is great and always friendly. Thank you Zachary Goodwill for being awesome to your patrons!!

The prices have become insane. Sadly I cannot really afford to shop at Goodwill any more. I always thought places like this were there to help the people who cannot afford the prices at the big box stores but now I am forced to see it is just to turn a profit. I am beyond disappointed in this location and many of others I have gone in to shop.

Every time I shop at the Zachary location, I find high end products at really cheap prices. I got 3 pair of designer slacks today for only $3.99/each.

I can buy the same items cheaper at Walmart and they aren't used. Good will is ridiculous. ?

I’ve been here 2x and by the time I checkout the items, the price get doubled. the last time that I went there I just got 3 items and the price for the 1 item is $2 because it’s 50% off then the 2 items is 3.99 ( it’s not even on the special price so how come they charge me roughly 17 dollars for just 3 items!? I don’t like to complain but they doing too much... I hate dealing with money-hungry people :((((

Got 3 pr jeans fro. Children's clothing. Was charged for adult jeans after I told her I got them from child's rack! Was charged for adult. She wouldn't put the. Up for me til I pick up a microwave I bought there too! Spent over $70!!!! Didn't get jeans...BUT I EXPECT THEM TO BE T HERE IN THE MORNING AND MARKED 1.99 AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE! VERY RUDE SALESLADY. TOOK THEM TO THE BACK AFTRR I ASKED HER TO LEAVE THEM WITH THE MICROWAVE I PAID 4 + AM PICKING UP TOMORROW! SALESKADY WAS VANESSA + I WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY! ZACHARY LA. LOCATION...I EXPECT THE 3 PAIR OF JEANS THERE WITH MY MICROWAVE IN THE MORNING WHEN I PICK THEM UP

They are getting absolutely Rediculous on there prices.Price goungen . there are so many items in there that you can get at several stores much cheaper. Greed and the love of money Sinful.

This is an incredibly clean and well organized store. The prices are of course very reasonable. I was greeted by the staffwhen I walked in and they were available to answer questions if I had any.

I had a great experience at thish location. Found great name brand items for a very good affordable prices. Workers were very friendly and helpful!!

I found some great clothes for me and my husband. Also shoes and purses. The store was extremely organised.

The staff member there is great, helpful and nice. Selection will always vary but they often have very nice clothes there. The shop is visible from traffic, free parking, and wheelchair accessible.

I love to visit the store is only 2 blocks away Everyone s very nice

Stopped in just to check them out and I was amazed by the cleanliness, and by how orderly everything was throughout the store. While browsing I was asked several times if I had any questions or needed help and my experience shopping was so much nicer than many other retail locations. I believe the managers name was Mindy, personal thanked me for stopping in and helped me numerous times as well. I'll definitely be back!

Smaller than some goodwill stores but well organized and clean. Staff was helpful.

This is a really good store. The clothes are really good and in good condition for used clothes. I have bought some very nice things here since they opened, and I think about my trips there as treasure hunts! It is very fun and the employees are awesome. If you like garage sales, this is a nice clean place to go.

Goodwill in Zachary mis-labeled an item that I bought. I was not given a confirmation ticket for pickup so mis-labeling caused a snafu in that the item was later mistakenly SOLD again. The staff did not follow their own protocol of giving confirmation ticket or immediately securing a "sold" ticket to item. I showed up the next day to retrieve my purchased item and they unfairly voided my sale and issued a refund. Meanwhile cashier covering her a** saying it wasn't her fault. Usually I have a decent experience at that store but this visit was a total fail.

The staff have generally good attitudes, the shelves and racks are usually stocked, and the store is usually clean.
