My last two oil change, tire rotation experiences have been a joke. Had them “highly” recommend a new air filter and cabin filter, when a day before I replaced them both. Today they “highly” recommended a wheel alignment on my 35,000 miles old Michelin tires that have been religiously rotated and have worn perfectly with 9/32” of thread on all four. When I approached the service manager about it he insisted that the tires showed inconsistent wear. Prior to taking my truck in for service I purposely put different valve stem caps on with pictures for orientation of the wheel to the valve stems. They rotated two of the four tires on the passenger side of the vehicle. I was always skeptical that they didn’t rotate my tires correctly and now I know for sure. You have lost me and the company I work for business Olathe Dodge Ram. Your technicians are making you look pretty shady.

We came in Saturday looking for a Jeep. There were only a couple young people there. No one seemed interested in selling us a vehicle. The kid we ended up with might be new, or maybe he was nervous, but he seemed very inexperienced. Nice enough but we didn’t feel comfortable making a $70,000 purchase with the kid. We were very specific about what we were looking for. He spent several minutes typing away on a computer while we sat there (in the lobby, not in an office) unsure of what he was doing. We were looking for a black Jeep with the One Touch roof—and after several minutes he said he was going to have a guy bring around a purple Jeep so we could drive it. We left, disappointed we wasted 30 minutes there.

I took my car in for a mechanical issue, oil change and warranty issue. I told them that the mechanical issue was the most important and the other things could wait. Not only did they not address the mechanical issue while it was there, they lied and said they did and that I would need to bring it back and leave it for a couple of days. They also told me that my 7:30 am appointment only meant that I would be checked in at that time and get into the cue. I was very clear about what I wanted done. When I asked what they had done I heard spin and lies. At this point I would not trust anything that they say. I will never go back. They did not respect my time. I should never have bought that car

Spencer and Madison at Olathe Dodge are absolutely amazing and fantastic to deal with. Walked in midday Friday just looking to test drive and within an hour had a deal in the works. No pressure at all and answered all my questions! When dealing with dealerships it’s frightening but I would definitely recommend and shop again!

I purchased a used Honda Accord at Olathe Dodge last week. The experience was about as good as car buying can be. I had the good forturne of working with Avery Dickerson. It felt like we had our own advocate as we worked through the whole process of negotiation, finance and handover. During our test drive my wife and I asked a bunch of questions about the Honda which he answered handily despite the fact that we weren't buying from a Honda dealer. We would do business here again.

We’ve purchased two vehicles from Claudia Smith since the start of the year, and I cannot recommend her enough. Her attention to detail is unmatched; she made sure every aspect of the paperwork and the vehicle condition was perfect before we drove off the lot. What really stood out was how she handled the tech. Modern cars are complex, but she was incredibly patient in explaining the technology and features. Claudia made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, she took the information I had already submitted online and tailored the entire process around it, making the experience feel personal instead of transactional. She quickly recognized that I was a well-researched buyer with limited time and didn’t force me through a drawn-out, rigid process. Instead, she met me exactly where I was in my buying journey, respected my schedule, and even handled much of the interaction virtually to minimize back-and-forth trips to the dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or slowed down. I ultimately bought from Claudia because of the experience she created — not because of the price. After doing plenty of Online shopping we saw a pic of the vehicle we would eventually purchase. Very well priced btw. The vehicle was slightly used and in great shape. I should point out this crew is a bunch of lonely people, you get to know them straight away. We settled on the price within five minutes after setting down to mince figures. Mean time I get a life history you wouldn't get anywhere else. Nice bunch of fellas ready to set you up if you just give them a few minutes for a life story. Tongue in Cheek. Great experience with the automotive service department. Jared Drew went above and beyond to make sure my 2025 2500 Cummins was taken care of and back on the road asap. Even though this repair facility only has one diesel technician, they were able to get me in and out in what felt like no time. The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and honest about what my vehicle needed. Everything was explained clearly, the service was completed on time, and the work was done right. I really appreciated the transparency and efficiency. I haven't had this type of experience at a service department in quite some time. A+ for all.

I bought a certified Ram 1500 from here. Truck is great. I had two two warranty issues with the truck in the first 10 days. After 3 days in their shop they still charged me for the repairs. So much for their bumper to bumper warranties. There are better dealers out there. I would recommend staying away from here.

I contacted this dealership to inquire about factory-issued Technical Service Bulletins related to the 2018 Jeep JL steering issues, as well as the NHTSA steering recall. Unfortunately, the service advisor I spoke with was dismissive, disengaged, and showed little interest in being helpful. He seemed fixated on the fact that we had not previously serviced the vehicle there—as if that should matter when a potential new customer is simply seeking service information and assistance. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this interaction was disappointing enough to warrant one. Customer service should include professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help—especially toward people who are actively considering giving you their business. The service sector would do well to remember who ultimately funds their paychecks.

Probably the worst expierence I've ever had at a dealership. I bought my car a year ago from them and when a mechanical issue came up I took it a BMW Dealership to get fixed. Showing my BMW service guy the paper work that I had CNA Warranty that I paid $4500 for. Myself and BMW called this dealership over and over again with no answer so I eventually just drove there and was told to wait for help. 47 minutes of waiting while no one came to me, the receptionist acted like the phone was ringing while I walked up to ask how much longer. Mind you the phone was very loud as a sat there forever listening to it ring and her never picking it up. So I know it was not ringing when I came up to the desk to ask how much longer. Finally met with an advisor where they told me I had NWAN Warranty which is a much worse warranty even thought my paper work with my signature says CNA Warranty. Everything they did was backwards and wrong. My service guy at BMW told me that everything about my paper work and their poor communication seemed fishy. I will also note that they had a 2.3 star rating in October. Seems like they're buying good reviews.

When people talk about being “nickel and dimed” by Jeep ownership, they should be pointing directly at Olathe Dodge Jeep Chrysler. My vehicle was towed in with a flat tire and locking lug nuts without the key. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the service department refused to install my brand-new, full-size spare unless I agreed to purchase four new tires I did not need. My existing tires still had usable life, yet I was pressured into unnecessary upsell tactics rather than being helped. Because of this, I was forced to have my vehicle towed roughly 300 feet off their property, having the locking lug nuts removed, and change the tire myself. This was not a matter of policy, it was a matter of poor customer service and questionable business practices. Situations like this reflect directly on dealership leadership. A service department that prioritizes sales over basic customer support is not one that deserves repeat business. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this dealership with their vehicle.

I stopped into Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram during the late afternoon on New Year's Eve 2025, in need of an emergency replacement key fob for my Ram 1500. Brian Bahr in the service department was empathetic to my urgent need and expedited my request. He had a new key fob programmed to my truck in less than 20 minutes! (Lightning fast!) Brian's willingness to listen and then work to remediate my concern was the definition of quality client service. Because of his supreme effort, I will make return visits to this service department. I was am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership and am writing this review specifically to get the attention of the General Manager, because the situation has become unacceptable. I brought my Jeep in while traveling from out of town and clearly explained that I live three hours away in Bentonville, Arkansas and needed my vehicle back quickly so I could return to work. Despite this, there was absolutely no sense of urgency or compassion shown. I was repeatedly told “we’ll get to it when we can,” and every time I called for an update, the person I was speaking with sounded irritated, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for information. They kept my car for five days for what turned out to be a battery issue. The first diagnosis I received stated that both batteries were dead and that it would cost a minimum of $1,000 to replace both of them. I denied the transaction of both batteries and only approved the Auxillary battery getting fixed. Changing the auxiliary got my car running and was even told the other battery was completely fine— openly admitting that the $1000 would have been completely unnecessary and verging on robbery. This dealership still charged me almost $600 to fix the one battery. On top of this, I lost income from missing work due to their delay and total lack of urgency. When I finally picked up my Jeep late Wednesday evening, I immediately noticed a large crack across my entire windshield — something that was absolutely NOT present when I dropped off the vehicle. I had previously acknowledged a tiny mark that was already there, but the massive crack that now extends across the windshield happened while my vehicle was in their possession. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told management would likely deny it because they documented the small preexisting mark. The difference is obvious, and I will be attaching photos showing this. To make matters worse, I just received an additional bill for $573, even though I have a text message confirming that I had already paid and that the service was approved. I should not be getting charged a second time for something that has already been settled. Between the five-day delay, poor communication, lack of professionalism, unexpected costs, the damaged windshield, and now an additional incorrect charge, this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with a dealership. I am requesting that the General Manager contact me directly to resolve this. I am more than willing to discuss everything in detail, but at this point I need someone in leadership who will actually take responsibility and fix what has gone wrong.

Bought a certified ram 1500 over the internet from eastern NC. John was great to work with and made the process super easy. Sent me great videos and answered all my questions. I had to travel to Germany right when I found the truck, but John had the paperwork waiting for me at my house when I returned. They worked with my shipping company to get it loaded up and sent to me hassle free. The deal was great and I would gladly buy from them again as everything was super easy.
