Had to get daughter's car towed home. My phone call was answered by the kindest, most friendly woman. The tow driver met me at my car and was so friendly and accommodating. Parked my car in my driveway right where I wanted it, even though it was an awkward space. Ten stars to this company. Best towing place I’ve had encounters with in Davenport. They were very considerate when I expressed I needed it towed before my apartment complex towed it. Was on time and very nice. The dispatcher was great! I called the night before and she was very informative and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they get the job done quick. I’m actually fortunate that I was able to use their services, they helped me 4 years ago in a bad snow storm and helped pull my car out of a ditch. I definitely recommend them if you’re needing services that they offer!

Super great service!! Came out to tow my vehicle and I had front end damage due to a fallen tire on the interstate and when they came out they zip tied my bumper up to allow me to drive it still without having to take it to a collision repair shop and spend more money!!
Jeff was great. He showed up on time, and even went a little outside of their normal "local" area to get my vehicle. Expert securement. Will use them again, even though I hope I won't have to. :) Great job!
Update; Jeff comes through again! I do automotive projects as a hobby, and used to do things like "tow bar" or trailering vehicles. Never again. It's not worth it when these guys are out there. Great service. Great turnaround. Great rates. They've helped me 3 times now, and each time they are on time, reasonably priced and even help after the tow (getting the vehicle in the shop/etc.). I won't use anyone else!

Had issues with my car and was stressed about how to get it towed from my job I80 truckstop to central park automotive and D&D wrecker service was great...being I just had to have it towed 2 days ago to my job, when I was 2 miles out it died, and costs me 110 dollars. So a big Thank you to D&D for making this part of my life easier. Will do business with you again in future. Also the gentleman that helped me both on the phone and the tow truck driver were very understanding and helpful with my car needs.
Yesterday, I was driving my 2 year old and 5 year old to their doctor appointments on locust street. Out of nowhere, I heard a loud popping sound that sounded like an explosion. Then, I felt my car start to wobble and made sort of a grinding sound. I could tell something was wrong so I pulled over. I got out and looked at my car to find one of the tires had a huge hole in it and was completely flat. Unfortunately, I don’t have roadside assistance. I did a quick google search and found D&D Wrecker. I gave them a call and they were able to get to me in less than 20 minutes. The guy who came out was so professional and was able to put the spare tire on my car for me. He was so quick about it too, I was impressed. I was going to head down to Jose’s to get a new/used tire put on but found out D&D had tires available too so I headed to their shop and had two tires put on for a very reasonable price. Thank goodness all this was done faster than expected as I had a 4 month old baby at home waiting for me and bottles aren’t her first choice of food preference. Anyways, thank you D&D for making this experience so much more pleasant!

We recently had a breakdown in our large Ford Super Duty on our cross country trip. D&D Arrived quickly and went out of their way to make sure our vehicle was towed to the dealer safely... and we were transported several miles back to our 5th wheel. Purchased a car from Jeff in early February. After paying for the car and dumping $1100 into it I never received a title. I sent him a text or called him every day for two months with no response. When I went to talk to him in person he wouldn’t answer the door so I called him. After getting hanging up on me he called the police on me for banging on his door. Would never recommend buying from him his trucks are also death traps. 20 years ago this was a good company to deal with unfortunately he has ran it into the ground.
Battery died when I was picking my daughter up from school. Jeff was there within 10 minutes to give me a jump. Greatly appreciate the fast and friendly service!
I'm very pleased with the service i received from this Company and just how professional and helpful their Tow truck Driver David was. When my Trailer park tried towing my Pt cruiser David did everything in his power to de-escalate the situation and find a solution that made everyone happy. Even though it was on bad terms that they were called i would recommend them to anybody simply for their pride in customer service. And if i EVER need a tow i know just who to call.
I purchased a car out of town and broke down almost 2 hours away from home, in the middle of a huge storm. D & D Wrecker was awesome and made the bad car experience so much easier on me. I would highly recommend calling them if you need a tow!
I was assaulted by their employee after being intimidated with no reason to tow my car. My vehicle was only in that area for 5 minutes. I simply came to do a plumbing repair. I was not allowed to go get my keys. I was injured trying to stop him from attempting to take my vehicle. He lowered his flatbed into my shins and ultimately made me hop onto his bed after my toe got caught underneath. When I called to complain to management he answered the phone and asked I wonder how you got hurt? Laughed at me and hung up. This was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my entire life. If this company truly is a good company they need to let go of the man that decides that it's acceptable to intimidate women and also cause harm.
I was quite impressed with the prompt and professional service. Jeff offered to try to start my car by unhooking the air filter pump before he towed it, while it didn’t work, he could have lost a tow job by being helpful. This type of honest helpful service is rare these days.
If they towe your car unexpectedly they’ll charge 275 plus 25 dollars and 25 every day after for storage fees. I don’t get paid for a couple days so it will end up costing me $475 . Very expensive! Hopefully there prices aren’t as awful for anyone else.
They had me out fast. Even though they were booked for several days, Jeff was able to make a special trip to help me out. I wouldn't call anybody else.
