When looking at my id and scanning it to get my car back, they forgot to give it back to me. On top of that, they were not kind when trying to figure out my information and got frustrated with me quickly when I was clearly in a rough situation and trying to get everything figured out. When contacted, I was told they sent theID out immediately. I have never received it and must assume they sent it to either sent it to the incorrect address that I specifically told them not to send it to, they never sent it, or it was returned to sender and they didn't care enough to try again. It was like pulling teeth to get my ID replaced and it was right around my 21st birthday so I missed out on celebrating with my friends and family for a really important milestone plus everything else going on. Just a really disappointing experience overall and if they actually read these, at least shred my old license please!

Rogers is worked on our Fleet of trucks for probably close to 30 years I highly recommend them because they've always done us a good job at what I thought was a fair price

I am so glad that a friend referred me to Froedge’s. The Owner, Walter and employees like Chad and Bev were all incredibly kind, respectful and honest.
Chad actually listened to what we said the issue was. Before coming to Froedge’s we had taken the vehicle to the shop across town that didn’t even listen to us. They recommended over $1000 worth of unnecessary work none of which would’ve had actually fixed the problem.
Froedge’s fixed only what was needed, saving us time, money, and frustration.
It’s hard to find a place where everyone treats you with genuine kindness and respect. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Froedge’s They earned my trust and my future business.

My 70 year old father prides himself on fixing his car with his own tools, but when he runs into a problem that he can't fix - he takes his car to Froedge's. I recently needed to replace a catalytic converter, so I bought my own parts to save money. Froedge's was the only shop in Montgomery County that was willing to install it for me if I supplied the parts. They have been very fair with their pricing, and I greatly appreciate their through diagnostic explanations.

Getting my 2000 Honda CR-V some work done on the people here are very nice very professional , great people great place and service. I highly recommend. They are truly great and very honest.

My driver's side window motor quit on a Saturday. I called on Monday and they got me in asap before the rain. They also fixed my ABS issue (bad hub). I also had an oil change too. Thanks for great service.

They quoted us $700/hr FLAT RATE for their rotator. After the job was done they said it was $750/hr plus a fuel surcharge and added more hours than what it took to do the job, threatening to hunt us down and impound our truck if we didn't pay the amount that we hadn't agreed on. Only plus is that they arrived on scene within 30 mins.

I’ve been a customer for many years. They do great work and are very honest and have very fair pricing. Just had some work done amd the current office and tow driver all very friendly and professional. They have great communication, laid out all my options, and got the work done on the timeline they said. Highly recommended!

Froege's entire team are AWESOME!!! I can't thank them enough for the friendly, courteous and professional service. Our brakes needed repair and the closest place to get the required parts on Christmas Eve was in Lafeyette. They made a special trip to get the parts and got our car ready in no time. They saved our Christmas!! Thank You!!

I called around a few different tow companies to ask them if they tow something like this. I had no clue how much it weighed or what it even was. It was completely full of water which requires them to dump out. Not only did they give me a fast and accurate quote, but they met me on time and we’re very professional! Even though this wasn’t a typical tow, they were more than happy to help! I will never use another tow company again, Froedge’s is who I will always trust from here on out!

0 stars. Called to set up a appointment for the following week to ensure I would have a tow to the mechanic. The owner said no need to reserve and to call the morning of and he would take care of me. Called the morning of and the same person said they were too busy to take care of me. Luckily Wilson's towing was able to take care of me instantly. This tow company is a joke. Call Wilson's instead.

They got to my location in about 15 minutes. Super fast. They really know what they’re doing and had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Fair prices and hopefully never have to call a tow again but if I do, I’ll call them. Thanks guys!

Had to get out on an early February morning. My battery was drained b/c of the cold temps. Called my roadside assist and they sent David from Froedge's. He didn't give up and got my vehicle going. Thanks for the help!

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the rudest tow truck driver I’ve ever came in contact with and the company wouldn’t even give me his name. They charged me $125 to barely pull me 500 ft up a hill and not to mention the tow truck driver threatened to leave me stuck on a hill because I gave him attitude after he was rude to me. Super unprofessional and do not recommend. Not to mention the secretary who answered the phone and was also rude after we asked what the tow truck drivers name then hung up on me in mid sentence. Definitely not friendly workers I’ve never been disrespected like I was by this tow truck driver. Super unprofessional and needs to get their employees under control because what I just went through with this company was absolutely ridiculous.

A US Marshal tagged my car immediately prior to Christmas; the day after Christmas this towing company impounded my car and charged me $511 to get it back. The car was in valid street parking with no posted limit and it had legal plates. I was out of town for the holiday. They would not negotiate the fee and I'm deeply upset. Merry Christmas!

Had to have a heavy duty delivery vehicle towed by them, and they showed up super fast. My guy even texted us beforehand to get a picture of our truck so he could bring the right equipment. We couldn't get the drive shift out because the damn thing was stuck, and he STILL found a way to take care of us. Greeted us with a smile, extremely friendly, polite, and informative. Had some nice conversation on the way back to our store. Josh is a great guy. Made a horrible day a million times better. Could not recommend enough.

I've been taking my automobiles of every make and model to Froedge's for the last ten years and they are great. It's not always easy to trust a mechanic -especially if you've had bad experiences elsewhere but these guys do consistently good work and have consistently reasonable prices. I never feel like they are looking for unnecessary work to do or replacements to make and I've never felt like they pad the pricing. In fact, there have actually been times when I question how low the price is. They're always exceptionally transparent, fair, and helpful. These guys have my trust and my business for the foreseeable future. Great experience.
The only "con" I can share for people who have never been in is that there is one gentlemen who works the front desk from time to time who can come off as a little gruff at first but I've come to believe this is not intentional or malicious. I think he's just not much of a people person but he does his best and I respect that.

I had to give these guys a call because my daughter locked my keys in my car .... Nevertheless the young man who came to assist was excellent and as quick as he could be and very professional. My car is kinda basic, like no power windows or locks rope of basic. So he had to literally roll my window down with this long metal rod just enough to use the same natal rid to reach in the back seat, hook my keys and pull them out the window.... Let's just say I was slightly impressed lol

The compassion and care Froedge's showed in my time of need was just wonderful. I honestly couldn't have asked for better, down to earth customer service. The young man that assisted me was so sweet, patient, and kind as well. 10/10 would recommend.

My semi broke down on Crawfordsville, and Austin showed up promptly. Service was excellent, with my tow operator being knowledgeable, safe, careful with my equipment, and very friendly! Truck arrived exactly at scheduled time. Will use again if needed!

I am putting my review back. I didn't appreciate you calling the house about my review. I didn't like how my truck was treated. Leaving my seat belt stretched to the floor and the snippy attitude from the old guy in the front office. I also didn't appreciate you calling the house asking why I left the review. You can't do that. The guy that knows me is the one that called. I never heard of a company pulling that stunt. Leave me alone! I thought about reposting this ever since that call. Something bad happened in my family. So don't even think about calling the house. You said I spent a lot of money there. Big deal many others spent more. I thought you crossed the line when you called a persons house and ask why they left a bad review. You were nice about it, but who cares. You NEVER call a customers house and question a review. You just deal with it. That's bad business man. The reason I am putting my review back is cause I have principles. By deleting the review I went against what I stand for. I am not gonna be walked on or bullied by people. You didn't bully me, but how the old guy talked to me cause I actually knew something is where I have a big problem. Have a good day!

Do not use that company at all. They are thieves and state police covering them. When i called and ask prices for recovery and rotator 50/60 ton told us 500$per hour, labor hours they are changing every time and not give you true information. we are had two jack knifes police called and they increase prices triple .For one off road pull over charge almost $8000, for second $15000 only was corner of cab and landing gears damaged.By the way truck was empty. In this case adding more workers,mileage charge,straps $1000 to make more money .They are done for 3 max hours ,but charging for 6 hours ($1200 50/60 ton rotator and $475 for wrecker ). Happened on I 74 W bond miles 25-28 .Guys be carefuller on that hwy .Looks like they spraying road by water to have much accidents and rip you off as much they can.We will be suing these liars ,they make money on other peoples calamity!!!!!!

This company is absolutely amazing! Went out of their way to be helpful. Driver was great, price was great, customer service was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a tow truck again, I will call them first. I would highly recommend!!

What a freaking joke. My friend got her car stuck and needed a tow around 11 PM, two hours go by and still no one. We call back and they say the first guy bailed but they have someone on their way now. Seriously??? They better not even think about charging for this. Never calling them again.
