This place is a scam my girl took her car to get fixed and no answer no call backs legit went ghost and she needs her car don’t go here I wish I can give them no stars but it’s not an option

Sigma towing picked up my car a month ago and took it to a shop that they claimed was theirs, but at the end of the day it was someone who was renting the garage from them. They took my car. They took my money. They haven’t answered in the last three days they called a week ago, saying my car was ready. I went to go pick it up. It was not and it was not ready so that I’ve been waiting and now I don’t have nobody answering. Nobody calling me back every time I go up to the garage nobody is there. I got scammed. Please stay away from this place. No good for business. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a civil suit against this company because I lost out on so much money and my job and everything has just went downhill ever since scamming company took my car
Had them come out and change a spare for me one night when I was stuck. The gentleman that came out cracked a rod and some lug nuts. They had me come in and they fixed it and charged me nothing. Thanks guys.! They're very quick and efficient.
I caught a flat tire in dyer Indiana and was told that I would only be waiting a hour , I ended up waiting 2 hours instead . Once the tow truck driver arrived he got inside of my car and was driving it on a flat to get it up on the truck ., he and whatever woman there in the truck was very rude I’ve called to speak to a manager and still can’t get through . I want a partial refund asap
Got to my location on a dime, the owner came out personally when I mentioned I was still on shift. He was very friendly on the car ride home; would highly recommend.
Had them tow my truck, they were super fast and professional! Have them fixing a fuel pump on my car tomorrow at a great price, highly recommend all the way!
Called for a tow using a fleet vehicle. They were quick to respond, quick to hook me up and tow, and very polite dropping me off at my destination. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tow company
If I could I would give them 6 stars. I was driving home from Oaklahoma to Michigan still 3.5 hours to drive when my suv broke down. I called about 4 other places to see about towing my truck and myself 225 miles. All of them wouldn't take the job, without hesitation the owner said he would be to me in 10 mins and he would help me get home. Not only did he get to me in 10 mins he towed me back across 2 states. Get conversation and a great person. I highly reccomend Sigma towing.
Look no further! This IS the towing company you want to use! We were stuck in Portage, Indiana and no one wanted to tow us 130+ miles back home. The guys at Sigma Towing are the best! They hooked me up and towed me home for a very good price! They even offered to tow my rental car back to Portage so we wouldn't have to waste a day. Amazing customer service too! These guys are a God Sent blessing!
