This has been the best experience I have had with an automotive shop. My car was brought in due to some warning lights and some known wheel baring issues, despite having been to other shops in the last 6 months, there was very hazardous suspension and strut issues that had gone unnoticed and had not been communicated with me. Christian Brothers Automotive discovered this with their complimentary full body inspection, and was very considerate and took the time to explain the risks to me and lay out an estimate for needed repairs! I live a good distance away from their shop, and they helped secure both a tow for the damaged vehicle and a shuttle back home for me. They are all very kind men, who I trust whole heartily in their work and professionalism.

These guys are very professional, kind and helpful. I had an emergency light come on while I was out shopping and went to their shop. They knew what to do to figure out and fix the problem. I will start taking my car there for routine maintenance.

We came in for an inspection of our car. We got news our transmission was failing. We got wonderful explanations and options. Pictures were so helpful. They were honest, kind and compassionate. We will be back and recommend them to everyone! We live in Grimes.

As far as my interactions with the staff goes, everything went really well. I had to get my vehicle towed there. They quickly addressed the issue and got it to where it was road ready relatively fast. But I couldn't get back during hours due to my job to pick up my vehicle. A little hiccup during that process but the team went above and beyond to remedy the situation

They are very helpful and will go over what your car needs and what is most important to have done. They have a shuttle that will take you to work and home if your car is not ready and they do not have any loaner cars.

I love how friendly and kind everyone is. I love that I get pictures, videos, a written explanation, and then they go through the whole thing with me in person. Upon discussion, we decided I need to know if the transmission was ever flushed by the previous owner before considering a tranny flush. Who answers my "but what about" questions so honestly about a car! They inspected the entire car at my oil change and tire rotation and charged exactly what they said they would. So, not to bother you with dealership horror stories (I have several), you can feel comfortable trusting your car to Christian Brothers.

Grimes Christian Brothers did an exceptional job on a recent repair that was pretty extensive. We were on vacation for a week and they picked up the van on Monday morning and returned it to our home on Friday after the repair was done, before we got home. Walker communicated on progress throughout the week and they worked directly with my auto warranty company to streamline that process. Would recommend them for service and repairs.

From start to finish, my experience with Walker, the customer service team, shuttle drivers, and staff was outstanding. Walker consistently went to bat for me and handled everything with absolute professionalism, always keeping my best interests as his top priority. While my vehicle was out of commission, I relied heavily on their shuttle service, and the drivers truly treated me like family. Pickups and drop-offs to and from work were always dependable—right on time, every time. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. As long as I’m in the area, I will continue working with Walker and the Christian Brothers team in Grimes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time having Christian Brothers in Grimes service my vehicle. Their process and organization including the pre-service drive and extensive vehicle assessment are impressive and a bit overwhelming at first. However, Walker talked me through everything and helped me decide what as important to address. He took the time to ask how I used the vehicle and how long I intended to keep it. All of this attention to detail resulted in making the repairs that were most appropriate for my situation. If you haven’t tried them, I recommend you do. I will be back.

I always have an excellent experience at CBA. The team is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They helped me with my vehicles issue and got me back on the road quickly. Their dedication to service shows and I highly reccomend CBA for your cars service needs.

We had a screw in our tire, and needed help quickly to get back on the road. Christian Brothers Automotive was incredibly helpful and kind—they put our spare on right away so we could be on our way without stress. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us out. We really appreciated their quick service and great attitude. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank the guys here enough for helping my daughter with her flat tire yesterday. Her tire had a warranty thru another company but they put on her spare and got her on her way and refused to take a dime, even though they were very busy they dropped everything to help her. This is the type of place you want to bring your vehicle for repairs, and when the need arises we will be doing as well. Thanks again

The people are very nice the labor charge is fair and I understand they need to make a profit on parts but a $900.00 mark up is a little much I looked the parts up at dealership and they are less then $30.00 if profit on parts where in line I would of given 5 stars

Best automotive service facility i have ever been to in my life. Pleasant staff, above and beyond review/service of various mechanical elements that I was not charged for, and pricing that was highly competitive. Cannot recommend Christian Bros any higher.

It’s been a struggle to find a shop that isn’t a fight to have done what I ask for and Christian Brothers was the perfect place. Easy scheduling, vehicle went in quickly, and I was back on the road as soon as the service was complete. The transparency of all work being done is by far the best service I’ve experienced. Wonderful staff and service.

Going to Christian Brothers had me a bit nervous due to going to the same car location/mechanic all my life. BUT they surpassed everything I could have imagined. They’re very helpful, kind, respectful, and offered a ride service. 5/5 stars I will be going back!

We called for an appointment at 7AM, and picked the car up about 2. We knew this would NOT BE a 15 minute oil change, as we understood from reviews that these folks are thorough!!! They also changed a faulty fuse, and looked it over carefully, as is their practice. From the GOOD MORNING greeting on the phone to the VERY PROFESSIONAL care we received in person, we were CONFIDENT, as out of towners, we would be well taken care of, AND WE WERE.

From calling to make an appointment to getting my vehicle back, the customer service was top tier. I am so grateful for how kind and professional every employee was. Always friendly and happy to help. Needed a quick fix of tire (went flat), and Walker was able to get me in and on my way! I also come here for oil changes, and they have been phenomenal to work with. Highly recommend.

I received great service from the friendly staff. The technician was thorough with his inspection and gave me his recommendations as to what had to be fixed immediately and what could wait. The shop offered a shuttle service, they drove me home and picked me up when my car was finished. While I may cringe at the cost, I am grateful for the services and quality I received.

Christian Brothers was so wonderful.I was from out of town and noticed I was loosing air from a tire rapidly . I knew I would not make it back home. They evaluated the issue talked with my husband about the plan and had me back in the road saving our vacation as we were to leave the next day. Everyone from Luz to the shuttle driver and our mechanic were Wonderful!!!!!

What a wonderful business! Christian Brothers has great customer service and contacted me with updates about my vehicle. Brad explained everything thoroughly with me and gave me options with different quotes. They fixed my A/C, sway bar and other sensors in my vehicle. I had my vehicle back in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this company.

We recently experienced vehicle issues and took our truck up to Christian Brothers. They were wonderful. I felt they went above and beyond to help get our truck fixed and back to us to us. They were honest about what needed fixed right now to keep our vehicle safe and running. They also shared what could wait. Their service there went above and beyond compared to any other place we have used. I highly recommend Christian Brother’s!
