Great store and staff, this is my go to store. I drive across town to get help from this team. If they don't have the part in stock they will get it brought in form another store or send someone to get it.

Needed a light bulb on drivers side headlight..Wal Mart said they couldnt replace it so headed to advance auto parts on south Parker street in Olathe kansas..the girl in charge replaced it on no time!

We called to ask the price of an alternator and we weren't sure of the motor size so there were 2 options and we asked for the price of both and the employee said "I ain't got time for that." My husband got angry and the employee hung up on him. We were trying to give Advanced Auto Parts money but he didn't have time for us. Terrible customer experience.

I want to thank Chris so much. Everytime I've been in to get parts. He's very knowledgeable. On Monday he went over and beyond his duties. To help me and my girlfriend to get back on the road to get our kids in time. This man needs to be recognized for his outstanding service. For being a great asset to not only Advanced Auto parts. Robert and Ben were absolutely THE BEST at what they do for their customers at this store. They helped me with my license plate cover and it looks as good as new. I am definitely a customer for life!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YPUR HELP!!!! Hands down the best customer service ever!!!!

This was the advance auto parts on Santa Fe and Ridgeview in Olathe Ks. When I called about getting 8 marine spark plugs for my boat, the guy was talking to another customer when he picked up the phone. He finally acknowledged me on the phone and asked if he could place me on a brief hold. After several minutes he picked up, I gave him the number of the spark plugs I needed. He said nope, I don't carry them! I asked if it's shows a replacement and he said nope!! I called napa auto parts right down the street, they were very helpful!! He crossed referenced the needed spark plugs and had them in stock. When I got there the guy showed me their plugs and their part number as well as showed me they were the exact original part number of the one I had! I'll never walk in to this advance auto parts again!! Horrible customer relations!!

This place is great. Helped us replace one of our headlights and also helped us with parts to fix our windshield wiper fluid. Went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

What would have cost me almost $60 Dollars, the Walmart nearby would only have charged almost $40 dollars. Synthetic oil and Windshield fluid. (Rainx) Also please update your checkout terminals. (GPay) I wound have spent that almost $60, if I had my wallet with me. Might as well find a local shop that I can support for that.

Refused to replace my battery even though I showed proof from AN OFFICIAL DEALERSHIP that it was dead. Kept claiming it was a problem with the car even though I JUST PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALER >15 minutes ago with ALL PARTS FIXED other than the battery from AAP.

Mid morning. They had the spark plugs I needed. Took longer than expected though because they just had one employee working there answeringthe phone and other customers waiting. As I started to leave, another employee showed up. Might call ahead to seeing if more employees there.

My go-to for parts. Always has an online coupon. Always has my order ready in 30 minutes or less. Rarely do they not have what I need. Industry leader in price and convenience, been saying that for years. (Oh and the staff is MUCH nicer than AutoZone across the street!)

Steve told me I could NOT return items purchased online. I HAD to go through their website. They lied to my face and are less than helpful at this store. I've spent over $1000 this year alone with Advance which is a lot of money to someone like me.

This Auto Parts store has been the best store I have visited. They have helped me many times. They have even assisted me when I didn't make a purchase. They are always ready to help you! If it's just replacing your windshield wipers or testing your battery. You can count on them for numerous car issues.

I had a great experience. The front counter gentleman came out and tested the battery,recommended replacement in the near future provided pricing. Very helpful and friendly.

I walked into the store and there were 3 employees standing together talking. Not a single one said hello or offered ro help me. I went to look for the air filter I needed. I did not find it on the book hanging next to thw air filters. I walked back to the frint of the store and had to approch the employee and ask for help. He did help and offered only the budget brand I wanted to higher quality he was not interested in others. Come on Advance Auto Parts you have got to do better.

Friendly service with a smile. The guys here aren't typical know it all parts guys, I really appreciate that. I typically order on the website to take advantage of the online codes (check retailmenot) then pick up at the store.

Greatest experience I have had at a parts store. They actually have people who are tuners who work there who have deep knowledge on german cars . One guy who only works on the weekend is great !
