They went above and beyond, I called another road side service company to jump start my daughter car they told me it was a bad starter so I called Wilson's towing to come pick up the car. He Jumpstarted the vehicle and did a full battery test for me absolutely save me a lot of time and hassle. Ive used this company many times and will continue to use them in the future.

I requested a tow through GEICO roadside assistance and was assigned to Wilson’s. Mike showed up in record time! Mike was incredibly nice and personable. He knew right where my car was going and took care of labeling the key and dropping it in the Dropbox for me. If given the option, I’ll choose/recommend Wilson’s.

Really bad service. I was on the side of the road on the interstate and nobody came to help. They say they’re available 24/7 when that is clearly not the case. When I called they said they couldn’t help because of the weather.

We called for roadside assistance and they were quick to arrive. Mr. Boling is very friendly and helpful. Got us back on the road in no time 🙂

I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone at Wilson's. Gavin was exceptional in changing my battery and providing extra assistance when my car kept stalling out. Diane was wonderful in coordinating with AAA when my call kept getting dropped. Robert was kind and warm providing friendly conversation to make the very hectic morning tolerable. Highly recommend without a doubt!

We needed to tow our antique car to the repair shop in Zionsville. Since the shop was unable to take our car till this week, we needed to schedule a time for the truck to come. We were able to do this with Wilson Towing. Braden called before he got here and was right on time. He treated our car as if it was his own and took excellent care to make sure the antique car was loaded correctly. He even laid down extra wood ramps to make sure there was no issue loading. Both my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and experience. We are so grateful Wilson's was recommended to us and would use them again! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Wilson's for any towing, service or lockout needs. I am traveling though and locked my keys in my car, called them and Kolby answered and handled the stressful situation flawlessly! Awesome company! My battery died on me in Lafayette. They were super helpful and very fast! Made it to me in 10 mins and I was on my way. The tech they sent was Douglas. He was exceptional! Highly recommend them!

Gavin was very helpful when we had an issue with our rental car. He was prompt, had excellent demeanor and was knowledgeable about his job.

There are not enough good words to describe the service that we received yesterday from Wilson’s, and Douglas in particular. Even though the gas gauge said we had 54 miles left, we ran out of gas on interstate 65, by the Brookston exit. Even though this is pretty much out in the boondocks, it was only 38 minutes from the time we called AAA until we were pulling back onto the highway with gas. What could’ve been a nightmare, was a fun experience. We were both so very impressed by the service level that we received. Thank you!

While traveling through Indiana late after midnight on our way from out of state, we unexpectedly got a flat tire on the interstate. Gavin arrived right on time and delivered exceptional service. I had a blow out first thing this morning, I called right at 8:00 when they opened, and they was there about 25 minutes later, the guy was great. Got us back on the road in no time. He was so nice and professional I gave him a $20 tip, if I had more cash on me at the time it would have been more. Thanks guys your great

My husband and son were stranded due to the car engine locking up. There weren't many options for 24-hour towing on a Sunday. He was there within the hour and had to drive them home, which was 1.5 hours. My son was so excited to ride in a tow truck, and the gentleman was great. Very friendly. All in all, it was a great experience given the circumstances. Thank you, Wilson's towing!

Twice now I have had to utilize Wilson's services. Once for my business and once personally. They are always polite, friendly, quick, reasonably priced and professional! I was truly at the end of my rope today dealing with a vehicle warranty issue and other individuals who were NOT as I just described Wilson's. My family was traveling home after a long weekend up in Chicago attending a national conference on rural independent living #APRIL And that came after a couple of long weeks in the south where we live trying our best to recover from the storms (Hurricane Helene and winds from Milton). Needless to say we were tired and road worn. Unexpectedly we had a tire go flat on us while driving on the interstate and oddly enough it was the one I had just recently paid over $500 to have replaced a few weeks earlier. (Yes I kept the tire because that's just too coincidental especially on a car with less than 18000 miles on) Anyway to my point... Michael B. came to our rescue. He was kind and provided information about the area and the options we had about where to get our car towed. He then kindly allowed myself my son and nephew to ride the nearly 40 miles he had to tow us. Being that it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere this was a kindness greatly appreciated. He drove safely and while very easy to talk to he also remained professional and informative. I am very thankful for Michael B and Wilson's Towing for their help when we were in a tough spot.

We had Braden from the Lafayette location come to tow our vehicle. Before he did that he was able to isolate the problem and remedy it. He was a life-saver. His knowledge and professional conduct was incredible. If we ever need service again, we will request him by name.

So glad that there is a local connection to AAA again!! Douglas was our technician and finished the tire change in 15-20 minutes. He was very polite and efficient. The dispatch and waiting time was very minimal.

If you're willing to go outside and help, they're willing to take 25$ off your tow bill! We could not find the neutral button, so we both figured it out! I was totally greatful and willing to help! They were even earlier then expected and the whole process was super easy! You can pash cash or card!

I had the best experience with Wilson’s and would 100% use them again. While on a cross-country roadtrip I broke down and was connected to Wilson’s through Triple A. Braden was there right away, found the problem, got me to a shop in no time, and was kind and fun to be around. As I was traveling alone I was really thankful for this, and highly recommend their services. Really upstanding business and incredibly knowledgeable.

The tech who came to help me with my dead battery was absolutely the BEST. Marshall was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and just an all-around terrific fellow. He especially impressed with his patience. I have some disabilities, and he accommodated them with kindness and absolutely no attitude at all. He did not try to talk me into buying anything I did not need; in fact, I was the one who insisted on buying a new battery from him! I knew mine was on its last legs (even though Marshall had charged it and got it working) and I thought to myself that there’s no time like the present! Customer service is not dead! Highly recommended!

great service and affordable. towed me and my 2 dogs off the highway then changed my tire for me when my jack broke. Able to get into Walmart the next day and get a new tire.

I locked my keys in my car and called Wilson’s Towing for some assistance. The specialist that came out, Kalob, was so professional. We chatted a little, which always makes things more personal, and the service was quick. I’d highly recommend them
