Went to return my parts the red headed employeesaid I couldn't return my parts because they didn't have enough cash. Side note: as i walked up to the counter the guy said " i guess were losing money". So I guess im stuck with parts I can't return. Canceling my commercial account today and doing all my business with autozone from here on out.
The new manager Drew has been so so so helpful today! As a man who doesn’t know much about vehicles he was VERY thorough snd patient! I recommend anyone who is having car trouble to come here and ask for Drew! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I went in OReilly’s south today looking for oil drain plug gasket. Josh spent considerable time helping me find the right part. I appreciate the help he gave me. Roger Younce.
I buy all my parts at O'Reilly's and have had good experiences with all but one employee. Josh is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to work with if not impossible. Obviously hates his job and honestly should find another job more suited to his skills if he has any. I recommend going to the North location if you can, it's worth it.
Adrianna was awesome. She helped me beyond what I expected anyone would. Definitely going to be my store of choice for future needs!!!! Give that lady a raise people.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kholeman was especially helpful. Between O'Reilly's and youtube I have saved several hundreds of dollars fixing stuff myself.
It was very rainy and cold when this absolute saint of a man came outside and got soaked prying open my gas door. I didn't get his name but he has curly brown hair and is nice.
I give the south store 5 stars because the north store on north Baldwin ave needs to take more classes on customer service I had purchased a serpentine belt with a 3 yr guarantee didn't have that belt no more then a year called the north store to see if I took it off and take it back if I could get another one right then and there because my first one I had to wait on it as well the belt cost me 100 dollars for the 3 yr the person that was assisting me on the phone was giving me a very hard time about returning it even though my number was still in the computer and it showed the warrantie and the date of purchased he was telling me that the only way they would exchange it if it was stretched out only blah blah blah and then once I brought it in he was going to put it on a machine to see if it was stretched more or less he was treating me like I was trying to RIP him off very very disappointing so thank you Jeremy at the north store for a very bad experience will not go back to that store any more but the south store great service!!!!
