Husband went for a rear passenger caliper. Got home took the car apart and realized they gave him a front passenger caliper. Put the car back together and drove back and exchanged it. Got home took it apart only to open the box and see a driver side rear caliper. Put it back together for the second time and drove back for the third (24 mon drive) and exchanged it yet again. New employee this time. Made her open the box and show us it was indeed the right one and she got it right finally. Then after going home and changing it out I had to drive back to receive the core fee. A very frustrating and time and money wasting experience to say the least. What should have been a quick and simple job became a 2 day nightmare. All could have been avoided with some diligence and competency.

They look at my car issue and advise me how to fix it. They are nice and friendly. Today I fixed my car. Thanks guys! Sandra jackson

Order my parts online and they pulled the wrong part. Complained about having to call to find the correct part. Didnt understand that different manufactured use similar part numbers. Finally refunded my money. Went to O'Reilly's and had zero issues getting the gasket I needed. 0/5 recommend visiting AutoZone.

Was able to order part I needed to put on a cherry picker to lift the motor out of a car or truck. It works really good. I like going to auto zone there very helpful.

Whether it is a light bulb, headlight or in this case screws that were stripped holding my license plates, They always have been very helpful. Thank you Tim for helping me get my license plate on my car!

Came to Crawfordsville to get a Battery changed in my car and I got excellent service from a gentleman. He actually opened the door for me and asked what I might need and told him I need a battery for my car. He made sure I saw my selection and told me what would work best specially for up coming cold temps and he replaced it for me! Thank you so much! Made it very quick process for me!

Who knew that a road trip with my dad would turn into an unexpected adventure featuring our car dramatically deciding to adopt a 'slow and steady wins the race' attitude on the highway? With our car crawling at a leisurely 30mph, we found ourselves inching our way towards AutoZone. Enter our hero, Dakota - not the state, but definitely as noteworthy. Dakota, armed with his trusty ECU reader, quickly helped us diagnose our car with a classic case of 'cylinder four stage fright' (a.k.a. a misfire). He dove into action like a mechanic ninja, helping us procure everything we needed to swap out the spark plug for cylinder four. Despite our high hopes, this was more of an intermission than a finale. Then, Dakota, with the wisdom of a seasoned car whisperer, suggested we try changing the ignition coil. Voilà! Our car was back to its peppy self, running smoother than my dad's old vinyl records. Big shoutout to Dakota at AutoZone! Without his expertise, we would have been as lost as a GPS with no satellites. Thanks to him, our road trip was back on track, with only a slight detour into the world of auto repair comedy. My car died in the Dollar Tree parking lot right across from this AutoZone. My car would not even turnover and so I walked across the street to the Autozone and Tim one of the employees was eager to assist me. Tim offered to walk over with a new battery and install it for me. The customer service was 10/10 and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out.

Paul was a great help with the parts I needed. Fella was quick and I didn't have to explain everything. I'll definitely be back for sure.

We were vacationing at shades state park. We were out of town and presented with a bad battery. Closest auto zone was in crawfordsville. We were told that their mechanics couldn't change the battery due to it being under a cover. However, your employee, Micheal H. came out to our car with all his tools and helped my husband change the battery. Then we were on our way ! Big thanks to Micheal H. for going above and beyond to save our vacation! It's the little things like this that makes your business stand out from the rest! Customer service was pretty lame, sales associate was short and kinda rude in his replies. Still I got the help I needed and he got me the right parts. Edit: went here to get some parts for my exhaust and honestly the guy was a big help got me everything I needed and was friendly so I'm upping my stars!!

My wife was on a road trip out to the east coast when the battery light came on. The Auto Zone in Crawfordsville tested and found the alternator was bad. The staff was very helpful and had several alternators in stock to choose from. Being almost 500 miles from home and on a Saturday afternoon my wife had no idea how she was going to get it fixed after purchasing the new alternator. The staff called around and found Angel who was able to fix the van on short notice. Shout out to Lauren who lined up the mechanic to come to the store.

Its Autozone,gotta say though, fella was helpful in finding out they had a abs rotor that was almost $20 cheaper than the non abs rotor and is otherwise the same saving me a few bucks so that was nice Otherwise nice enough store as autozones go, pretty well stocked and employees helpful so no complaints, ill continue using them as needed

I like the people that work there they are always willing to help find what you need even if it takes them alot of different times to order a new part. The part will get there sooner or later.

Wonderful experience with the employees. Part's was in when they said that they would be in. Polite, and extremely friendly and helpful. Frustrating… I ordered part for a customers vehicle from Autozone on Saturday. I Was told it needed to be ordered and would be here Tuesday afternoon and I agreed. I then Went to autozone twice on Tuesday and was told the part hadn’t arrived and wasn’t sure why. I called on Wednesday morning and the part had still not arrived. The counter person then caled “Columbus Ohio and said they have it and would ship it so I could have it Friday at noon. I Called Friday and was informed it’s not there and order has been canceled for unknown reason in the system. This is a problem with Autozone not so much the Crawfordsville store but they are Autozone. I wasted 6 days of my customers time and only found out this information because I called the store. Very frustrating which is while my business will continue to use Napa. Unacceptable business practices from Autozone.

My experience was so amazing. The gentleman who helped me was so amazing!! They offered alot of information, friendly, knowledgeable, clean environment. I will only do my car needs through them.

There again, exceptional help and personalities plus every one ther is very well trained in the field of car n truck parts. Prices are reasonable and the sales and offers with rewards are excellent!

We were out of town and he had ordered a part while there and they went above and beyond. A manager went and got the part for my husband ...that way we could have it before returning home. Definitely a good team of employees there.

James B, a manager at this store, replied to my mother's comment about her husband ordering a part by saying "Your husband? Do you know how many times I've heard your husband?" Very rude and demeaning to my mother and I. Will not be back.

Absolutely wonderful service and assistance. Traveling from VA to CA we experienced a battery issue. Curtis was able to assistance in determining what the issue was and helped replace the part. Would definitely recommend this AutoZone!
