I’ve been coming here offered on For nine years 11 months. The staff has been excellent. The work with I need a certain hook or part for the tow truck that I drive. They usually find a way to fix it or get the job done for me to get my halfway of working, I had a couple pictures a little while ago on some straps that go through very small very happy with the product that they sold me..
Great outfit. I've bought my last 16 tow trucks from them, Shane my salesman is top notch. Dave and David the other sales guys are knowledgeable and helpful as well if Shane's not around. Parts department is well stocked. Pricing is in line with the market, no gouging here. Every truck I've bought from them is well put together and of high quality. I've bought used trucks as well with good luck. They work well with lenders requests for paperwork and such, I honestly haven't ever had an issue. Absolutely recommend Meyer Truck Center.
BEWARE: Absolute garbage company to deal with. Sold us one of our many trucks and we're now on day 75-80 and they still wont produce the title. They blame the previous owner for not registering it. How about....verifying all of that before sell the truck to someone else through your dealership?! There's an idea! When calling, they suggested "putting another tag from another truck on it" until they are able to "get title from previous owner". Will be going to the district attorney on 11/28/22 to let them remedy the situation. Been dealing with Dave, the sales manager, and Shane, the salesman for weeks now and have been given nothing but excuses, blame and the run around.
