I feel like I was very overpriced. Only the reason why I let you stay there is because I’ve already had it there. I had a quote for 623. I had a code for 618. I had a code for 589 and you guys charged me you guys were trying to charge me $807 minus diagnosis and took it down to 727. I don’t think I’ll ever bring another car there.
Great service! Very helpful. Super nice. Thankfully they found the problem with my car that was not as bad as I had initially thought. Saved me a lot of money. You guys rock.
This is the best place to get your car worked on. The staff is very understanding and will explain everything that needs to go on with your car plus I like that. They don’t fix anything they find unless they tell you about it first. Most places just fix it and then give you the bill. I recommend everybody go here.
We brought our vehicle to his place of business due to the check engine light being on so he did a diagnostic test. We also had him do an oil change due to recently taking a trip and having our oil changed at another facility that didn't do it correctly. After he did the oil change our check engine light disappeared and our car has been running quietly now. I really recommend you taking your vehicle to Automotive Central because he does excellent work.
Best garage ever! From Allie at the desk to the techs that I met, friendly and knowledgeable! I just moved to Iowa from Colorado and I found it very difficult to find a Subaru-certified garage. I found one now in automotive Central, and I will be a forever customer of theirs! I’m sure that if you try them, you will too.

It's hard to find a good auto mechanic shop even harder if it's ASE certified but I found it and the did a lot of work on my Nissan Titan and it's running smoothly, thank for caring so much, and thanks for the ride ,if something else go wrong you'll be #1. Choice
I had a horrible experience here. The owner “Ricky” is very unprofessional, rude and classless. It’s hard enough that women can’t trust mechanics due to lies and unprofessionalism. The way he handled the situation was wrong and didn’t try to compromise with me. I stated my check engine light came off and he didn’t even check out my concern, just went on to working on my car. What a Janky mechanic! I wouldn’t bring a dog here! Terrible! , don’t get any service here! Run!
They work with endurance warranty company. I do recommend automotive central. They are patiently waiting for an approval. To work on my car.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. I'm a pilot car driver and my car broke down. Limped to O'Rileys and couldn't fix the car on my own. Called the shop, they sent a mechanic out, helped me get my car to the shop, ran lots of diagnostics before drawing a conclusion then got me right in and got it fixed. Shop owner is AMAZING, staff is super friendly! Didn't try to charge me an arm or a leg either! Great price! Thank You All So Much!

Long story short, they were open 730am when I needed advice, they were able to get me in asap to correct a mistake I made that morning, everyone I spoke with or encountered were friendly, helpful and welcoming. As far as price I have nothing to compare it to but was a little more then I expected. Thank you again Automotive Central
I had a great experience with Automotive Central! I had quite a few things I needed done on my car and after trying to deal with the Ford dealership for almost two weeks I found Automotive Central. They worked with my warranty company for me and even after needing to order a part for my car they returned my car to me in less than a day and a half. Debbie was great and happily answered all of my questions!
I recently had an issue with my vehicle where the transmission cooler lines were leaking to the point I was afraid to drive it without causing transmission damage. Automotive central was able to get me in on the same day. They actually stayed late to get the job done so I could drive home that same day! I have had several jobs done here and they have always done quality work.
Found an honest and fair priced shop that I'll be using for all of my future automobile services and I highly recommend anyone in the QC looking for the same type of mrchanic to make this place your stop. The transparency, honesty, price, and customer service were phenomenal and they even went above and beyond what any other shop had done for me before by reaching out a couple days later to check on their service and my satisfaction.
I took my Jeep there because I was told by my warranty company to take it there they supposedly couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle I've had three other mechanics tell me the rack and pinion is bad and then have the nerve to charge me $50 without even telling me beforehand they charge to visually inspect vehicles that's just bad business..It won't let me respond to your reply but if you are going to charge for a service u need to let customers know before hand!!! Rich never said anything about a charge AND if it was decided to charge after in tal phone call someone should have got a hold of me to conform that u were going charge me like a normal mechanicAlso if your mechanics were that knowledgeable they would have been able to diagnosethe problem like the mecanics I took it to after leaving your establishment. I want my money back!
