Very professional, timely and quality tools able to get the job done. I was very impressed. Both the phone operator and Mark, the driver, were kind. I appreciated their respect.

USAA arranged for this company to tow my daughter’s car after she broke down on the side of the road — alone — with a 16-month-old and a 3-month-old. The request was placed at 11:36 AM, and she was told the wait time would be 75–105 minutes. While that’s already a long time when stranded with two infants, the driver did not arrive until after 5:00 PM — more than 5½ hours later. The only reason they appeared to come at all was because USAA had to call and complain on her behalf about the excessive delay. It is completely unacceptable for anyone — especially a mother with small children — to be left waiting that long for roadside assistance. If you value your time and safety, I would strongly recommend calling a different towing company. And if your insurance assigns this company, request another provider.

Jesse was wonder and considerate. He stopped so we could go to the restroom and stretch our legs. He was very personable. We had a great experience. He even drove our car into the driveway after he unloaded it. Thanks for sending him to help us.

They responded quickly and arrived in 30 to 45 minutes. The gentleman immediately went to work know exactly what to do to get my tire changed and back on the road again quickly. It took abo15 - 20 minutes from start. This was at 10:00 at night and in 25 degree weather on an extremely busy road. I was amazed at his proficiency.

Got stuck up in a nasty hole buried up too my axles. Took a bit for j and k to find someone to recover it but they had someone by the time they said they'd be there. All their crew members were friendly and knew what they were doing! Very reasonable price as well!!! If I'm ever in a situation again they'll be the first I call. Thanks again!

Towing a vehicle isn’t always fun by any means, but with that said J&K towing did a great job. Also Colten the driver was absolutely fantastic, he was professional, kind, and a stand up gentleman. Hopefully people can learn from him. I’d give a 100 stars if I could.

Even though we didn’t end up getting service from them, we had already booked a towing service and had been waiting for over two hours after paying upfront. I still wanted to leave this review because of how kind and professional they were. We were stranded on a very busy highway in cold weather, waiting a long time for a tow. Cars were barely changing lanes, and it honestly felt unsafe. He stopped, blocked the road to protect our car, and made sure my brother and I were safe until help arrived. That alone meant so much to us. He was calm, respectful, and genuinely cared about our safety. Acts like this don’t go unnoticed. Thank you for looking out for people in stressful situations—it truly made a difference. If, God forbid, we ever need a towing service in the future, we will definitely reach out to them.

I just wanna thank Derek Tucker @ J&K Towing for all his help when my daughter hit black ice and wrecked her car the other night! He went above and beyond to help get her car outta the ditch then tow it home! Highly recommend this man if you need anything he can help with! Thank you so much!!

I never write reviews, but I do have to on this one. The people that we were in contact with were amazing in getting to my son during a big winter storm. He was stuck on a public road that was not cleaned and they made it there very quickly. Amazing service and seemed like good people. Thank you.

Twice this month I have had to use J&K towing because my company vehicle broke down and twice they have dispatched Caesar to help me. He has been great! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I greatly appreciate his help and would definitely use J&K again.

Tommy at J&K towing Took Very Good of Me on are Tow he was Very Professional good Sense of Humor made me Laugh a Lot and so Great People Skills and compassionate I would Highly recommend Tommy to All My Family Members and Friends and Also had a Very Nice Tow truck and never thought he would be able to tow are Jeep with his Truck but Tommy handle are tow so Nice and Easy I will be asking for Tommy to come to my Next Tow Job here in the KC area Tommy Thanks Again for all your help

Awesome service when arrived, fast and completed within minutes. Your gentleman was great. Very frustrated with my Roadside Assistance provider. You had to come from Olathe to just outside Lawrence, Kansas. They only pay a set amount, per tow. Would have cost a lot less if service had come from Lawrence just a few miles away.

Colten was amazing! He came out late at night in the cold and was extremely professional, friendly, and quick. He made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend him and the company!

I had to come up to Kansas City for a funeral and the starter went out on my truck. I called J & K Towing and the driver was solid — he waited for me to get back to the truck and it literally died right at the gravesite. He was awesome, got it loaded up, and towed it to a dealership for me. I even tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it. Highly recommend J & K Towing for any service.

J&K have saved me twice. Once for a bad starter leaving me stranded roadside & another for keys locked inside my car. The servicemen were extremely nice, professional & fast! I'm extremely grateful. Thanks for coming to my rescue!

Picked up my jeep within 20 minutes of the call and hauled it over 150 miles. Super cool and friendly driver. Would absolutely use them again of ever in the area

César Was exceptionally professional, and calmed down my nervous girlfriend. He worked hard to get a stuck lug cap off of the rear drivers side tire and changed the tire, also inspecting the other tires and letting her know the rear passenger should be replaced as well. J & K Towing made a terrible and difficult situation much simpler. The dispatcher was kind and polite, professional and reassuring. Probably the best roadside experience I have had in 30 years of 150000 plus a year driving. Time waited 10 minutes approximately.

I want to thank Brandi and Derek for what a great job they did in helping me get my vehicle towed and then delivered to the automotive center for repair. Brandi did an excellent job on keeping me updated for the arrival of the tow truck and Derek was excellent in getting my vehicle delivered and then calling me to follow up. Thanks to both of them!

By far the BEST towing experience of my life. AJ was a blessing. He showed up insanely fast and got straight to work while taking time to answer all of my questions. The entire wheel—bearings and all—flew off my ski boat trailer on a cross country trip. They arrived within 30 minutes at 12:30 in the morning—found a place that could take my boat in the middle of the night, loaded the boat on a flatbed, which was very difficult, and reassured me when i was justifiably shaken. Great price, great service. Thanks Jason and colleague!

I didn’t get our drivers name, but he was kind & quick. Waited 4 hours from the time we scheduled our first tow through AAA. After being told the first company dropped our tow for being “too far out”. (Independence Specialty Tow refused to tow our truck FROM Independence.) Within an hour of getting a new company- we had him show up and immediately get to work. I appreciate J & K Towing and will be sure to keep them in mind for future use!!
