They were so great about getting my car fixed quickly. Then he noticed that I needed an oil change he did a full synthetic oil change for $35.00. O will never go to another shop again M&M was outstanding.

Went in for alignment. Was able to schedule online the night before and was out in about an hour and 15 minutes. They also do a quick inspection. All for $149.

Came in with a check engine, had my car back the next business day. Perfectly done. Explained everything clearly, and didnt try any upselling or shady stuff.

I came here for a simple break job. They exceeded my expectations, the staff is professional & friendly. The most important part to me was the waiting room. It felt like my own living room. Nice & comfy couches/chairs/ TV & even free coffee. I'll definitely be coming back ?

Outrageous prices. I took my vehicle there because I had a very simple piece that needed to be replaced on my shifter cable. I went there because they said they could get to it right away and I had a lot of running to do. Realistically it should have taken them 10 minutes to replace a plastic bushing. We'll they told me I had to replace the whole cable and it was a 2 hour job. They wanted $ 825!! The cables are around 60 bucks that means they are charging over 300 per hour. Thats insane! I could understand 100 per hour maybe a little more which is about where most shops are but wow way way over priced. So I said no way Ill do it myself so what did they charge me for the diagnosis that took 10 minutes? $180.00 they didnt have to drive it or look around trial and error issues it was blatant and easy to access and see. $180. Even if that is your base diag fee thats already 100 more than some other shops charge but the fact it took them less than 10 minutes and didnt have to do any actual diagnosing I couldn't believe they were still charging that. I knew the problem they didn't have to look. Just Outrageous pricing. If you want to save a few bucks visit any other auto shop. I do have to give credit that they ziptied it for me so it didnt pop off anymore. So I guess in a nutshell I paid almost 200 dollars for some zipties. They didnt have to do that but they did. So I do appreciate that given what I paid them.

I was not told about a $181 inspection fee before I before they put my vehicle on the rack, which I believe was misleading in the price for a wheel alignment and for them to tighten one nut, they charge me $346. Which is outrageous?

They found that the Fuel relay was causing issue due to rust and i had taken this truck to 2 different shops and they couldn't find the problem . Thanks M&M Amanda your customer service is awesome. Thanks again Im running smooth and all gears are shifting

I was in the area visiting family and needed an oil change. I wasn't sure how it would go since I was 2 hours away from where I live and normally go! To say it was great is an understatement!!! The staff was so wonderful, my oil change was quick, and it was a fraction of the price I would have paid at home! I called my husband when I left and told him how amazing this place was and joked about driving back when I need an oil change from now on!!!

First visit and impressed with honesty and very reasonable pricing. A previous repair shop told me I needed brakes, I could feel some small grooves on rotor so asked them to look at them. No brakes needed, all good for awhile. Oil changed and less than half the cost of other place. Recommend

Brought my car in for a broken ball joint.. thats never just the case right! Had a damaged CV Axle, Control Arm, tie rod not far behind.. the thought of all this was stressful, but needed to be done!! Antonio couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Very pleased with their work and my car drives so much smoother!! Thank you!

They make it so easy to schedule an appointment and give you clear timely updates along the way. They also have great specials running all the time. It’s hard to find a place I trust to be honest about what my car truly needs, but I definitely trust them.

These guys at the shop are great. My brakes went out and they were able to get me in and out with friendly and great service. When back in the area working again if the vehicle breaks down I’d definitely bring it back to the shop. Thank you for the great service

I was doing my front end suspension. I thought that i would be able to skip the tie rods and get a alignment but Jeff let me know that I should get the tie rods on. He also showed me why. The people are nice and honest. I would recommend this place to friends and families. I haven't gotten the alignment done yet. Was having problems. I will call Monday to get the alignment done. The price is good. I went and got the alignment done. It was fast. It rides good right now.

My classic Ford Mustang unfortunately had a catastrophic engine failure on Interstate 80, when my daughter was driving home to Chicago on Sunday night of the Labor Day holiday weekend. AAA helped us get it towed to M&M, and by the next morning when I arrived at the shop, Jeff and team had already diagnosed the blown head gaskets and low engine compression for me. They were great, super helpful, and quickly arranged an affordable tow for the Mustang back to my home in Chicago. As a bonus, the tacos I had at the spot right down the street were great. Thank you, M&M!

M&M did a wonderful job taking care of us! The front desk lady Amanda was super friendly and helpful at all times. Jeff the mechanic was very helpful and friendly. He kept us updated every step of the way! They all are great people over at M&M in Lake station! Highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! As a female, I often feel scammed and told BS but these guys made sure I understood the issues and provided me a ride home so I wouldn’t miss work. Amanda is the nicest. I will no longer take my car anywhere else.

Jeff and the Dyer team is hands down the absolute best. I took my car back to the shop and they were very transparent on the pricing. I got my car back the same day and let's not talk about the customer service. The customer service there is easily a 10 out of 10. I have a broken toe, and even though I live right around the corner, they gave me a ride home. The customer service there is outstanding. They know their customers by name and they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work that they do. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I don't know a lot about cars, but what I do know is that M&M Car Center is amazing, and again I would never, ever ever go anywhere else to get my car fixed. This place is amazing. Being new to the area I couldn't find a shop that I trusted with my cars. I found them through my warranty company on my dodge last year and they had me ready to go for the Thanksgiving travel. And now they have my mustang and I know it's in great hands.
