Had my radiator pop, ended stop on an off ramp. John the driver called me within 30 minutes to give me an eta to my spot. Furthermore he gave me great information about the local area shops for a better idea on repair shops. John did arrive to me shortly after, arriving with a professional appearance and friendly attitude. He was very knowledgeable and professional on the job. My mind however was completely blown away when John called me the following day to insure the shop had taken care of me. This is above and beyond my expectations of any tow company.

These guys were awesome to deal with. I had called five other companies on a Saturday afternoon with NO answers or help. I was looking to get a jump start and Tegeler answered on the first ring! They were on site in the Davenport area in under an hour and successfully got my vehicle running again. They were friendly, prompt and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
After two other companies were unable to assist us with getting a lift gate stowed on a trailer, John at Tegeler not only went out, he called for another tech to assist and said he wasn’t leaving until it was fixed. Afterwards there was another issue and John went back to the unit to try and fix it. Excellent service. Give that man a raise.
John is the man! Great communication,. These folks operate with integrity. They had the opportunity to take advantage of the situation and chose to do the right thing. I absolutely recommend them!!! Tegeler took care of us right away. Luis was very nice and helpful in towing our motor home to Truck Country. He kept in touch with us on when he would be arriving to help.
Today (3/23/24), very early in the morning (4:00 am), my truck went totally out of power at the interstate. Long story short, dispatch communicated with Tegeler Wrecker and Crane and John showed up expeditiously and did the whole process that included transporting/towing us (me and my truck) to the Freightliner Shop in Davenport. John, not only was very professional but friendly as well. He showed excellent skills at conducting this kind of business and did it in an expeditious way, but in a very safe way. Kudos to John, who is definitely, a great representative of the Company! Huge thank you to Tegeler Wrecker and Crane but even more gratitude to Mr. John!
