I cannot say enough good things about Pages Diesel & Automotive in Kokomo! I had to have my car towed this afternoon , and although I didn’t catch the driver’s name, he was truly incredible. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, professional, and so reassuring during what was a really stressful situation. He handled my vehicle with care and made the whole process smooth and easy. His positive attitude and calm presence completely changed the tone of my morning. You don’t always meet people who take pride in what they do and treat you with such respect — but he absolutely did. I’m beyond grateful!
People like him are exactly why I will continue supporting local businesses.

Unfortunately I had to leave a one-star rating for this Service Provider. I was in need of a Recovery/Towing Service on my vehicle. It was to be transported back to my home which was 43 miles. Pages Diesel & Automotive was sent to retrieve my vehicle. They were prompt in regards to time they would arrive, communication between the Recovery Tow Driver and I was good, he kept me informed. Though after he arrived an assessed my situation, he stated to me per company policy the Recovery / Tow of Electric vehicles he could not Tow. This information was provided to Page's at time of request for Tow. I had to give them the make and model of the vehicle which would inform them of what type of vehicle it was it times of request for service. I quite don't understand why would they accept the recovery in the first place. Nevertheless after waiting an hour for them to tell me they could not recover my vehicle I was upset. Fortunately an hour and a half later I found someone that could provide the service that I needed. Frankly there was nothing special that I could see that would hinder them from providing me the service. They had the right equipment to Recover / Tow my vehicle. I've had cars towed before nothing was unusual. The other company which has the same type of Recoveryattach the tow hook to the vehicle, and hoisted it on their flatbed truck that's it.
We needed our 1970 Cougar towed and the gentleman that towed it was awesome! He was very understanding of our situation and really stepped up and took great care of our baby. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!
I was sent this company from my roadside assistance. This company was amazing. The driver did everything possible to get my car on the truck without doing more damage. The driver was absolutely amazing with my significant other and very knowledgeable when it came to loading and off loading. Thank you guys so much for the great service.
i'm an out of stater who knows little about cars. passing through on 69 i had tire pressure issues and was concerned about the viability of continuing on. insurance sent out Pages, and Robert was a saint. i was quite anxious and Robert was friendly, professional, patient, and reassuring. he checked out my tires, sourced a spot to go (shout out to Crain Ford in Warren!), followed me there, and made sure i was in good hands before leaving. let me say again, i was pretty anxious, and Robert really pulled through for me. this guy totally saved the day. thank you, good sir! ??
Great diesel mechanics, I'm from Texas and I was working in Marion when my 3500 Chevy truck started to missfire. I took my truck to get it fixed with them and they took care of me within a few days.I drove back to Texas without breaking down or truck shaking. I recommend taking your vehicle to get checked out with them.
I would highly recommend them for towing. It was an easy process. They were quick and contacted me throughout the whole process. They were able to put my car where I wanted it. Very professional and super nice!!
Stuck off road called USAA..they sent your guy..waited 2 hours for the guy to say $250 upfront or he couldn't help us. Even local guy was very unimpressed by hostility from tow truck driver.
I had a big job that these guys could have made a lot of money on. I was willing to go out of my way from muncie because of the great experience I had with their previous work. Too bad. They seem to have other priorities
GMC / On Star dispatched this company to assist with a flat tire. The service provider had a chip on his shoulder upon first arrival. I’m sorry sir, no one told me what protocol was to deal with my flat tire, I sat for two hours waiting on their arrival and tried to be as helpful as possible. He made it clear I was in his way and he had no interest in engaging in conversation. I am a local business professional and meant no harm or inconvenience to this individual. He certainly made me feel less than competent.
If I could give these guys 7 stars (7 being the number that means complete perfection), I would! Trent and all the guys are wonderful to work with: fare, honest, skilled, thorough and upfront. My '97 GMC Sierra 1500 has never run or sounded better (except maybe when she was new:). Go to this shop for all your automotive needs - oils changes, etc. Page's Automotive is a hidden gem right here in Marion!

I was later informed after I called back that they would not be paying for me to get my car out of the pound and now I’m stuck without a car because that just was absolutely not in my budget to pay this week so the longer I let it sit impound the more it cost I’ll because of a neglectful worker very irate never thought I’d have this issue with them in 1 million years any other time, they were a great team they have definitely let me completely down. Call to have my mothers car towed at 11 AM. Asked if it would be a problem for it to be towed today I was told no so I paid over the phone here it is 7:00 PM and I still have not gotten my mothers car I called in And the driver act like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Told me I could call the shop in the morning to get it figured out had I known it was a problem for them to get to it today I would have called someone else but no now I have to wait until the morning to handle this situation very unprofessional, and the driver was very rude
They are honest and do a very good job. They had to do motor work on my truck. I took it home and 2 days later it broke down. They came and picked it up for free....come to find out one of the guys made a mistake putting everything back together. So they did all the work for free and was upfront and honest with me. Can't ask for better with mechanics. Thank you Pages!!!
Dispatched through Geico roadside assistance. Rob was very courteous, and did a great job towing my vehicle to the shop. Also kept me informed when he could be there and also a call when he was 15 minutes out! Thank You so much!
Family member had tire problem, called roadside service, Pages was dispatched. Young employee failed to assess the status of tires prior to assuring the driver it was ready. Tire was not operable. Called roadside again, Pages was dispatched. Pages sent approximate arrival times, called family member and told them when they would be there. Then over 2 hours later, dispatch informed family member that Pages was unable to locate service ticket. Terrible service and unacceptable situation.

When I got to the shop the shop manager acted like he was confused and on something.
I asked him if he had a calender he said no.
He had the calender with my name on it at the same time I schedule in front on the desk. , we both looked at it but he said I didnot have appointment.
Two days wasted we these guys.

I called on friday late guy said call back monday an hour before I expected to arrive there so there would be a lift available for a brake inspection. I called Monday at 8:30 he said he would call be back I a few when he had a empty lift it's been 8 days and he still has not called back. I am glad they are busy and making money so they don't need my money but he could of called back and said they just wouldn't have time this week for a free brake inspection so I could take it somewhere else. To busy for a 10 minute inspection then they probably won't have time to replace my brakes but be upstanding and call people back when you say you will call.
They came out to put our spare tire on our motorhome when progressive dispatched it as a van. He wasn't prepared for the fact that he was coming out to a 30ft class c motorhome. He got the job done dispite being ill equipped and got us back on the road to make it home. We cant say thank you enough for everything you did! You didn't have to take the job but you did and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts!

My coworker and I needed towing from Peru to Fishers. They showed up within 15 minutes of our call. The driver, Jason, was so nice, helpful, and we had great conversation during the drive. I'd recommend this company to everyone who wants a bad situations made into a not so bad one. Thanks Jason!
We had to replace an engine on our Suburban after 180K. Trent was very knowledgeable and helped us sort through options (repair, used engine, or remanufactured). We ended up going with a remanufactured Jasper engine with a 3 year/ 100k mile warranty. The price was less than we expected and Trent and the guys went the extra mile when we ran into another unrelated issue (throttle body sensor) and needed that fixed as well. They diagnosed it right away and had us back on the road the next day. I am recommending this shop to my friends.
We had a flat tire and the guy came out to change it and I was parked behind my mother. When he pulled up behind me and got out of the truck I asked him if he needed me to move and he said “would have been nice....” I just felt like there was a better approach and I repeated “that would have been nice...?” and my mom saw that he mocked me when I got in my car. Once I moved he came up to my car and said if I don’t want him there he could leave. I told him I just felt like his comment was rude and there was a different way to go about it and he proceeded to argue with me and I told him we didn’t need to say anymore about it.
I needed to have my daughter's car towed last night. Unfortunately I never got the names of the 2 guys that came, but they could not have been more courteous and or more helpful. I really feel like they went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help and kept me informed of everything they were doing. My car was the grey Ford Focus. I just want to publicly thank them!!!!
Our company is located in Colorado and we had Page's Automotive check out a CDL truck we were interested in buying. Tim (the owner) was SUPER HELPFUL and honest. He checked out that vehicle for an affordable price and thanks to them we were able to steer clear from what would have been a bad deal, they found many issues with the truck. Highly recommend this company.
