We had a mishap with our camper and had to have it towed no one else would take on the job but Monson did. They towed it 3 hours away and the driver i believe his name was Harry was awesome. Totally recommend this company if you are in a bind.
Do yourself a favor, avoid doing any work with them find any other shop but them. We hired them for service, completely lied about what needed to be done. We then decided to tow our truck back to a local shop. They discovered that Monson's shop messed up the engine of our truck by pouring starter fluid into it and trying to crank it. Have all the proof provided to the owner, refused to help us in anyway and denied all fault. After bringing up to the owner that they had messed up our truck. The owner sent a lady from IA to a shop in IL that same day without letting anyone know of any arrival. My father happened to drive by our truck parked outside, and discovered his worker inside. where she broke into our truck without any permission, straight trespassing and breaking in. Lady had nothing to say and took off running. Complete criminal act of trying to tamper with evidence. The next day I called the owner, the response i got from the owner is I did what I had to do. Absolutely unbelievable to what extent they will go. Save yourself all the stress and go anywhere else.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND DON"T DEAL WITH THE CROOKS/HIGHWAY ROBBERS!

After dealing with another tow company for 4 days and getting the run around, I called Monson. They had the vehicle towed within an hour and we’re completely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company. They know how to do a job and do it right!
JP showed up promptly today and was fast, friendly and efficient. I had only needed Monson Towing for work related vehicles. I saved them in my personal phone for future reference. Definitely the best around the QC area, from the gal who answered the phone and did the scheduling, to the driver of the truck!
Called for a tow as my trucks push button starter wasn’t cooperating. Monsons was quick to dispatch a truck to my location and their service professional (JP) was there within 15 minutes. JP was quick to diagnose the problem with my trucks electrical system and resolved it on the spot, saving me the inconvenience of having to be towed. Talk about service! I would highly recommend Monsons, and JP in particular, to any motorist in need!
Excellent service and incredibly quick response time. JP came to tow my truck on a last minute call, and he was able to get to my location very quickly, and even went way above and beyond the typical "tow". He graciously removed the front snowplow off my truck for me, so I was then able to drive 3 hours home. Definitely was not an easy task, and he handled with courtesy and professional. Absolutely exceeded any expectations, and highly recommend!

My Infiniti would not start this morning below 0 weather, I called at 10 Am ish knew they were going to be busy I had to be at work from 11-2 I asked the young lady that answered the phone if I could make a appointment for 3 pm ish she was very pleasant and professional granted my request without debating, so I go on to work get off go home I get a phone call from the gentleman at 3:02pm saying he is 10 min away he came whithin that 10 min and jump started my car he was just as professional as the lady on the phone!! Very well pleased and I am huge on customer service. I definitely recommend!!!

Amazing service! They told me an hour and the guy got finished early and he got there in 20 minutes! Super helpful and knowledgeable, my car couldn’t start to move the wheel off the curb but he still found a way to get that puppy on the truck. I unfortunately forgot his name but I was serviced yesterday by the older gentleman and my invoice was 49373 please give that man a raise super nice and very very helpful

This company was amazing! They answered my questions they had a flat rate. Raven was amazing on the phone getting me booked, and my driver was there within 20 minutes of me calling! Jeremy the driver called me when he was 8 minutes out and was so friendly and easy to work with.He Got my van hooked up immediately and off within 15 minutes! I highly recommend these people to take care of any of your towing needs
I think his name was jeremy....sorry if im wrong, but he was great! He was there within a half hour and was very careful with my "baby". Took me and my jeep to the dealership then took me home. I will totally recommend this company to everyone i know. Very nice people.
This was the best experience I have had with any tow truck company! The driver was so nice and helpful! They were actually early and I didn’t have to wait for hours like other companies! Great price for towing from Davenport to Muscatine. I was so happy I did. It have to break my pockets from the distance! Recommend 10/10 more people should do business like this company!

Monson is the best around and Jeremy proved it. We needed help towing my wife’s car and contacted roadside assistance. Jeremy contacted us back right away, stayed in contact while he was on his way, and saved us a huge headache by being knowledgeable and efficient.

I felt at ease the whole time-- 10/10 would recommend. Oh, and the price is great! (The 1st place I called wanted almost FIVE times the price Monson ended up quoting me. BARF!)
We had called in and were told that it would be 6:30 by the time they could get to us. We were ok with that, but then we received a call from Nevin saying he could be here in 11 minutes. Our car was jump-started before 4:00. Nevin was extremely nice and very professional. Being new to the Quad Cities, we were extremely happy in finding this business! We have worked with Monson for several years now. We recently contacted Monson with a request to move a shipping container. The catch was that it was up against our building. Monson sent Nev to move the shipping container. There was no question that Nev knew what he was doing. He was professional throughout the process and was patient while we located the owner of a car parked in the way of the delivery. Nev took the time to position the container perfectly when he could have just left it where it came off the truck. He did not leave the job site until he was sure that the shipping container was at the best position it could be. We would absolutely recommend Monson.
Nevin is an awesome tow truck driver. He got my car towed as quickly as possible. He kept us engaged in conversation and was a great help in keeping the stress level down. Michelle in towing was polite to speak to on the phone as well. I will definitely be using them in the future.

So, I’ve had the worst week, and when I was ran off the road due to road construct causing me to hit the curb and blow out two tires, I felt so defeated my face must have said it all bc once I met Nevin The tow truck driver he was incredibly nice. He first called me and said he could be there at 10 instead of 1:30 He went out of his way after towing my car to even take the two tires off for me so I could take them to the tire shop. I’m a military wife I had my share of vehicles towed all over the country and I have never come across a company whose employees are so helpful. Thanks Nevin I will highly recommend monson towing from here on out. Also myself my husband and two teenage drivers now carry your business card in our cars. And know who to call when and if they ever need a tow.
