So I wanted rear brake calipers. They ordered them, but it turns out there was a packaging issue with the vendor and the right caliper boxes had left calipers in them. Rick at the store took great care of me. He contacted multiple stores and finally after a couple more incorrectly packaged parts. He tracked down exactly what I needed. He stayed in touch with me throughout all of it and called me as soon as he had what I needed. O'Reilly's in Paola definitely took care of me. 10/10 I recommend.
Our go-to automotive store for anything we need. If they don't have it, we can have it delivered to their store and we can pick it up later. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
This is not a question, it is a concern. We were in the Paola KS store on Sunday Sept 8th, 2024. A young man was working there and the gentleman in front of us asked about a part and the young man told him he could go back there and find it. The gentleman said ok but he didn't know what he was looking for. NO HELP FROM THE YOUNG MAN. Someone needs to look into this, it was very bad service. We didn't get the help we needed either.
Great small store. Decent stock. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I see alot of standing around and talking when I need to be checked out or had a question. Other than that I would recommend this establishment
My husband highly recommends this place since they've gotten a lot of new employees. You go in & they try to do everything they can to help you! Nice!!!
Micheal and Misty were excellent help! They answered my questions thoroughly, were endlessly kind, and were extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely come back, absolute superb customer service!
My friend went to O'Reilly's today to get a new bulb for headlight in her van. The associate Blake came out to the van, popped the hood to find out what all was needed, seen her headlight had fallen and wasn't even plugged in. Blake hooked it back up, headlight worked no more issues. I just want O'Reilly's to know I usually don't go in there w/o a male but when Blake is working I would gladly ask him for help.
Went there yesterday to get boat spark plugs, called to see if they had them, they said they did. Drove there, went in to purchase, said they couldn't find them in their location, Said they had ordered 4 in August. Disgusted, left store saying I guess the left hand doesn't know what there doing there. Pitiful, I'll never be back!
You just couldn't find a better group of people than the folks that work here at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Paola. They were all so helpful I need to brag on them. My battery failed and I couldn't even get assistance from the local tow service in town that's when I called the the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Paola, Ks. They came to the rescue with a battery jump pack which was all I needed to get going once again. My Battery failed earlier in the week when the temperature was -4 F but after a couple of days sitting in the driveway it started my truck without any problems so I wasn't to worried about it then December 27th it failed me again this time in Paola and with my wife and grandchildren in the truck, it was evidently time for a new battery which I had already decided to purchase. Shawn at O'Reilly assisted me so I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Paola to make the purchase and I am so pleased to report the whole group of people working there went out of their way, I'm sorry I didn't get all their names but I even received assistance with tools and replacing the battery. The Best People work here at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Paola Ks. . Do yourself a favor choose this store when you need any auto parts you'll be glad you did.

Had everything I needed. Even got help carring a 2 1/2 ton jack to my truck. The ladies working there are great. They had a customer situation and it was handle with class, cool attitude and grace. Very impressive!
Driving across country and needed new windshield wipers. The staff was amazing in not only figuring out which windshield wipers I needed but also assisting with the initial instillation. Thank you guys!
Employees are very good at helping you diagnose issues with your car. Very friendly and courteous too. If they don't have it in stock, they'll have it the next day.
Had some battery issues, so stopped in. They checked it (free service), it's bad, and recommended a new one without trying to up-sell to some $200+ battery.
Helped me out for almost an hour while we tried to get their booster/jump box to charge my battery enough to start the truck. Just before it finally fired, both guys asked if I would be okay with them pulling their personal vehicles over to jump from.

Had to stop here both my headlights went out while i was driving towards kansas City. So I dont have any tools with me it is dark and freezing. The employees there rocked, they helped me get the lights in and were very kind to me. Best experience I have ever had.
Good place to buy auto parts, didn't realize this until the other day but they do price matching, so no need to always run to Wal-Mart to get the auto items you need them.
Super knowledgeable and helpful. Usually pretty busy so you might have to wait for service depending on what you need, but they do a fantastic job of finding you what you need (and they're usually better at figuring it out than reading your car's user manual!)
I am from out of State and ended up with a flat in Paola and needed a special tool to change me tire. Laura and Victoria helped me and my family tremendously in my time of need. They were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going here, they went out of there way to help a complete stranger like myself get where I needed to go. I think they deserve a bonus! I had help with a code reading from Laura for a check engine light. Laura was extremely helpful, printed off sheets and acted as my therapist as a long day. I could have asked for better :)
We accidentally threw a receipt away luckily I was able to get ahold of them and Laura was able to help and she was awesome and went above and beyond to get things figured out! Thanks so much!
Very helpful staff both over the phone and in person. They seemed well educated and helpful especially as I'm new at this fix it yourself side! Made sure to get my rewards card as I'll be visiting more!
Don't visit here unless you are willing to wait a day. Get used to the phrase "we will have to order that". Very frustrating, especially since there isn't another auto parts store for 15 miles.
O Reilly has hired screen readers. Tried to get a pan gasket for a 200 R4. Response what's it fit so I led them through it, does it have a manual or a automatic. Response if it had a manual why would I be looking for a pan gasket for a automatic? Was told we have one in stock. I said lay it out I will come get it. Get there no gasket so we go down the road again no not a manual well here it is the 87 Monte Carlo SS shows a 700 R4. Response from me no they didn't come with that they had a 200 R4 . No our software shows it takes a 700R4. Finally googled the part numbers for them. Their software is junk.
