Scheduled my car for the next day. Service was quick-same day. Inexpensive. Problem with vehicle resolved.

My daughter's truck would not start. I live out of state so I Googled and found In-N-Out Auto. Vince took care of things and had my daughter back on the road In one day. They did a Great job for a good price. Thanks everyone at In-N-Out Auto!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. The first time we took our vehicle in, we gave them a diagnostic sheet and they still charged us for diagnostic.Not to mention, they gave us a timeframe it would be done, and it was the next day when it got done. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back in. We told them that we had a horrible shimmy when driving between 50-70 mph. My husband called and explained the issue and We dropped our vehicle off at night after they were closed and I filled out envelope explaining what was wrong and said I wanted old parts back. (On the way there, we took the country road, therefore drove under 50mph so it didn't shimmy). They called and told us it was tires causing this and there were 3 tires needing replaced. We also got an oil change. The cost would be a little over 500.00 and Vince said they would have the tires the next morning at 8am. We didn't hear from them, so at around 2:40 pm, my husband called and Vince told us that the tires were late delivered and they were finished, all they had to do was the alignment and that would take 2 hours. My husband specifically told them, we were going to be going out of town and asked if they checked the front end thoroughly. Vince assured us they checked everything including brakes (and all brake parts), rotors, tire rods, ball joints, ball bearings, among other front end parts. My husband told Vince we would be there at 6 then. We got there around 6 and it still took about 20 minutes to get it finished. On the way home, it was shaking and shimmy just as bad. By then, they were closed. My husband called the next morning and Vince said to bring it back up. we took it and dropped it off that morning. When nobody called us by 1pm, we called them. Vince then told us that it was Brake Calipers that were locking up. It would be around another 855.00 to fix it. He said he gave us a 10%discount but I doubt he did. I got on the phone and asked if there was a discount we could get, explained that we wouldn't have gotten tires right now if that wasn't causing the issue bc that isn't why we brought it in. I never swore or raised my voice, yet Vince got Hostile and hung up on me. My husband called back and talked to Colleen. We told her to go ahead and fix it bc we had to have it fixed. I should have taken it elsewhere, but needed it done asap so I didn't. So they didn't initially drive it to see what the issue was,they just assumed it was the tires. They didnt give us back the tires or offer them until I brought that up. They didn't stay in contact with us and we had to call to get update. The list goes on and on. I wouldn't recommend going there ever unless it's for a basic oil change, then I'd still be cautious.

After the Tire Barn in Marion informed me it would be over $160 to dismount 4 14" tires (old) , then mount and balance a new set of winter tires I already had off the vehicle and in my pickup bed, I told them to pack sand and went else where. Called at 3pm on a Wednesday to In n out and they got them done the same day at 530pm for nearly half the price of what Tire Barn wanted. Took another set of used tires up there to put on my pickup and they again done it the same day. Had two small issues, one of the winter tires was mounted backwards (directional tires), and have a small leak from a valve stem on one of my pickup tires but things happen and no one is perfect. They are always nice and do decent work for a good price. Gained me as a customer!

Scam artists. Charged $1500.00 for a timing chain for my vehicle. Kept my car over a week and when I would try calling for updates on the status of my car I would be met with rude and hostile attitudes. At one point Vince called me and asked if I could go pick up the timing chain from INDIANAPOLIS (this was on the 3rd or 4th day of them having my car and being told that they already had the part and would have the vehicle ready by the end of that day). It just kept being story after story and run around. They are not honest or trustworthy business people. They took advantage of a single black mother who just wanted to have a decent and running vehicle for her children. Not only that but once I finally got the car back the timing chain came loose AGAIN, the oil cap had been taken off and spewed oil on my parts when they drove the car around front for me and they had tampered with other parts in my vehicle which I found out later on after taking my car to Belle tire for a second opinion. I went in and asked for a receipt for the timing chain from Vince and was told “their systems don’t go back to get receipts” will never trust them with anything ever again

Vince and his team do an awesome job at fixing pretty much anything automotive! I have been very satisfied with the services they've done to my Jeep Liberty! Keep up the great work there, guys and gals, and the cute little dog too! ??

My husband and I have been customers for years. He recently (November 4th) brought our Chevy Equinox in due to it overheating. They ran a diagnostic (which cost a little over $50) and more or less told him it needed a tune up. We already knew that it needed this service - they had told us this previously. We were unsure that this was the current issue; however, my husband was assured that this should fix the issue. He agreed to the service, which was a little over $700. Sunday, November 24th, he noticed it overheating again. He had not driven the car much before then due to being on vacation. He called and asked if they guaranteed their work and was told to bring the car back in. He took it back in to In-N-Out as scheduled and was told it is a head gasket and was quoted $2200. So instead of making sure to solve the issue the first time and address the customer's concern, they jumped at the easiest "solution". On top of this, my husband had to pay for another diagnostic. Over $800 later and now we have a lawn ornament. We will not be returning to In-N-Out for future services and will be sure to let others know of their poor service.

This place is a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE! WE SPENT ALMOST $1000.00 TO GET OUR CV AXLE AND CONTROL ARM FIXED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF OUR 2010 NISSAN CUBE , AND INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE RIGHT CV AXLE ON OUR CAR THEY PUT ONE FROM A DIFFERENT VEHICLE ON IT AND DURING THE PROCESS DAMAGED THE WHEEL BEARINGS. WHEN WE TOOK IT BACK IN THE 2ND TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT ON THE RIGHT CV AXLE AND ALIGN OUR VEHICLE. AFTER DOING SO , AND PAYING $431.00 THE FIRST VISIT AND $472.00 THE SECOND VISIT THEY ASSURED US THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS PERFECT AND NEEDED NO WORK! UPON DRIVING OUR VEHICLE AFTER IN AND OUT WORKED ON IT 2 TIMES , NOW OUR MUFFLER WAS EXTREMELY LOUD AS IF THEY DAMAGED IT AND THE RUBBING NOISE FROM THE DRIVER'S SIDE BECAME MUCH LOUDER! WHEN WE CALLED VINCE THE OWNER OF IN AND OUT AND ASKED IF HE WOULD DO WORK ON THE STRENGTH OF THE WARRANTY HE ADVISED THAT WE COULD PAY HIM TO FIX OUR MUFFLER AND WHATEVER WAS GOING ON WITH THE WHEEL BEARINGS! SO WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE TO BELLE TIRE IN LAFAYETTE INDIANA AND THEY LIFTED OUR CUBE UP AND WIGGLED OUR PASSENGER TIRE , AND LOW AND BEHOLD THE BALL JOINT AND CONTROL ARM WAS HANGING ON BY ITS LAST LEG AS WELL! NOW VINCE FROM IN AND OUT BLATANTLY LIED TO MY WIFE AND I TELLING US THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS "PERFECT" , BUT BELLE TIRE TOLD US THAT OUR SAFETY WAS IN GODS HANDS WHILE DRIVING OUR VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS BOUND TO SNAP ANYTIME! IN AND OUT AUTOMOTIVE IN MARION INDIANA ARE CROOKS & SCAMMERS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR CAR WHEN THEY HAVE IT SO YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK IN TO THEM!!!!!!! THEY GOT MY 84 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER OUT OF HER RETIREMENT MONEY THAT SHE GAVE US TO PAY FOR OUR VEHICLE TO GET FIXED ! SHAME ON YOU VINCE , YOUR A DESPICABLE HUMAN BEING AND WE WILL BE FILING WITH SMALL CLAIMS AND SUING YOU!

Called and to see about getting break work down to the back of my 2010 Chevy Silverado. Vince who I'm assuming is the owner stated $190 and he could have it done the same day. Later on Vince called me and said I needed more parts so I went ahead and authorized the work. I called vince at almost 5:30 and he told me that he would not have it done till the next day and that's not what he promised me. I merely stated that I was not happy with the fact that he was not going to have it done the same day like he promised me and he got rude with me and hung up the phone on me. I recently found out today when I picked up my truck that on the paperwork he is refusing a warranty on the work because he said I was rude. I was the one not being rude I just stated I was not happy he was the one being rude. I would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle to his shop because of how rude he was and how poorly he treated me.

went in and spoke to the receptionist to get an estimate on what was going on. It was generous, lady was very nice, and we scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning at 10. I didn't get home from work until about 2 Saturday morning and had to wake up early to get there. I arrived and the place is locked up. No one is in the office and the sign says "closed Saturday and Sunday". I nibbed around back and the mechanic is back there working. He acted as if he had no idea i was to be there. He then remembers "you scheduled the appointment didn't you". Yes I did. He tells me he plans to be done by 2:00 so it may not be done til then. Okay. Yes. Annoyed that I have to wait, but I don't mind. I understand we are busy. A while later he tells me that the damage is more extensive than he thought and shows me what's going on, and gives me the estimate. He said he would let me know when finished. I left and spent the day with two of my friends and their kids. It wasn't long into my visit when one of the kids got stung at the park. Mind you, the child has never been stung before and mom needed to take him to get it looked at. The three youngest go with mom to the doctor and I entertained the kids with backyard games, until one parent came home from work and they came home from the doctor. Little dude ended up being fine, but from what i understand Marion Health didn't utilize bedside manner very well to the scared mom and kids. In the meantime I never got a phone call saying the car was done and we drove there around 2, as the place was just a few miles away. When i arrived the garage was locked up and the office was locked up, my car out front. And of course the cars locked. I called, left a voicemail, tried to message the guy on Facebook, messaged the business. I even tried to get contact info. I called the Marion Police to see if they could help.. maybe they had contact info and I could get in touch. "This is a civil matter and we can't do anything". Once again another group in authority that shows to be useless in this moment. I even called the guy who sold me my car to see if the dealership has a spare and they didn't, but he suggested I check with key solutions or something. The one key place asked for information and then hung up on me I was able to get it info from a guy in Muncie, who was willing to help but it cost a pretty penny. At this point the best solution is to go in on Monday morning and get my car back. In this case I , I had to call off work twice this weekend, will miss rehearsal today, AND will likely be late Monday to my full time job. Do not take your cars to In and Out

I originally came here (when they were on the bypass) with a friend. He fixed her vehicle & she has never had an issue since. They fixed my car & was fast doing it & are very reasonable. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you In-N-Out!!

Poor customer service. Took my vehicle in for rattling noise on driver side front end. Vince called me later in the day to tell me he could only hear noise coming from my center console change holder. I explained to him again what I was hearing and where it was coming from again, said he would drive it again. Called me back an hour 30 min later to tell me still couldn’t hear anything. I go to pick up the car and the receptionist told on him and said reason he probably didn’t hear anything was he only drove it for a couple of minutes. They then charged me $30.62 for labor and a $1.38 hazmat fee for total of $32. Never took the time to look underneath the car/ not listed in their notes on my invoice. Then charge me a hazmat fee for what?? Don’t waste your time and or your money here.

In n out had my tires down in less than an hour from when I dropped them off. They always do the best job in a way that’s convenient for the customer. Very selfless employees and great people.

I had to call the place today regarding my oil. The lady who answered was extremely rude to me, horrible tone of voice. Once I was out through to a mechanic, he treated me like trash. Yelling at me and was making me feel stupid because I’m a female. He proceeded to use the word “ma’am” in a harsh tone, like speaking in all caps. I was going to ask another question and then he said have a nice day and hung up. Service was good on my car. Service to me was unacceptable! Do better please.

I had a wonderful and I'd have to say five star plus treatment at In-N-Out. I was returning to our home after vacation and while pulling into MArion at 10:00, my engine light came on and the engine started racing. I went to a couple other recommend shops trying to find help and they were booked out a week to 10 days. I arrived at In-N-Out at 8:30 am. VInce was extremely polite and listened to my needs and story - he said "we can get this looked at today" 25 minutes later, the master mechanic came out and explained the problem and the fix. I was back on the road at 9:15. It was one of the highlights of our vacation as we had expected we would be required to spend the night again in Marion waiting for the car to be repaired. I would recommend IN-N-OUT again. A great experience.

Treated us like lifelong customers or family our very first visit. Took care of same day even though the shop was so busy. I am more than appreciative. Hard to find people to trust now days. Definitely made a happy customer, I will be coming back for all my car needs!

Last summer my husband dropped off our car for an oil change and a tire rotation. He went to pick up the car and was told it needed a new main gasket, which would cost approximately $2600. They also refused to honor the free tire rotation that was supposed to come with the tires he had bought there previously. He took the car to Auto Tech for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with the main gasket. RUN don’t walk someplace else! This place needs to be investigated for fraud!

In-n-out used to do good work. Ever since they changed locations and staff I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. I took my car for an oil change and a bad tire. $2700 later my car had a bad wobble they failed to fix three times. I ended up needing a new oil pan after they stripped my drain plug. Best One fixed the problem in one day for $400. Every time I went in they had no idea I had an appointment or if they even had my car. My car sat for a week before they reached out a second time telling me it was in their way. Save your money and hire a professional.

I have dealt with them, twice. They did me right, both times. They have secured my future business, which is more than I can say for the many other shops I have dealt with, in my area. Thank you, for being good humans. ?

I came to In-N-Out for suspension repair after being told by another shop that my shocks and struts were in terrible condition and needed replacing. Jason and the team did an inspection and found that there was no issue. Without their honesty and integrity, I would have been out $1000 for nothing. I seriously can’t thank them enough. They have gained a customer for life!!

I went to have an oil change, and as I was sitting outside waiting, I watched an employee walk up to my vehicle while smoking. He proceeded to smoke next to my vehicle and then climb in immediately after smoking a cigarette without changing his clothing or washing his hands. I went up to him and explained this was not okay and I was extremely uncomfortable with him being in my car as I have car seats in the car and did not want smoke exposure. He did not understand why this was a serious issue and seemed to think it was okay because he “didn’t smoke while in the vehicle.” He assured me he would spray with fabreeze, thus putting in more chemicals I don’t want around my car seats. He drove away in my car before I had the opportunity to ask him to please exit my property. Upon paying, I mentioned the serious concern to the man at the front desk and was simply told it had been “addressed.” There was no apology or attempt to make things right. I felt very violated and unsafe that my vehicle was treated this way and myself and my children were treated so disrespectfully as to have smoke residue transferred into the vehicle. Unfortunately, as preciously repeat customers, I will not feel comfortable returning here for service.

Vince is honest and fair owner. He does great work and does it pretty fast. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else unless he recommends some place if he is to booked up to get my vehicle in. Great customer service also. If you haven't taken your vehicle here before I highly recommend you do

I'm from Dallas, Texas and am used to top notch auto repair. In the 6 years I've lived in Marion I've been to several places. I'm very knowledgeable about cars and have heard it all and seen it all. Four times now I've been to In-N-Out Automotive and they have been nothing but highly intelligent and fair. BEYOND impressed!!!!!!! Absolutely the best here. I'm just so beyond happy at least one thing is going well in my life lolllll ?.

The first visit was for a diagnostics and went good the next day I called to see if they could get me in (which they did )to install a pitman arm since I didn't have time to do it my self and have a wheel alignment done . After waiting an 1.5 hour they finally brought the vehicle back up front and told me they couldn't do a wheel alignment with out replacing the tie rods and such, surprised I went in and spoke to the lady behind the counter and she said I owed$60 and it would be an additional $240 for labor, parts, and an alignment. I agreed and went and sat out side . As I was sitting on the bench one of there mechanics came around and entered the front of the building with a unsettling grin on his face that made me think and realized I just spent a week working on my car and I was pretty sure they were trying to RIP me off . So I immediately stepped In and cancelled the work order and went to tire barn to confirm my suspicions since I originally tried to get an alignment done the day before there but couldn't do it due to the fact the pitman arm needed replaced which happen to be the only thing I missed when I replaced everything . I spoke to the manager there which I've know for years and asked if he could squeeze me he said no he was booked and I asked him if the parts that in and out automobile on 38th street said needed replaced and he also said no the only thing that needed replaced was the pitman arm. Saturday afternoon my wheel alignment was successfully done by tirebarn and no scams . I don't appreciate dishonest people and am truly insulted and wonder how many people have they ripped off !!!

I had an issue with oil in my spark plug well I took it in and they fixed the issue. Nobody is perfect and the repair didn't fix the issue. I brought it back in and the problem was more in depth than we first thought, so they fixed it at a pretty penny. They gave me a discount for bringing in twice and I'm very happy. Their mechanics aren't perfect (no person is including mechanics) as I stated before but their customer service is. Thanks guys!
