Really expensive used tires can get new for around $20 view then what they wanted

I’ve been coming here for years and every time there’s a problem with my car they’re able to fix it at a reasonable price. I’ve tried several other auto shops within the area and nothing truly beats this shop. I will continue with my service here and I hope others are able to experience the service that I’ve had experienced!!

Had an issue and they were fantastic!! Immediately addressed my concern. Antonia did a test drive with me and put my concerns at rest. He and they were very professional. Highly recommend!!

So I called and asked how much a tire is and for them to put it on my rim they told me $20. So I go there and then they tell me different that they don't sell tires for $20. How are you gonna tell someone a price over the phone and then when that person gets there you tell them a whole different price.. this place ain't nothing but damn joke.

Very family oriented. I am new to the area and appreciate how efficient and fast they were at changing out all my tires.

We got a flat tire on 65 and called S&S to help. They were came out quickly and replaced our tire with a brand new one on the side of the highway, we didn’t even need to get out of the car. From the time we called to the time we pulled away was less than 45 minutes. Very impressed!

Very quick and professional, quoted me a price over the phone and had good service.

If you want Honest and Respectable service or if you need new/used tires,Rims, oil change, tie rod, O2 sensors this is the place to go!!! Patricia and the guys at S&S were able to get our warranty that we had approved, that entailed two bad O2 sensors, and needed a new tie rod replaced. She said was able to get the parts overnighted, called us that next morning ready for the vehicle. The SAME DAY DONE! Called us, picked it up. I was not expecting the car to be done until the next day. The car drives better than when we bought it. Thank Y’all from S&S Auto & Towing.

Had a tragedy this morning, woke up to a huge piece of metal stuck in my tire. These guys are the only one nearby me who is able to service my car immediately at a reasonable price. in and out very quick having all 4 tires done. Very professional

True God sent today. I was getting off the highway coming from a post-op surgery appointment and had a flat tire! I was greeted by the nicest man that helped me. They replaced my tire quick and didn't over charge. I highly recommend

They want $65 for a used tire when Walmart sells a brand new tire for $70. FYI I understand you gotta make money but don’t screw the people when you’re only paying $10 a tire from the Junk Yard .

I’ve been coming here since we moved to this area. Very convenient location. They also allow you can bring your own parts. Every experience has been satisfactory. The highlights are timely, honest, fair pricing and effective.

So let me explain, I came here a week ago to buy a tire and I paid $60 which is not bad for a used 255/40/18 for my BMW M4. Today I call ahead to see if they have another tire and they say yah and it’s $60 plus tax like last time. I get there and the lady that I talked to try to argue right away and say no it’s $75 and she goes to look it up and she says “ well if you been here before you should know it’s $75” so after she checks the price she says it’s $65 so whatever I paid for it. So she was very rude and tried to argue about a price they’ve told me and I’ve gotten a tire before same size and brand. And that’s not all, another customer was In the lobby arguing with them saying “ you told me $30 for used tire and now your saying it’s $50” so the guy told me there scammers and liars and like to double charge credit cards. So he left without a tire, so then I pay I go to leave with my tire on my wheel, and I don’t care that the wheel is dirty I can understand that because it’s dirty working on stuff like that, but let me tell you my m4 is very taken care of and I’ve worked hard for this car at my young age. So I Check my wheel and there are several big nicks and paint ripped off my rim and they tried to hide it from me, and honestly I wouldn’t make a big deal if they didn’t try to lie and cover it up, I would just be like ok stuff happens! So they said it was like that and I quote she said I’m not paying for that! So they refused to fix it and it’s $800 wheel probably 300-400 just to fix it. They are very disrespectful and don’t run a business properly, all they had to say is hey this happen and I would of been like don’t worry about it, but they want to lie and cover it up. So please guys if you decide to come here check the tires 100 percent and your wheels, there very careless and disrespectful to peoples stuff and lie about prices. I would definitely not recommend this place and I will not be coming back here. Very disappointing.

This place is very unprofessional. I went here to get a check engine light off and get my heat fixed. I paid over $900 and they still couldn’t fix my problem. They don’t give refunds and they don’t take responsibility for their actions. They kept doing unnecessary work on my car and told me if my car hadn’t been sitting for so long then maybe I wouldn’t keep having these problems. My car hadn’t been sitting at all. My car drives completely fine I just wanted to fix the check engine light to pass an emissions test. I have filed a complaint against them because I deserve some type of justice. They are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t come here for major work they’re only good for fixing tires and maybe an oil change.

Can't say enough about the team that works here. I ended up needing a new tire on my back home to the East Coast from the Midwest and on an almost 100 degree day, with my large dog in tow, they had me back on the road within 25 minutes on a very busy Friday. So grateful for their services.

I have been coming to this shop for years. Usually the owner was there and it was fine. Since the daughter took over things have taken a terrible turn for the worst. Tire prices have skyrocketed and today I sent my truck for repairs and they don’t have a mechanic. My issue is I never received a phone call to advise me of the problem. In the past I have had some issues with lack of communications If you are in desperate need of a tire that’s the place. You are almost better of buying new tires. Simply because they are about 30 to 40 dollars away from the cost of a new tire. If your car needs repairs I would definitely stay away.

My first experience was amazing. I had given high reviews on their website first go round. Even left a 20 tip. Had an oil change done. Spoke to him about tires got quoted a price. Apparently they don't stand by their quotes. I will not bring my cars to get serviced there again. To me people should stand by their word. Not only that we got an oil change and the prices changed from the last time we were there in February. Disappointing to say the least.

I originally rated them for stars but I had to come back and change my review! They do have great prices on tires and they are actually the only shop near me that carries my size tires. I came across few days ago to get a flat tire changed. All of my tires on my car were incorrect. I called before I came in asking for the correct tire size and they assured me they had them. I paid for that tire to get replaced and I went on my way. Service was really fast as well. I am now here getting my other three tires replaced and upon checking the tire they replaced they put the wrong size tire on to keep balance the other wrong size tire. The mechanic let me know that I would have to pay for the fourth tire. I told him that I had my receipt for the 7 day warranty because they replaced the wrong tire size. He told the owner (Fransisco) and he was saying something that I could not understand because of his accent. All I heard was more money. The mechanic then told he just meant the labor, which wasn't much. I was fine with that but I still didn't think I needed to pay it because it was not my fault that they put the wrong tire on. He agreed but I wanted to soak to the boss. As I'm waiting I see them starting my car to pull it out...he told them to. I asked him I'd they were not going to change my tires and he told me to wait until the lady I spoke to came in or to come back tomorrow! He was very rude! It's 830am! I have to work! Two of the mechanics explained to me why they put the wrong tire size on, because clearly I'm not a mechanic and didn't understand. I told the one I was dealing with at first to just change all the tires and that I'd just pay the labor. The boss, Francisco is very rude and started to raise his voice. He's very unprofessional! The mechanics that I dealt with are really nice and can only do so much, which I understand! This place needs a person that deals with customers better because the one they have now will cause them to lose business! It's unfortunate that they're the only place near me that carries my size tires or else I would have went elsewhere! I shouldn't have to argue with a "business owner" when I'm spending my hard earned money with you!
