They got my car fixed quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. I really appreciated the clear communication and fair pricing. This review is long overdue. Finish Line did excellent work on 2 of my vehicles in 2024. The owner thoroughly explains the work done, the cost and kept his promises on timelines. He and his crew do quality work and I would return in the future if I need body work done.

They do great work and we have always felt that they dealt honestly with us. They tell you when services aren't needed and recommend the priorities. We've been coming here for years now after several over less than stellar experiences elsewhere.

Best services I've had on my car. Very polite and didn't try to up-sell you on anything. Great prices, too.

10/10 with everyone I dealt with. Travis got my truck in and fixed it same day, and it's like brand new. Kept me updated throughout the process in a professional way while being very personable. I won't go anywhere else.

Went there for some repairs and after I got it back had continuous issues with what they were supposed to repair. They ended up replacing the wrong part and assured me that they replaced the correct one and on top of everything I ended up having to take it to a different shop who then told me the sealant they used was not for the areas that it was applied to and could've ruined the car, but overall people I spoke with here were really rude and acted as if they didn't have time for customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've been using this shop for over 10 years for all maintenance and repairs for 8 or 9 vehicles, for body work and mechanical repairs, and tires. I've never had anything other than a great experience. They aren't out to upsell you or make unnecessary repairs, but will give you great advice and let the customer make the decisions. The employees and owner are honest and knowledgeable, and will go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied with the work. They are busy, but the best businesses are busy for a reason.

Finish Line is great to work with! Not only are they timely, but when my window regulator went out six months after having it replaced, they were able to get me in day of and have it fixed - no questions asked.

My insurance choose this shop after my accident. By far the best experience I have ever had with a auto and body shop. I can not express enough how thorough they were about my auto repairs and paint! Not to mention how well I was kept in the loop and about dates of completion. Great experience.

This shop is awesome! My girlfriend needed someone to look over a car she was thinking about buying. They not only squeezed her in quickly, but took her into the shop and showed her exactly what they saw, giving her a detailed run down! It's great to see the level of confidence she has now, she's actually excited to go back to the dealership and haggle with them. If you are looking for the type of place that can make a young lady with no car knowledge feel confident and comfortable, this is the place!

Finish line has provided service to our family for decades. First look at the shop, one may have second thoughts about “hmm, really?” The main reason we continue to show up is they do excellent work. They have a lot to do and they do not over promise a timeline. They are professional and the work is the best that can be expected. Finish line is a home town business that we can recommend with the highest confidence. If you have any auto needs, give Finish line a chance. You will be pleasantly surprised at what they can do.

My go to place for auto body and mechanical repairs that I can’t do myself (I do majority of my own work) One of the few honest and fair priced shops still out there that don’t try to run up your bill. Ask any local for car shop recommendations and they will send you to Finish Line. I asked them to check all my fluids while my car was in for AC compressor work recently, I figured some needed swapped. They said all fluids looked good, recommended to do nothing and didn’t even charge for the fluid inspection. Charged exactly what they quoted for AC work. Great shop, so it is common for them to be booked out a week or so. I don’t give many five star reviews, finish line is the only place I go.

We gave them two chances to prove their quality and professionalism and they failed both times. The owner was very unprofessional with his language and communications. The work they did both times we took our car in was a big failure. The first time our car was “repaired” and thousands of dollars later we had to take it back the next day because it didn’t sound right. We didn’t even get it back to the shop before it broke down on the road. They tried to make it right, but we had to spend another $3,000 plus. 3 months later we have another problem and took it back for “repair”. Went to pick it up and as soon as we started it the problem was still there. Again, the owner wanted to make it right, but we are done giving them chances! Tired of their excuses and lies!

FinishLine Auto Works is a great, trustworthy shop! The mechanics figured out what was wrong with my car when the dealership couldn't! AND the price was very reasonable! Will definitely use them again when needed!

Thanks again to Matt as a lifesaver....somehow daughter's phone slipped into truck body cavity at a million to one odds. Not eager to replace a phone, Matt helped confirm if access to that location thru the wheel well and we were able to avoid the trip to the phone store. Another example of why Matt and the guys are so great, they care about the little details. Highly Recommended!!!!

These guys are amazing at what they do and are very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me estimates on how much it would cost to fix. Love the small town feeling!

My experience was great! Last year they did some body work on my car. Really impressed with the price, timeline and end result. My car looks flawless. Then my son's car wouldn't start the day after thanksgiving so I called them and left a message even though I was pretty sure they weren't open. Matt stopped into the shop to do paperwork and listened to my message. He called me back so I wasn't left hanging. He helped me trouble shoot the problem. It was a faulty part installed somewhere else. It was under warranty so the other place replaced it for free the following week. WOW....the fact that Matt called me back and helped me out when he didn't really have to once again impressed! We should have went there to begin with. (Live and learn) I would highly recommend them and I'm super happy they are in my community and are there when/if I need them!

We had a great experience at Finish Line & Body! After reading multiple reviews, I had high expectations for this crew- and they certainly delivered. Matt was easy to communicate with, and was able to provide me with a quote via email while I was at work. Throughout the actual repair process, he offered me options and made sure to keep in touch with an update on progress. When my car was finished, Sean (?) was also extremely pleasant to work with, and pick-up went smoothly. My car was even super clean! To top it all off, they even went above and beyond to make sure everything worked/looked better than before the accident- since unknown to me, my bumper had been worked on previously (I had bought my car used). The paint match is phenomenal, and I will certainly be return for any future body work. Thanks to everyone at Finish Line & Body for a great experience!

Took my van here to get a meeting with the garage wall fixed. Paint work is excellent and the staff is very accommodating to questions of workmanship after you get the vehicle home and take a look at everything. Took about a day longer than we thought but that's because of weather. Paint doesn't dry very well when it rains for 13 days straight!

Little late getting out here to review these guys... Last summer my daughter's car had the fun issue of the power window getting stuck in the door. These guys were hands down the easiest group to work with and gave a very reasonable estimate for the work. They easily beat the next closest estimate by $100. To top it all off, it's a year later and the window is still working like a champ. Great work guys.

Honest and fair! I've had three different vehicles there and have been happy with the service each time. Most recently, I thought my vehicle needed several things fixed based on a report from another local shop. Finish Line inspected all the concerns, shared what I need to watch for, and gave me a timeline for when they really need to be addressed. No pressure. The way they treat people is appreciated!

This shop and the owner is the best around! I have repeatedly been given a laundry list of things wrong with my vehicle when getting my oil changed at the dealership. Every single time I take the paperwork to Matt and his crew and they are able to tell me what really needs to be done (or not done in most cases). In addition, what needs to be done is always the most affordable. Matt (the owner) is a real stand-up guy, a straight shooter, and neither myself or my husband would ever trust anyone else with our vehicles. Absolutely first-class business!

A friend recommended Finish Line to me in 2013 when I posted on Facebook asking if anyone knew any repair shops that were good and fair priced, as I needed to replace my timing belt and everywhere I went gave a bid of $8-900. Finish Line beat every other shops price by quite a bit. I just used them again to repair the damage to my car from being rear ended. It is an older car and I said it didn't need to look perfect, I just wanted the trunk to be functional and not look as horrible as it did. It ended up only costing about half what I expected and looks a lot better than I thought it would come out. Finish Line is very honest and fair with all the work that they do. They are usually pretty booked up, so it may take a little longer than some places to get your vehicle in and out. But if you want fair prices and reliability, they're definitely the place to go!
