Had a headlight issue, and Nick and Dale went above and beyond to help.

I went to the Crawfordsville, Indiana Store and, when in a bind, the employees there went above and beyond to get me back on the road and to home. Not just good business, but more importantly, good people.

Horrible customer service! Have an item needed to be returned. Instead now I have to contact a consumer email because there employee didn't put my info in there system and now it's my fault. When asking questions manager kicks me out of store and threatening to call cops instead of further helping me.

Purchased a battery for same day delivery by 8pm.....still no battery the next day. So i call and they said they did not assign a driver to deliver it. I then requested a refund and they had no manager on duty to mark the item as returned (this was on a Saturday morning). WORST service ever will not do business with again.

IM SO THANKFUL TO THESE GUYS!!! A local company tried to charge me $45 for an air filter and claimed that was "without labor" Shauna D price matched me a filter for $15 AND helped me put it in ON top of topping up my coolant and fixing my windshield fluid dispenser. They are amazing best in town

They had the parts I needed, they were friendly, and helpful. We stopped in, needed parts to continue down the road. We had no transmission cooler. And we were going on a long trip, we wouldn't have made it with out out the parts we got there.

Absolutely has nothing in stock, no 5/8 heater hose, exhaust strapping, no 4093 or equivalent autolite spark plug, black tape, and other items I have needed in the last week. Countermen are friendly but very limited on knowledge and one was rather rude when I asked if he got a hub delivery on Saturday and where from ( of course they don't) unfortunately I will not be calling them for anything because everything I needed was on the shelf at AutoZone. Robert H. Is the only one that seems to care and have knowledge and unfortunately I understand he is moving on to other prospects and that's a great loss for this store. Just called again, they need to just shut the doors and close the place. As a reply to " the owner" when your people tell me they don't carry a BR6HS because it's not their brand they are totally lost. A simple small engine plug that's usually carded in the small engine section on the floor you are in bad shape. Where do you get these people from McDonald's??

Rob is the one that makes the store!! He stayed almost an hour after closing time to help me fix my trailer lights and also gave me supplies from his own stash in his truck. I can’t stress enough how great he is

Auto parts stores are auto parts stores. However the people make the difference. A manager named Rob helped us tremendously well by agreeing to stay a few minutes late so we could get a line repair kit that we desperately needed. I'm extremely grateful for his customer service, first rate

2 time have want me to drive up there to pay for a part before they order (200 dollar part nothing really odd ball fuel pump and electrical components)it I just call you a different store have it tomorrow with out having to make 2 trip might as well order it online before u have them order it they lost me ever order parts from them again this new policy they implemented has lost at least 4 people from messing with them or there last one on the list have work in a parts department farm implement store if I told a farmers that I would have lost a lot of sells over small time sell I could understand transmission or a motor but not this (and response to response I call u 1 more time next time next I need something but if I have to drive in there to prepay for a $200 part I'm done w I don't see u change this so I probably done but I give u a chance)

Exceptional care and service! Highly recommend this store and staff! They really helped us out when the ac went out on our van. It was 94 degrees and we had 3 very hot kids. Thanks guys! You really made our day!

Don't drop your packages there! We've had 2 in q row go missing. I had a tracking number but only to one now I'm gonna have to pay for a lost package! They can't help me at qll.

This place is great, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They always help you find whatever parts you need and will even help you install if you need the help.

Got the front brakes and calipers for a good price also the last 2 bottles of Asian vehicle dot 3&4. Thanks for the help guys. The app and the store ordering system do not jibe well.

I went there Sunday, August 28th, to get a new battery for my vehicle. The store is supposed to open at 8:30, this was 8:45. I carry the old battery (very heavy) to the front door only to find that both doors are still locked. Advance Auto just lost almost $250 as I went on down the road to Autozone and purchased one since they actually were open when they were supposed to be !!!

Go see Mike the gm he is always top-notch and willing to help anyway he can. Little update to this review also Robert or Rob that works there is right up there with the GM mic couldn't ask for better service if there was any way to give more than five stars I would.

Every employee is very helpful, always greeted upon entry. Also if you need help with installing a headlight bulb or anything for that matter someone is always willing to help you. Prices are also very good, I do a lot of curbside pickup which is very convenient!

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DON'T KNOW IF I AM WRONG,BUT THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NO RETURN ON BATTERIES. LIKE I TOLD THE GUY WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT ON TO WHAT I NEED FOR. HE SAID YOU TAKE YOU BUY IT AND NO RETURNS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. THESE NEW WORKERS NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE ALWAYS CAME TO ADVANCE FOR ALL OF MY AUTO PARTS NEED,AND NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY.

Gave me the best deal I could get. Needed a sensor and an alternator they gave me the cheapest alternator witch was $198 auto-zone wanted $300 I normally go to autozone but their items have been failing me started going to advanced and I’m glad I did cheaper prices and the products actually work!

A little lengthy but Autozone did a great job of taking care of my car. Very professional and helpful. My car wouldn't start without a jump. So knew it was either battery or alternator. Brought it in and the guys hooked up their machine and tested my battery. Dead. Go figure, $50 Walmart battery. So (I forget the guys name now) helped me with finding a better battery. A little pricy at a $153 after taxes, but at least I won't be buying a battery any time soon. He removed my old battery and noticed my negative terminal was broken. Thanks Walmart. Anyways he gladly replaced the terminal. After getting everything in place and hooked up, my car started right up! So if you're having problems with getting your car to start, run it to Autozone!

The GM, Jon, is always extremely helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend over any other auto parts store in the area.

Great place to get what you need. Good help and next day pickup if they are out of stock.. I tend to walk in Advance Auto to see if they have changed any and it's like the same for years not much to see.

Advance Auto has always gotten the parts I need especially on Volvo,s. A tough car to get parts for I always get my discounts and they usually get parts within 24 hours excellent great Mike

These guys are the most unbelievably helpful people I've come across in forever. Truly big hearted, caring and knowledgeable. They solved a problem we didn't even know we had :) They are there pretty much around the clock and can get parts in a matter of hours. Highly recommend. Thank you Scott and Jessie.

Always been greeted as I walk in. They will come out from behind the counter and help you. Have always been treated with respect. They price match. I recommend they be your first on your list for parts and help.
