Scammers. Will you your car during a winter storm refuse to let you pick it up for days then charge you nearly a thousand dollar bill. Absolutely cruel company.
My fiancé was in a very bad accident and his car had to be towed. Last time we had dealt with a tow company it was a terrible situation. We were concerned about what company the police called to tow our vehicle this time. We were pleasantly surprised after working with Teo’s, they made a stressful time less stressful for us. They were so helpful, easy to work with, and very accommodating which was very different from our previous experiences with tow companies. I would highly recommend Teo’s to anyone, I will be using them for any of my future towing needs!
I got into a really bad car wreck while visiting town over the weekend, and my car had to be towed off of the scene. We needed to track down where my vehicle had been taken which was here. Teo's is on the edge of town but they have a nice building and tow yard, and the service we received completely exceeded my expectations, I would most definitely recommend Teo's to others looking for a tow.
Teo's Towing Services helped tow my car in a time crunch to the service center before closing. Misa was efficient, friendly, and careful every step of the way. I super appreciate Marco and Misa for making what was a stressful situation a bit better.
We went there, and I was told they charge by the hour. They started working on the truck at 5:13 PM and finished at 6:58 PM — less than 2 hours. But I was charged for 3½ hours. When I asked why, the woman said they also charge for the time it takes to go get parts. I told her, “You only worked about 30 minutes on the truck. You can charge me for the 2 hours I was there, but why 3½?”
They’re clearly taking advantage of people. Horrible service — do not go there.
Got my truck stuck on gravel not too long ago and called Teo’s Towing Service INC. Arrived in about 30 minutes and quickly got me out of the gravel. Poli provides great customer service, is respectful, and great to talk to.
I'm really grateful they were available and able to come fetch me when my car broke down on I-80 the other night. Quick response time, really great driver, and fair pricing. Thanks a million!
I called to have my vehicle towed and the guy said he had no one available. I said it doesn't need to be at the exact moment but can we can something before Friday. He said he doesn't know when he can and doesn't like to schedule things. Instead of trying to help and wanted to get off the phone.
The tow driver was nice and friendly. But the company purposely overcharged me by a half hour. Doesn't sound like much until you do the math. $141.63. So tired of everyone taking advantage of the O/O truck driver. GPS says port to port is 41 minutes total trip. Charged me 2 and a half hours. If the tow truck driver needs almost an hour to hook and again to unhook, I'm in the wrong business.

Cost me 415 dollars for to pull car out of a pit was 7 minutes drive and was there less than 20 minutes jack asked how they based there prices said it was based of the car brand and miles driven smh
Horrible company, do not recommend doing business with them. They will tow your car without telling you how much it will be and then price gouge you and threaten you. Highly recommend using a different company with more honest business practices.
I can't thank Teo's towing enough for helping me out by moving a semi-trailer I had bought at an auction. Teo's driver of the semi-truck Poli was awesome and extremely helpful. He moved that trailer in a very tight spot for me, that I wasn't even sure we could get it threw there. I can't thank Poli enough. I will defiantly use them for all of my towing needs.

Just when you thought you would take a peaceful road-trip, your dash lights up and says stop— brake issues. You call AAA and they call TEO’S. The professional arrives and meticulously prepare my convertible to be towed to my service guy. I must save the service from TEO’S appear to be Top notch.
These guys were amazing! Showed up early. Towed to their drop yard to drop my flatbed then towed my tractor to the KW dealership. Offered water, had a great life conversation with Poli. Kind of glad I had a breakdown just to meet and talk with Poli. Amazing man of character and put a little bit of perspective back in my life.
Dorio and Poli were very cool and helpful. Also they wore masks to protect their customers. Also Poli is very pleasant to talk to and very nice. Fantastic service. They even offered to drive me to the motel while my truck gets fixed. I would rate you six stars if I could.
Awesome service when my dad broke down I280. Its nice to see that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and try to help them out in every which way possible. My dad was pretty upset about the idea of leaving his semi-truck a couple hundred miles away from home, but after the great service TEOS provided, my dad was relieved and felt like his truck was in good hands! 10/10 would recommend
Poli and Dario came to the rescue, brought coffee and donuts, hooked up the truck and to the repair shop we go. If only the repair shop was as good as these guys. Thanks again for the coffee and donuts
$350 to get pulled out of snow in an I-80 median at 8:30pm on a Thursday night. Seems pretty steep, but they did show up in 5-10 mins, were very professional, careful, and got my car out so I could drive away. Cost was high, but I was happy to get out pretty quickly. Very nice folks.
Yea so I was a dummy and ran out of fuel 2 miles from my exit tried stretching too far. Well poli and teos services helped me out big time and got me back on the road in. No time at all. I will always remember this and recommend them for any roadside assistance. Thank you so much guys!!!!!
I had such a great experience with this company! As soon as I called they got to me within 30-45 minutes. Incredible company they are running. Very respectful. Very nice owned business. Would 10/10 definitely recommend everyone using this company when they need a tow.
Fast and fair price for service on semi-trailer, that lost a hub/wheel bearings. They came to our location and performed service that enabled us to limp the trailer to a truckstop for repair, rather than paying a huge tow bill. The 3 guys who we rousted in the middle of the night to rescue us were professional and a pleasure to deal with, as was the lady on the phone who dispatched them. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Amazing service! Got a flat on the interstate with 7 passengers on board, they were the only company that could pick all of us up! They were there in under 30 minutes. They fixed our tire quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!
