100% your go to company for towing needs. Darnell was fantastic and was able to help us out so efficiently, and he was so kind and absolutely is one of the best workers this company has hands down!! If you get the opportunity to meet Darnell just know that he knows what he’s doing! (Even if you don’t lol) Also would recommend this company because they are upfront with pricing as soon as you call and give you pretty affordable pricing. When you are in a pinch and need your car towed definitely call No Limit!!

Vehicle was towed because daughter illegally parked. Once we payed she went into the yard to drive the vehicle out. While I was waiting for her, she calls and says the vehicle isn't acting right. Once she parked I inspected the vehicle and could tell that it wasn't shifting correct. I inform the clerk and when the owner comes out he immediately says they didn't do anything wrong and he also would not come out the office to see what the problem was. The owner called his driver(rusty) to come take a look and says the shift linkage to the transmission is loose. Of course any question I asked relative to their process of how the vehicle was retrieved basically unanswered or didn't make sense. After Rusty drove off the owner is comes out to leave and I proceed to tell him nothing was wrong with the vehicle before they towed it and next thing I know he starts to curse me out and try to berate me like I'm lying and trying to pull a fast one. Amongst this he tried to get me to fight him and tried to coerce me to hit him. I guess I wasn't as dumb as he thought since I didn't take the bait. ITS SAD WHEN YOU TRY TO CIVILLY TALK TO A BUSINESS OWNER AND MET THIS KIND OF DISCOURSE.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had a few run ins with this company, and not once has the business been pleasant or even civil. they treat their “customers” like trash and want to take as much money from you as they can. business hours say 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and yet they are closed saturdays and sundays, yet they still make you pay for those 2 days of keeping your car locked up.

Unlimited towing was the only company in town (that answered the phone) that could haul my shortbus to the mechanic shop. Great communication, great service. Clint was so very helpful and attentive and did a great job at loading the vehicle up and getting it to the mechanic. Thank you!

5M stars would be nearly enough because These gentlemen are heroes! Between spotty cell phone service all over the city, my night vision not being what it used to be & not being familiar with the area, one night my GPS told me to turn right too early I found myself about 3 car lengths down a ravine of wet grass. I am so grateful that it was this company that was called to the rescue. Firstly, they were there almost Immediately after getting the call. They knew that I was out there alone & made it priority. Id love for them To be acknowledged for that. Secondly, they took the time to assess the whole situation as to how to go about towing without doing any more damage to my car. The kind of customer care that comes with a sense of urgency & exhibits a higher level of respect was absolutely a breath of fresh air in that moment where I wasn't feeling so great about much. I would like to also like to thank them very much for their compassion & acknowledgment of behind the midst of the towing situation, there is an actual human who's dealings through the aftermath of an accident has only begun & then to top the whole thing off they have the most reasonable prices of towing services in the city I've found this far. No matter where I'm at in the area, if I find myself needing roadside assistance, they will always be the ones I will call.

the lady in the front with the black hair was so rude and nasty i called the business multiple times just to get sent to 2 other locations before getting the correct addresses and i came to get things out of my car and she didn’t let me bc it was in my mothers name and even know my mother verified and sent her id she still told me it doesn’t matter she had so many opportunities to tell me the steps i needed to take before getting things out the car and driving all the way here but she was no help at all. I came back to the business 10/2/24 with everything that i was told that was needed to get my belongings and the same lady in the front continued to be rude then when she let me in the car was dead so i asked if they can boost it are can i boost it to get the trunk open to get all my things and she said “i don’t know what to tell you i’m not going out of my way to help you and i’m not letting any car in to do so” so she proceeds to record me getting my things like something was gonna happen then we asked to speak to who was in charge then he just cursed at us and told his employee not to help us and to hurry up and get out of “his yard” so we pay $450 to get the car out when all i wanted was my things and he said no one was coming in his yard unless it was a tow truck so i got it towed just to get my things and he proceeds to say “cash only for you can’t dispute it when you leave” this business the owner and employees are just rude and nasty and very racist as a small business owner i do not recommend this business to any one.

No Limit towing just pulled us out of a ditch. They got there quick!!! Way faster than any other company we called, even AAA. They were beyond helpful and went out of their way to make sure not to damage our F150. I am sooo grateful that they were there to help when we needed them. Best tow experience EVER!!! 10 out of 10 I definitely will recommend! The young lady who came to pick up my car named Holly was very kind. She listened and she also gave feedback on my vehicle that was very useful information to myself. She also allowed me to get things out of my car and she was patient, even when I was all over the place, the price was right in my budget to say that I had to get it towed and still have to get it fixed . I would definitely recommend for a tow or roadside assistance very quick, no delay and they stayed in communication. I also got my receipt back with everything on it just as quick, so definitely 10 out of 10

Beware! They towed my van to highland Car Care and the guy didn't lower the lift bed all the way and bend my rear axle center cover. Oil leaked out and had to pay for repairs myself. Think twice before using these people.
