Sam and his team were quick to repair my damaged fender after a minor accident. I was referred to them by third party insurance. Truck looks great…I didn’t notice any misaligned paneling or mismatched paint so I’m happy with the repair. I cannot speak on the price as it was paid for by someone else’s insurance but their work was quality and I couldn’t find anything I was unhappy with. Will update if any issues arise.

I stopped here to get an estimate on my truck. I met Sam. Sam was the nicest guy. He was very helpful and honest with me, had great customer service skills and this is the kind of people I like to do business with. If you need paint and body work done go see Sam he's great!!!!

I recently had an issue with my truck and reached out to Joe Hudson’s Collision Center on Perkins Road for assistance. From the moment Kelly answered the phone, I was met with professionalism and genuine care. She quickly gathered the necessary information and asked if I could come in within 15 to 20 minutes. I appreciated the prompt scheduling and made my way there. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager, Sam, who immediately assessed the problem. What impressed me most was his ability to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue. Rather than suggesting an expensive or time-consuming repair, sam made a few precise adjustments on the front of my truck that completely resolved the problem. I was back on the road in no time. Sam was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and honest. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and offered a practical solution that saved me both time and money. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations.

I've never had this level of service from a body shop before. Kelly and Sam were great to work with. I was told it would take 10 days to repair and it was delivered as promised. I was texted when work started, midway progress report, and when ready to be picked up. VERY HAPPY My car looks brand new. Thank you to the Joe Hudson TEAM.

Joe Hudson did the work on my bumper. The staff was very friendly, and assured me that my car would be ready by Tuesday of the following week. My car was finished by Monday a day earlier. I was very pleased with the work on car. The bumper was new, and the paint job was excellent. Sam and his receptionist was wonderful, and kept me informed of every detail of the work being performed when my car was in the shop. I would recommend Joe Hudson Collision shop to all of my family and friends.

They told me a date to finish my car then I get a call from my insurance agent saying the repair dollar amount doubled. I didn't recieve any information saying why it doubled and they tried to total my car. I will never take any of my vehicles here again and I will do my best to stear other people away from them. It's all about how much you all can get from the insurance companies. Very sneaky and misleading.

Entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Sam and his staff walked me through the process with knowledge, patience and professionalism. They kept me updated on the project and finished the job on my car right on time. Not only did they guide me through the part that they were responsible subtle for but also guided me with arranging a rental car and pick up/drop off. The workmanship makes my car seem brand new. Highly recommend this company!

They fixed my car in about 2 hours. Expected it to be days but pleasantly surprised. Sam told me to use my own insurance and let them handle it. Turned out to be sound advice. Recommend this place.

They took such good care of me here! Had me in and out, only charged me for the part I needed and a small cost of labor, taught me about the part, and gave advice for the future. It’s hard to find caring car maintenance as a woman (let alone in her 20s). Thank y’all so much!

The people are nice but do not communicate. You WILL have to initiate most interactions. They decided they could not work on my car anymore and did not call me. My car was there for over a month in total. When I eventually called to check in after a few weeks of not hearing anything (after they told me 2-3 days for parts and a week for labor) that is when they told me. I also had to initiate callbacks during the quoting process (although I was told they would call me). Again they are nice once you get a hold of them, but don’t expect them to be proactive or communicate issues with you in a timely manner. Can not rate their actual work as no work was done to my car.

On March 29th, 2024, I brought my car in for an estimate. After the estimate, I was told it would take 2-3 days to complete the work on my car. This was perfect because I was going out of town from April 25th to April 29th. This did happen to overlap with a weekend, but keeping the 2-3 day time frame in mind, I was assuming pick up would be Tuesday or Wednesday. When I dropped the car off on April 25th, I confirmed the 2-3 day work period, and was reassured on this. I called April 29th to get an estimated date/time for pickup, and was told that no one had even touched my car yet. This continued for 4 days. Every single day I called, I was told someone would call me back with more information, which NEVER happened. I ALWAYS initiated the call. On May 6th I called again, and was told that there was much more damage to my car than initially anticipated, and that more parts needed to be ordered. I understand that things like this happen; however, my issue is that it was NEVER communicated with me. I was always the one to reach out and ask questions. Again, I was told I would be called back with more information. Again(as expected at this point), I was never called back. On May 8th I called again to see what was going on, and I was told that they had received the wrong part again. I was confused because I was never informed this happened a first time. As a college student trying to work and move out of her apartment, I NEED a car. I communicated this and was told I could come pick up my car with no tail light on May 13th, at around 10:30am. They told be that I would receive a call around 9am confirming that it was ready. Guess what! May 13th came around AND I had to reach out to them at 9:45am, and I was told that my car would be ready around noon(not like I have a job or anything!). I was called back for the first time in this entire experience, and I was told that it would be ready by noon. I went in at 12:30pm, and the car wasn’t ready(big shocker at this point). I was told I get a call at 1:30pm, and I said “No. I will call at 1:30”. I called them at 1:45pm(gave them some extra time because they apparently need it) and was told my car wouldn’t be ready for 2-2.5 more hours(again, not like I have a job). I decided to go home, and after 15 minutes of being home(2:30pm) I was called and told that my car was ready. I still needed to bring my car back to get the correct part put in once it arrived. They told me they would give me a call the next day to let me know that the part was there, and to confirm that I would be there at 8am on 5/16 to get the part replaced. Guess what!! They never called me:) I called them on 5/16 to ask what was going on, and was informed that they did receive the part(still unsure of why they couldn’t call me, like they said, to let me know it was in). I took my car in for the last time on 5/17. After sharing this story with several friends, I was informed that this is not a unique experience. As a whole, I understand that things happen and that cars are unpredictable. However, the lack of communication from this establishment is absolutely unacceptable. On top of the terrible communication, almost every single person I spoke to was rude and condescending; whether in person, or over the phone. I would recommend going anywhere BUT Joe Hudson Collision Center. On a positive note, CJ was awesome. Every time I spoke with him, I genuinely felt like I was being heard, and my concerns were being addressed. He was always kind and understanding, and was the only helpful person in the entire establishment.

This was by far the absolute most horrible experience I have ever had with any auto repair shop in the 50 years of my life and 30 + years in business. The “so called” Owner by the Name of Doug was a mean and ungrateful. He rude and impatient. it was clear that he did not value my $10,000 repair. It took them over 10 weeks to complete my simple repair. And one week of waiting time was for them to receive a a simple battery. The service Lady named Amy blocked my calls and did not answer me often :/ until the very end when she finally and immediately answered my incoming call to finally announce it was complete. The owner is and has no consideration whatsoever. I would charge you to RUN AWAY from this location! They didn’t even fox my cracked window :/

Doug & his team were great. The process was long due to parts & insurance, but Doug & his team did a great job. Our truck looks like it did before the accident. Doug made himself available when I needed him to help talk with the insurance company and enterprise several times. He kept me posted on the status & even refused to use a part that was sent to him because the quality of that part was unacceptable & would jeopardize the safety of the vehicle.

After I was in my car accident my company chose Complete collision center to help evaluate the damage. Wow… Mr. Doug Reed runs about as smooth and friendly of an operation as one could run. Fast, candid and above all else honest with every step of the process. A++++ experience, I will not ever go anywhere else and I advise you to see for yourself!

I have a 2018 beetle. As most people know, beetles are currently no longer being made and parts can be scarce. I got some bumper damage to my late mother’s beetle. I was absolutely devastated that I could not find anywhere that would be willing to fix a VW beetle. A friend recommended complete collision, and my expectations have been exceeded. After getting an estimate, they scheduled my repair a week later compared to a 2-4 month wait from other places. Doug worked diligently to find the parts. I got my car back today and just wow! It looks awesome. I’m so glad that I get to continue driving my beetle!!! Thank you complete collision!!!

I called complete collision center to get a quote on some clear coat scratches on a new car. I had been quoted up to 400 dollars from other companies in the area. I sent pictures and a video of the damage to their app, which was very convenient, and within a few hours I had received a reply. They told me to contact another local company that could do the work for a lot cheaper. I was really impressed with their honesty, they saved me a lot of time and money. If I ever do wind up needing body or paint work I’ll definitely be coming back!

I spoke with Doug throughout my experience with the Complete Collision Center. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help me get my side mirror replaced. I was able to come in without an appointment one day for assessment and by the next week (after less than an hour after my appointment time), the mirror was fixed and as perfect as it was when I drove it away from the dealership. He's not a salesman, he's an actual human who wants to help you and your vehicle leave better off than it was brought in. I definitely recommend his and this company's services.

My vehicle was hit while parked. I endured pure trauma dealing with Progressive insurance to get my car fixed. The Baton Rouge office manager, Christine, was a complete gem!! She worked hard trying to negotiate prices with the progressive adjuster who was not budging on after market or salvage parts. In the end Complete Collision made sure my car was repaired with original parts and I appreciate them so much. I don't plan on anymore accidents but I HIGHLY recommend this location on Perkins Rd. Thank you Complete Collision! Christine you were awesome to work with!
