Wife’s car got hit by a tornado and SEVERE hail damage over almost the entire car. Called the guys At Dales and they got us in and got the car looking like new if not better than new!

Took the pickup in Monday and got it back Thursday afternoon and the repair is excellent. They couldn't get a trim piece due to the age of the truck so they had to hand work the original and you can't tell it was ever damaged.
That team are craftsmen for certain.
I had my 2016 escalade esv in for some rear quarter repairs. This is a tri color pearl white paint. The work performed was beyond exceptional! Body lines mayched perfect! Looks better than new and the paint matches perfect! Ron and his guys went way above and beyond!

These guys are super sweet!! My phone fell behind my charging station & one of the employees tried to get it out. We were to go back the following day to have them remove the console to get it, but my son was able to get it out. The price we were quoted was very reasonable, so we would definitely do business with them if needed!!! Thank you again for your kindness & caring. These guys did an amazing job fixing my car. They fixed it very fast and made it look better than when i bought it. If you need any kind of work done on your vehicle bring it here and they will fix it very fast. The customer service is very great as well. They walked me through the process and gave me check ins consistently. I am grateful i brought my car to this shop.
Ron & Travis did an amazing job on my sons car, fixing the drivers side of the car after debris in the road hit the car. They said 2 weeks to fix it and it was done Perfectly & done on time.

We took my mom's car in after a deer ran into the side of it. The work done was excellent. They communicated well with us. Could not be happier, they were fantastic about giving us an estimate, working within that, and dealing with insurance when needed. I was so happy with them that I ended up bringing my own vehicle in for an estimate and am taking it to them next week for some work. They go above and beyond and they will get all of our business from here on out. Cannot recommend highly enough! A++++
Ron at Dale’s Body Shop Paola was amazing. He went above and beyond when it came to my vehicle. We took my car here after my husband hit a deer. He kept in constant contact with our insurance company and us. Making sure everything was handled attentively and in a timely manner. There was a quick turn around, and even after the repair I had a few concerns which were handled promptly by Ron . Now my car looks better than it did before. So far so good. They came and got my baby on Tuesday. Hopefully have an eta of how long they will have it.
What a fabulous group of guys. They did everything possible to get my poor baby fixed and fixed correctly. She looks better than I ever could have imagined. The blending was beautiful then had some custom done on my shaker. Gave Scott a pic of what I was going with and then let him go with it. What an amazing job. Paola is the town to go to for dodge dealership/ dodge service and now the body shop that ROCKS!!!!

No one wants to deal with vehicle damage, except maybe Dale's Body Shop in Paola :) they worked with insurance that was killing me, hassle free, top notch service! Got my 14 year old Ford E350 back looking and driving like new, not an easy job after I took out a deer @ 75MPH
If I could give this place 100 stars I would! I don't even know where to begin. Our truck, which was my baby, was stolen and recovered, damaged. Ron listened patiently to me as I cried and told him what a nightmare the whole thing had been, he assured me they were going to do everything they could to make sure our truck was taken care of and returned to us in better condition than it was before it was stolen. Ron and the guys at Dale's did NOT disappoint. Ron was so good about communicating with us and the insurance adjuster. Because the truck had been stolen it had to have mechanical work as well as body work and it was all taken care of at Dale's and they even have in-house detailing! So we didn't have to deal with a mechanic shop coordinating with the body shop, Dale's took care of it all! I told Ron I hope I don't ever have to see him in that office again, BUT, if we ever have a need for body work on ANYTHING, Dale's has a customer for life!
Dale's did a great job at a very good price. They are flexible to work with. They deal with the insurance company thru any problems that arise. Definitely would use their services again.
I have a brand new 2020 car that got alittle damage and we decided to handle the damage without Insurance. Dales's was a great price and did an amazing job on my car. I will never be able to notice the damage that they fixed.
I highly recommend using them if you decide not to use Insurance because the pricing was great and I had my car back in three days. I will be using them for all of our vehicles from now on.

I took my sons 2014 Fiat 500 Sport in to have vinyl stripes removed, the car polished, and a cracked reflector replaced. Ron Schroeder was punctual, professional, and the work was done within 24 hours. They even touched up the paint chips on the hood. I could not be happier with the results. We will be using Dale’s again if the need arises. Definitely worth a little drive.

Dale's repainted the front bumper of my car in September 2019. The staff was helpful and efficient with the estimate. The work was completed right in line with the schedule that I was told and bumper looks like new. Will go back if and when the need arises.
Very knowledgeable estimator and repair staff with decades of experience. I was impressed with the professional yet friendly people and they do nice repair work that actually looks better than it did before the accident. It was a little bit of a drive for me but it is totally worth it to get the car fixed fast and right.
