I had issues with another automotive business there in lovely Miami County. Not sharing details or names about the bad experience I had in Paola. Rather the good. After another company got into my pocket and simply did not take good care of me leaving me kind of high and dry. I took my car to Walker automotive. What a difference just a handful of blocks away from one establishment to another makes. This guy is like a car magician. he knows his vehicles and is fast, friendly, and above all, he’s honest and works with integrity. . The fact that he puts his name on the front of the building says a lot. he’s good enough at what he does. a
He s proud enough with what he does. He puts his name in big bold letters write on the front of the business. Not many businesses are willing to do that. Wonder why. Hmmmm. If you have any issues with your car. go see this guy. he’ll take good care of you and unlike some other establishments, you can trust trust that yes the parts being charged for actually go on the car and are installed correctly the first time. No buisness insurances, Cost us 20k in damages to have it repaired at the Dealer. Can not recommend at all. Could have worked this out with a simple conversation but couldn't even return our calls.
I called several places in town to get my tire patched from hitting a deer. He got me in and out in 20 mins, everywhere else said they'd have to squeeze me in. Thank you for all your help!
Took a vehicle in for a slipping transmission, they put hydraulic oil in and not transmission fluid. Vehicle was obviously worse than when it went into them. Took it to an actual real shop and that’s when they determined it was hydraulic oil. They were also supposed to change ball joints and tie rod ends. Payed for it and looked after I got home and they were not done and he refused to talk to me. He acted like an immature child. Stay away and go to a real shop. They have recently been evicted and while I was there the power company came in to shut off the electricity. Told me all I needed to know about this place. I do not see this place making it through the rest of the year.
Let me just tell you how Mr. Walker on 10:40 am on a Thursday morning was able to help me get back up and on the road in less than 20 minutes had me back on route! After calling all the tire shops in town, I dialed Walker the last shop in town and sure enough he fixed me up and went out of his way to do so! I really want to thank you
I made an appointment with them and I was early by 10 minutes, when I got there no one was even at the building and no one would answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Didnt charge me for diagnostics on my vehicle and showed me what was wrong with it, Was very quick with diagnostics and had my car overnight. Fixed my car by noon the next day. 10/10 I'd recommend Walker Automotive to anyone in town and they'll be my mechanic for any issues on my vehicle
