Clint is amazing. It took him one day with my 2018 Accord to figure out the issue when I have had my car at Honda numerous times and a couple of other shops with no resolution to the problem. The amount of money I could have saved if I would have just came here to start with. My car drives better than it has in years, it’s like it’s new! Will forever be a customer and only come here going forward. Pleased is an understatement.

Had my Sons car for 9 months parked out back and did nothing to it. Got it to another mechanic primed the fuel pump and it started right up. Also quoted $1,500 for a carbarator and there was nothing wrong with it.

The owner of this business was amazing to work with. I was able to set an appointment to drop off my truck and get a new air conditioning system installed. He called as soon as it was finished and the price was well within budget.This was a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

I have brought my car here several times and have never had a bad experience. They offer great customer service, low prices, competent labor, and high quality parts. I've never had them pressure me to have anything replaced or fixed that isn't absolutely necessary. In fact, I'm usually told something like, "well, such and such will probably need to be replaced sometime, but not yet", or "would you like to replace such and such?" It gives me a chance to plan ahead and budget for my car's upcoming maintenance needs. I appreciate Paola Auto Care for their help keeping my car and my family going. Like any good service provider in any industry they stay busy so plan ahead if possible!

Dropped car off 3 weeks ago and still hasn't been touched. The man is not very personable and a tad rude and off putting.

Had a problem with fuel system/gas sensor, they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in tip top shape, even gave us a tune up/oil change and fuel at no extra charge! Would recommend this shop 110%. Thank you so much!

The guys were able to diagnose and fix my car in just two days for a very reasonable price. Clint was very communicative and explained the entire process from diagnosis to finishing the job. Absolutely wonderful customer service, super friendly staff, loads of experience (not afraid to look for answers to uncommon issues, either), quick turnaround times, and amazing prices!

I have had two major repairs done here on my BMW -- a driveshaft center support bearing (my car was shaking), and a wheel bearing (couldn't even take it on the highway). Both times, I was given an accurate quote for a reasonable price, and left with a fixed car and a happy drive home. Everyone here has been friendly to me (hard to find at a car shop) and they have always been honest about the work they do on my car. They're a trustworthy bunch, worthy even of driving a little out of town, if your car can make it.

These guys are amazing! I was about to be ripped off by a dealership service department when I called Clint to get a second opinion. He charged me nothing to look at it which I greatly appreciate and he found out that what the dealership said was wrong with my car was completely incorrect! Paola Auto care found exactly what was wrong with my car and had parts ordered for me. They are reasonably priced at Paola auto care and you will not find more honest genuine people anywhere else! I will be taking my car here from now on!

My daughter was driving thru Kansas and stopped in Paola because her car was making a strange sound. I called to speak to Clint to explain the situation. They didn’t have any appointments available but he told me to have her come on over so he could try to figure out if it was safe for her to continue on her way. He not only fixed her car, he wouldn’t let her pay him for fixing it! Clint went above and beyond and I am grateful he was there to help my child. As he said to my daughter, if his child needed help he would want someone to be there to help.

They treated me fair. They did not over charge me, nor add on extra bs fees. Courteous, polite, and timely. The work is good. I'll put it this way. I needed to get my brakes check and repaired. I called meineke were I was quoted over the phone $200. I go there and in 5mins they quote me $900. I come out here to paola auto care and they were able to fix everything for $600. These guys so far are honest mechanics. Well worth the extra drive.

We looked on Google and saw that they had a very high rating. We took our car in for an oil change. They fit us in and was very helpful. Very nice people and they did a great job. I will be taking our cars back there when they need maintenance. Highly recommended!

I literally do not trust anyone with my truck or my wife's van more than Clint and the guys at Paola Auto Care. If Clint tells you something in particular is wrong with your vehicle, he's gonna be right. And unlike other mechanics of he can't find the issue, he'll tell you upfront. One of the most honest business mechanics I've ever met.

I waited a couple of weeks before writing the review but the work they did on my vehicle has been great. No doubt I will be taking my other vehicles back for all regular maintenance now. The experience of working with Clint was flawless. He always answers and got me in the weekend after Thanksgiving. He can be trusted and that speaks for itself.
