Got my vehicle worked in on short notice. I was not sure the vehicle was safe to drive after tire damage.Very polite and honest. A quality I appreciate after several car services lately that were disappointing. I will be a return customer.

I was very pleased with my recent experience at the Crawfordsvile store. Once again Brett was welcoming and professional. They quickly made the necessary repairs (tire pressure sensor) and had me back on the road. Thanks Again Brett!

Very disappointed. I went online picked out the tires that I wanted for my truck and got the out the door estimate. I printed out the estimate and went into the store to order the tires. The young lady got on her computer and printed out another estimate that's $400 higher then online. I explain that I just got their estimate off of their website and it was $400 cheaper. She said that was the internet pricing and not the in store pricing. I then asked if they have veterans discounts. She said, no, they don't do that, keeping in mind that there is a plaque on the wall, stating they support all our veterans. And last year, when my wife and I stopped in there for some air, I ask about veteran discounts snd the gentleman said, yes, they do offer veteran discounts. They were so nice and helpful the first time I was in there last year which is why I was going to give them my business until now. I am sure they do a good job.This was just my experience.

Great service and professional staff. I was out of town two hours away from home and was having issues with low tire pressure from the cold weather and I could not get two of my aluminum tire stem covers off. Side note , do not put aluminum tire stem caps on use plastic. They were able to get them off properly. Get my tire pressure back up for all four tires and a timely matter squeezed me in on a busy day. And my surprise when I got done, they said no charge, sir. They could’ve really stuck it to me since I was out of town and was at their mercy. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the area or anyone traveling through if you need honest Professional great service. Job well done Amber and staff.

My husband and 3 young daughters were visiting my dad from Georgia and realized on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, our front right tire was leaking air. I called a few places in the area and they were a little short and very busy. I called Pomp’s, and when I mentioned we were traveling, they assured us they would do everything they could to help us quickly. 30 minutes later, they were calling saying they were done and our car was good to go! Very friendly, helpful staff - we appreciate you so much!

This is the second time I’ve been to your location. The first time I needed a tire quickly, my wife had picked up an animal bone during the cover bridge festival. They took care of me in a swift and professional way. The second time I thought I had a nail in my tire of my truck I made an appointment they got me in and I ended up not having a problem and they didn’t charge me to look at my tire. I will be back for more business.

This was my second trip to Pomp’s Tires in Crawfordsville. Several months ago we’d had a flat on my wife’s car, and she drove on it flat for some distance unaware that it was flat. I took the car to Pomp’s and ordered a pair of new tires figuring the flat one had been ruined. Went back a couple of days later to get the new tires mounted. A fellow came in and told me that my tires were still OK and didn’t need replacing, even though they’d ordered the tires for me. That told me that I was dealing with good folks at an honest shop. When it came time to replace the old tires on my pickup, I didn’t hesitate or shop around. I went back to Pomp’s, bought four new tires, had some front end work done. Courtesy, quality tires reasonably priced, and good service to extend the life of my 20-yr-old truck. I’m a very satisfied customer and happy to give Pomp’s Tires in Crawfordsville my recommendation to everyone who reads this note. It’s good to do business with good people. Don Lindsay

I ordered from tire rack and had the tires delivered to Pomp's in Crawfordsville. I called ahead and double checked they couldn't get the specific tire I wanted and they confirmed but said they were good with handling the install from tire rack. I needed the new tires and then an alignment as I had done basically all new front end suspension and steering components at home. When they received my tires (earlier than expected) they called me immediately which was nice. This was Friday I believe so we talked scheduling and she had some Monday times. She suggested 10 am and I agreed. I then confirmed that this was a time slot long enough to include my alignment as we discussed a couple days prior. She said no, actually it's not, thanks for the reminder. So she then suggested Monday at 9 am, which I agreed to. So I show up Monday at 9:01 and check in and the guy informs me I'm an hour early. So I explain the situation and figure she didn't get it fixed while we were on the phone. He asks if I'm hanging out or dropping off. I'm hanging out, brought my laptop to work. He was very nice and explained they were booked, but he would do his best and see about shuffling things if possible. I said no worry and say down. The only thing I was really worried about was eating lunch and scoped out some places I could walk to and got to work. About 25 mins later, they pulled the car back and was completely done about 11:30 to get me home by noon. A slight issue that was handled well would have me coming back. Things happen, we're human, but I appreciate the effort and customer service I got to work through the issue.

My son and I were on a long distance trip and woke up to a flat tire at our hotel in Crawfordsville. I called Pomps and they came to us, repaired the flat and got us on our way. They were super fast and fairly priced! Highly recommend!

I feel like I have found the best auto service in the country. They were able to take my car in on an appointment and fix it for what I consider a fair price. I told them that if you treat me right you'll have a customer for life. I think I have found the auto service I'll use for the rest of my driving days.

very professional, they got both of my cars done fast and at a very reasonable price. I used to be a mechanic before i injured my back. i can tell you some of the other shops in town are less than honest about what is wrong with tour car, but Pomp's has always been honest and has always got the job done well.

As a returning customer, I made an appointment over the phone. I arrived at the appointment and was checked in quickly and my vehicle was taken into the bay within 5 minutes. Vehicle was serviced and returned in a very reasonable time. It is always a pleasant experience with Pomps.

I am traveling country by RV and I lost all the air in the inside rear driver’s side tire. I called Pomps and the young lady with whom I spoke was pleasant and responsive to my needs. She priced out a tire and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work and said she could have a person to my location in an hour, and they did! Jerry was polite, friendly and knew his business. It turned out I didn’t need a tire, it was fixed, remounted on the rim, balanced and mounted on the RV in less than 90 minutes. Exceptional work, exceptional servir and excellent prices.
