Very kind and helpful. The mechanic who changed my tire after getting a flat was so kind and friendly. He went out of his way to give me some advice on what to do for another issue with my tires (my other tires were leaking due to a different issue) . When I took it to Walmart there was an issue with how Walmart tried to change my spare tire and they couldn’t remove the spare. When I called Wilsons they still helped to come and get me to fix the issue. When they were fixing my tire they noticed an issue with the bolts in my breaks and went out of their way to fix it! I really appreciate them going so far out of their way to ensure my breaks were safe. They are a family owned business that really cares about you and it shows! Thanks again!

Robert showed up to tow my car and when I told him the battery was dead, he jumped it for me and provided very helpful advice. Would recommend!

Oil change place broke my radiator and had it sent to Wilson’s for repair. When I got my car back my check engine light was on. Was not on before radiator replacement. When I called they wanted to charge me diagnostic fee.

I own a 2016 honda oddessy, that had the alarm going off at different times. It turns out it was the sensor on the hood latch. This was driving us nuts, especially since we were out of town when this started. Wilson’s had the car for a few days trying to get the alarm to go off. It finally did more than once. The solution was to disconnect the wire on the hood latch, or spend $546. For a part from Honda to be installed. Guess which we did? Wilson’s could have charged me a bunch of money for checking all the codes this alarm was causing. The charge was $58.00 Thank you for being so honest with my car. This is my 4thor 5th time they have worked on my late model cars. I would go back again if something else comes up. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Wilson's yesterday. My car broke down about 20 minutes from Turkey Run, and AAA put us in touch with Wilson's. Their tow truck operator got to us in about 30 minutes and towed the car about 8 miles to their shop. At first, they didn't think they would be able to get to my car until early the following week, but when I told them we were from out of town, they took a look at it that day. Then they truly went above and beyond, ordered the part (an inverter cooler water pump), got it installed that afternoon, and we were able to drive the car back home that day. Thanks Wilson's!

FANTASTIC group of people! We're from Indy and I was driving my grandpa and family to Illinois to check on our farms. Right before Whitestown, the tire lost pressure and we stopped to fill up. I was praying it was a fluke but as we continued it started to decrease again. I asked my partner to look up places around where we were. I called a few different places first and they all told us they couldn't get us in today and weren't very nice. When I called Wilson's they were super friendly from the beginning and were willing to fit us in. We were in and out of there with a patched tire in 20 minutes or less. And they even entertained my 91-year-old grandpa while the rest of us walked down to Speedway for a snack. I would 100% recommend this place! Whether you live in town, or you're just passing through! While it wasn’t my car that needed help my friend asked me to help to change her sisters flat tire so I went and sadly they only had the stock jack. It turns out that her insurance had sent Wilson’s to come help. Thanks to help from Jason it was done in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend to call them if you need any help whatsoever.

My car had an issue on a Sunday morning and no auto repair shop was open. Wilson's came to tow me to their shop to look at it on Monday, but was able to remove the broken piece and make my car safe to drive home (I was more than an hour from home). They went above and beyond!

This company was amazing! My son’s jeep wouldn’t go in forward or reverse. It was parked at wabash college. I called & they were there with a tow truck within 15 min. I used my AAA for the towing fee, his jeep was fixed that day & the cost was not outrageous. Very pleased with this company!

My bike was in an accident at 7pm at night was towed there and I was there to get it at 1130am the next morning. They changed me for two days of storage but was "nice" enough to remove one of the storage charges. My bike wasn't even there for 24 hours. In my opinion that is taking advantage of people.

They are nice people but I kind of feel like my leg is being pulled around. they have had my vehicle since tuesday at noon. Turns out the catalytic converter is bad which one idk I was told there are 2 in my vehicle. now I'm going to be be waiting probably another entire day just to get an estimate. Who knows how long to actually get the job done. I keep getting told let me find out and I'll call u back then no one calls I have to reach out every time I need to know stuff.

Great place, they make it a point to take care of you and your vehicle. I recommend it to everyone. The only auto shop I have work on my vehicles and for good reason!

Took my Yukon to Wilson's to get the water pump replaced. The staff was very helpful, courteous, professional, and the service was resonably priced. Kudos to Mark & Dianne for getting me back on the road again!

While on a trip, I hit a deer on I74. Got towed to their place. They secured my vehicle. The owners let me use their personal vehicle to go 32 miles one way to get a rental vehicle. They moved my wrecked vehicle into a barn and helped unload my stuff and reload all of it into the rental. They really helped me and took care of me.

My father is a mechanic so I have always been terrified to take my car anywhere. However not the case here. Their whole family is friendly and honest with wonderful service to vehicles. So happy I found them! I recommend them to anyone needing a tow or work done on their vehicle.

Outstanding service and it didn't cost me a cent! I was traveling through on vacation when my turn signal (multi-function control) started smoking. Clint found the part number but was not able to locate a spare locally. I told him my route to Minneapolis and he was able to locate a part a couple of hours away along my route. He put the part on hold in my name and I was able to pick it up before they close (it was over 2 hours away). He helped me how to install the part myself! I was very fortunate to have found Wilson's Autotech and they didn't charge me for any of this service, it saved my vacation! You can't go wrong with these people!

Our car broke down in Crawfordsville on the way home to Chicago. They towed my car and 20 minutes after it broke down and it was well after business hours. They then had the car fixed first thing the next morning and they even dropped it off at the hotel we were staying at. They were friendly and charged a very reasonable price. We are very lucky we broke down where we did. Highly recommended.

About midnight on 10/11/14, we hit a pothole at the I-74/rIN 32 (Crawfordsville, IN) intersection that destroyed the right front tire, bending the rim. We were able to drive about a 1/4 mile to a Pilot truck stop on the run flat tire. We have BMW roadside service that was useless in that they could not find a tow service to help us, except they did call the local police department for a recommendation. The police department recommend Wilson Towing and Repair of Crawfordsville. We received a call from John and Wilson's who was very helpful and dispatched a driver with new flat bed which arrived within minutes. Their driver was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, taking care to load the car carefully. This is not something anyone wants to experience, but if you do, I hope you're within range of Wilson's Towing and Repair.
