I purchased a very nice Sierra Denali from Integrity Auto and it was a great experience! The price was below other dealers, the service was amazing and the paperwork a piece of cake! Overall a great transaction. A week after I purchased one of the backseat seatbelts had an issue and when I asked about it they fixed it right away for no charge! Great service for sure. This place really stands behind their name “Integrity.” I was referred to this place by a coworker and was told they’re the best and they’ll get you set up. My coworker was right. When I first spoke with Tadd he was very helpful and courteous. I asked him questions and he gave me quality answers. I’ve had awful experiences from other car dealers but once I got off the phone with Tadd, my view changed. From the process of first speaking with him to driving off the lot with a new car, I never felt pushed or hassled to get this vehicle. Tadd and Kenny both knew my situation and was willing to work within reason. My brother had his car break down bad and was in dire need of a new vehicle so based off my experience I referred him to Integrity Auto. Luckily they had the exact vehicle he was looking for and was able to get him in his new ride within a week. My husband and I came in just to test drive a Traverse, answer was no problem here's the key. There was zero pressure to buy. Kenny was very nice and was able to answer our questions quickly. That night we filled out an application for the car. Kenny was in constant contact with us. Today we went back signed the papers and bought that Traverse. We were in and out in less than 30 mins. They will also work with you on any price point and will shop rates to help you. I feel like their prices are very fair, but more than anything else, their cars don't feel used.
