Honestly, it seemed like…. possibly a horrible manager of some sort had problems with one particular guy working there, because everything he did, the “manager” felt the need to correct him in front of multiple customers, which is extremely unprofessional to say the very least… He was helping me, because I have no idea how to read a fuse box panel that does not match the vehicle and I have looked online myself, so I needed further direction. O’Reillys used to be committed to helping customers, and this guy with long hair was extremely rude and disrespectful by telling the other worker We don’t help them. They have to do it themselves multiple times concerning completely different things. So you’re telling me ORilleys doesn’t help at all. Then Why would I ever come here. I’m not a mechanic.

Installing speakers on my jeep and Jared helped me out with every piece I need. Got everything done in 5 minutes, thanks to him!

Went in to have battery checked out on truck. Helpful nice staff. Ended up needing a replacement battery YAY ha ha girl I talked too happily went ahead and removed the old one and put in the new battery. I would recommend the store and would certainly go back. Thank you.

One employee figured out what headlight and taillight I needed, and when I had a hard time twisting it out, another employee lent me their finger strength to get the tailight bulb out. Thank you!

I've frequented this location several times since moving here a couple years ago. The staff are consistenly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and are always willing to help customers save $$ by helping them install brake lights, wipers, batteries, etc. They are really one of the best businesses around and it boils down to staff. Thank you all! Appreciate you.

Went in to get a brake light and Ella helped me not only get the correct light but showed me how to replace it in the future! Love her. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, educational. Go see Ella! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

The oil tank has been “full” for several months. Terrible way to support your customers. I will not buy anything from Oreilly’s while this continues. To date it has cost them two oil changes and a set of brake pads and rotors, easily several hundred in sales.

Poor customer service. Seems like the evening employees are just there to chit-chat VS actual help customers. Maybe someone should retrain them and remind them that they are getting paid because of customers. Wouldn't recomend that location. Better off going to AutoZone.

I went there to get a new Headlight light bulb. I am a senior and know nothing about cars. They young man- red hair- red beard came out to my car took out the old bulb and put the new bulb in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly and helpful. I asked him if I could pay him for installing it and he said no. This might not be a big deal to some, but to me his help was a huge kindfull gesture. Thank you!

Picked up an 8" drop hitch for "Armageddon" allows better level towing of the trailers

Needed to get a battery for my truck. When I was on my way out, my truck wouldn't start. Didn't have the tools needed, but the staff was extremely willing to help replace my battery on site. I know this is a typical thing for them to do, but when someone is need of help, this is extremely good customer service. I really appreciate them for their help that day.

Horrible place to shop at! Not the first or second time but they have a bad personality in that place. Kids that just don’t know how to handle customers and with bad attitude SPECIALLY this kids talk skinny male guy with bottom braces. It’s the WORST personal this place can have! The only good personal so far are the two young girls that work there. But this kiddo with the bottom braces it’s just the WORST employee try to be smart pants all the time! You can’t even ask a question because he gets all offended and gives you the smart talk and rolling eyes all the time! No more coming back to this place. At first I thought it was just a bad day but nop it’s all the time! This places needs to do better with the employees they hire!!!!

Cameron did the best job at changing my car battery. Such a friendly guy, hard to find customer service like he provides.

Cameron helped me get the right battery and even swapped it out for me which was very helpful as I was with my daughter and don't trust myself to do it. He was professional and friendly. Highly recommend

OK let me just say first of all going to an auto parts store as a female tends to be a little difficult. Occasionally, you will come across men that treat you like you’re stupid even though you’re really trying to understand and learn. This O’Reilly was different. The women inside were so helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help me and even explained things that I wasn’t understanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you and what you did. You are amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again. I thank your name was Ella. I’m not sure but thank you.

A big thanks to Cameron who works here. He helped me get my headlight and windshield wipers changed real fast on a cold day. This is my favorite O’Reillys location!

Aidan really made replacing my headlight easy for me by showing me how to do it in the future and also he showed me how to fix a vacuum hose that was lowering my gas mileage. Really recommend anybody to go here for excellent customer service from him and to feel better about yourself if you’re unsure about how to do some basic things like that yourself, I left with problem solved and confidence to do it again sometime or I can help someone else do it now.

Quick and easy. Their aisles are well marked so I was able to find what I needed. They had a QR code that I scanned and it told me exactly what I needed. Checked out and was back in the car in under 5 minutes!

They had what we needed. Last time they were quick to help install. This time the guy ringing us up didn't appear to have any interest. His coworker jumped out to help us and we were on our way.

These guys had to research all the parts my van needed to stay on the road, as described by someone who knew very little about cars (uh... me ?) by phone. They were so patient, and told me exactly where to check for any parts they did not have. I also love their prices and how they explain the difference in what products have to offer at every price point.

Aidan and co-workers were very knowledgeable in helping me make good decisions on a new battery and a starter for my car. With several options on the starter, they came out to look under the hood to ensure I was buying exactly the right one. Aidan also took my old battery out and put in the new one. What service! Couldn’t ask for anything more or better! Excellent customer service!!!

My experience here was fairly short. I showed up pretty close to closing time with a burnt out headlight. There was a young man running the floor who was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I got the right bulb (even double checked for me). He was polite and courteous. The store was clean, and the staff member wore his mask appropriately at all times while I was in the building. I did notice he lowered it under his chin when I exited, but immediately put it back on when I reentered to ask a question.

I'm very lucky to have a husband who is handy when it comes to cars. Me on the other not so much, so for him to send me an to get parts is very intimidating. Walked in and Sebastian knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful. Did not have the size I needed called all over to find someone who had it. He went out of his way for me. Keep up the good work!
