I use to eat every Sunday at the Deli, but not any more. The meal I always ordered was two chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, roll and a drink for $8.99 + tax. Now you pay $6.99 a pound for all items and drinks are extra charge at the Deli. Won't be eating here again. Went in the other day an one chicken breast was $3.50. Didn't order anything because at that price you would be paying atheist $15 or more by the time you added a vegetables and mashed potatoes, gravy. roll and a drink. A rip off on pricing. I know prices are going up but really doubling the cost! You could gave just I creased the cost by ,$1 or $2 dollars instead of charging g by the pound.

Great grocery store. Nice meat dept. Staff very helpful. Funny how the meat is always bright red and fresh looking.Store across the street meat often has a rather anemic appearance.

We love this store! When we're in the Paola area, we always go here. The salad bar is amazing! We also take advantage of the 5 for $25 meat they offer. It's a great selection of meats at a great price. Always good produce, and I found Butter Brickle ice cream there! I hadn't seen that in years! Really good produce too. The public bathroom is always stocked with tp, soap and towels. Very clean too. Cashiers are always very friendly and the guys in the meat department too!

For a store to be so large they really don't have a variety of items like their counterparts. This is by far the worst Price Chopper I have ever been to, its unorganized and really and I cannot stress this enough they have the bare basics. It might as well be a Dollar General.

Queens Price Chopper is a great place to grocery shop. Always very clean and organized. Wide variety of products geared towards cheaper but quality driven items. The prices are a tad higher than the local Walmart on some things but it is worth it for the shopping experience. The staff seems to enjoy their jobs and always go over and above to help customers. I recommend checking out their meat section and paying a little bit more for great tasting quality meat.

For a town of about 5,000 - 6,000 over the past 30 years, this is a well-kept and stocked Price Chopper. They have a good variety of fresh, frozen, canned and boxed foods, along with basic everyday items, pet food, a flower/gift shop, a salad bar, and hot food to eat there or to go. However, because it's a smaller town they are not as large with as many diverse foods you would encounter in grocery stores in certain neighborhoods closer to Kansas City. Friendly staff. Pound for pound it's a 4-5 Star Price Chopper.

Queen's Price Chopper is one of the most organized grocery stores I've shopped. Noticed how clean parking lot and store front. Inside, very clean and organized with great prices! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your services!

The best place in town to get fresh veggies and fruit. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart but they have better and more options available for many products. That salad bar though. Amazing!

I am disabled and have a torn tendon in my elbow. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I am so thankful for all the help I received. They even helped me carry my groceries to my car and helped me load it in my car. I am incredibly grateful!

Good and different from years sho. No fresh seafood section, but over all, I do enjoy me some price chopper. Different from years ago when they first brought the store price chopper to Kansas , come a long way. Some good some bad... Don't forget bot the app. And rewards .. it's a FOOD & GROCERY STORE not a Walmart /good

Very clean!! I have only been in a couple of times, but so far employee interactions have been friendly ... produce always looks well stocked, and I like the variety of frozen options at Price Chopper. I ordered a cake for my 6 year oldest birthday party, and the lady working int he bakery was very helpful! She had customer service, whereas no one came out from back in Walmart to assist. My only complaint would be the prices at price chopper-- ofcourse more expensive than Walmart, but that is all the locations.

We always shop the meat sales here. Today I bought some KC Strips on sale. I told the man at the meat cutting area how I wanted the steaks cuts and asked if he would double wrap them since I’d be putting them in the freezer. He said no problem…comes back a few minutes later with all the steaks wrapped in packages with paper over them to help them stay preserved longer in the freezer! Folks, that is quality service and should be recognized! Thank you sir for going above and beyond, I greatly appreciate it!

I really like coming to the cold deli and hot grill to load up on food for my trips. Status update... severely disappointed!!.. knowing the deli closes at 7 pm, I traveled efficiently to arrive my best before the deli closed. I walked in at 645 pm pretty hungry. I rounded the corner to see the deli was completely empty and dark. My plan was to get something for dinner and a couple of days. I asked the manager directly what time the deli closes thinking that I had made a mistake. She confirmed that the deli closes at 7 pm. Then subsequently, I left even more hungry. But no dismay because I was able to Solis at KFC for the night. As stated earlier in review, it is a good deli. When it's apparently peak times. From now on I know if I don't make it by 5 pm, I'll go ahead and stop at HyVee. Which is another great store deli as well.

The Queen's brand is new to me but I am a long time Price Chopper fan. Queen's brings small town to meet the Price Chopper Brand. They have a nice boutique and they are clean and organized. They have a small selection of produce though. Looks like they cater to the seasons though.

The employees had the nerve to follow my husband and me around the store as if we were planning to steal something. We were shopping for dinner. I make enough money and I am not a criminal. I have no reason to steal anything. I will not be back at this location. I do not have time for judgemental, racist people. They did not follow other customers that were shopping.

Price chopper's deli and restaurant has great food and is easily the cheapest place in town. It's also a great choice if you're looking for a healthier lunch. Also they now have self check-outs on the grocery side. Lastly, Price chopper carries a cheese that comes in a wedge called Yancy's "Smoked Gouda with Bacon" it's the best cheese I've ever had and I've tried a large variety at Osceola Cheese. Try it, but don't buy all of it!!

Best produce, dairy, meat in the area. Great florist. Now has Dunkin' Donuts!

Good place to buy what you need but they have been very dishonest when they price there steaks on clearance talked to management and told them how I feel and called corporate but they would not call me back. When you sell a steak for $5 a pound. Then mark it up to $10 a pound to put it at %50 off ti sell it that is very dishonest. I wish corporate would call me back

Wonderful experience with the Floral Department! I was trying to order flowers for a co-workers family funeral that was on Saturday. By the time I knew about the funeral on Friday, they were closed. So, I called first thing in the morning to place a same day delivery order to the funeral home. The floral rep was extremely helpful with the selection, and delivered the flowers for me (the delivery driver was off work that day). I really appreciate her going above and beyond! I would highly recommend!

I placed an order with the Deli on a Friday to pick up at 11:30 on the following Monday. This order consisted of 4 food trays to feed 25 people, so it was important to me that this be ready on time. When I arrived to pick up the food, the order was not ready, I was told the ticket must have been lost. I spoke to the manager about the issue. I was upset because it seemed to me it was more important to the employees to figure out what went wrong, rather than help me first and figure out the issue later. As a customer, I truly don't care who's fault it is, I just want the problem resolved quickly. Furthermore, an apology right away would have been nice too. I was furthered bothered by the fact that at first this issue was treated very nonchalantly, until I got upset. My suggestion is to look at your processes with in-advance orders to make sure this does not happen again. Also, some customer service training is in order too. I will say, that in the end the manager rallied his staff and got my order done and I was not as late as I thought I would be for the lunch. Also, the food was very good and I highly recommend the chicken tenders, they were very good and everyone enjoyed them. Price Chopper did give me a nice discount because of the issue, and the manager did help me get the food to my car. If I order from Price Chopper again, I will make sure I call the morning I am to pick the order up and make sure they are expecting me and my food will be ready on time. I would also write down the name of the person who takes your order, I was glad I did this. So, to wrap up, your process for advance ordering needs to be tweaked, your customer service skills needs improvement, but you did get the problem resolved, and the food was very good.

Not from this area and the selection and variety was great. Was able to buy in smaller sizes as far as in meats. Since it's just the two of us and don't have freezer space sice we are traveling. Reasonable prices as well.

A small town grocery store that has everything you need. They will not have fruit like pomegranate or meat like lamb but will have a good selection of most other things. Its It's always clean and neat. Enough checkers so you don't have to wait in line long.

Always thought this was a well-stocked Price Chopper, especially for a smaller store. But really love the remodel since last time I’ve been in there and the new addition of Dunkin Donuts.

Employees are always helpful and kind. They are our neighbors and treat everyone well. They do not move things monthly like some stores and this makes it easy to find needed items. The store is always clean and produce in good shape.

Clean, attractive store. Friendly employees. Only complaint I have is on 3 occasions so far I have been charged full price for items on sale. Makes me wonder if it is an accident or if they are trying to be sneaky. Customer service is always great about correcting it for me.

Very clean and organized store. It has a Dunkin Donuts, nice deli and dining area, large salad bar and fresh foods. The bakery has beautiful and tasty cakes for every occasion. Everyone working here has been helpful with each visit.
