Alex the young lady was professional and informed us with the right info but this is when I was mislead, The guy Paul really tried me and my wife asking us for our info and time of length of our job and then insist on running our credit just to tell us we didn’t work at our jobs long enough and tried to blame it on the guy that’s above him stating that he said it and doesn’t know what he’s doing because he’s new, but you’re a salesperson and know what you’re doing so that makes you look even more evil for wasting our time. What could be the motive? Idk…. I’m really trying my best to not pull the race card but idk what else to think when he could have honestly told us that basic information before running our credit. Asking where we’re born and raised from like that matters. It was unprofessional.
These people are great patient manny was very helpful and the manager is very understanding and helpful they explained everything well and I would recommend someone that is looking to buy a car thanks guys at auto now
Manny is a very nice and fun guy. Great to work with. However I was disappointed that the tank of gas wasn’t topped off . I think that’s a nice gesture for a happy customer.

I can’t thank Paul enough for helping me get into my new car. He never once made me feel pressured, took the time to answer all my questions, and fought to get me the best price possible. Came in cuz my car crapped out and I needed one fast. Came in Saturday near closing time but didn't have all the documents I needed. Manny told me to come back Monday when I have everything and he'll keep the application in progress. Got there Monday morning with my things in order and he got me hooked up with a nice vehicle in under 90 minutes. He was very patient too as I gave several cars a test drive to see my best fit.

They'll sell you a car if you need one. Just be sure to have someone check it before buying it since they will sell you a car with issues. There is a 2 year warranty which costs $200 out of pocket, but if its not covered, your out of luck, and will be charged a diagnostic fee plus whatever it costs to replace it with no remourse. And thr fun part is that no one knows what's covered so if you're trying to prepare before hand, they will not have any knowledge on if you're going to have to pay more or not until it's too late. Only had my car for months and I'm going through this right now. Also no loaners, so more costs out of pocket. Use only if your desperate since there's 20% in interest on your loan. Might end up paying more than you thought on top of that.

I came in there with my mind made up on a car and when that car wasn’t available I was not happy. Was going just to look & see if it was even possible for me to get a car. I had read reviews & lots on one particular sales rep named Brendan. I was in high hopes to have him as a sales rep. An low & behold I was lucky to get him. I had told him I've read his reviews & hope he could work his magic & work me into a car of my dreams.
He took the time & listen to what I was looking for. When I found what I liked he went further to get me into the car.
Now since I went in on a Saturday they couldn't get two verifications until today. He kept me posted & waited till I got off work to finish the signing process. Brendan was so friendly, helpful, really listen to you & does make medicals happen.
