Would rate it lower if I could they pocket the difference if u dont have exact cash for tow and for less than 15min drive charged 175 dollars but pocket 180 cuz I didnt have anything smaller and said if I wanted my change I had to come get it cuz they wouldn't send any reimbursement check and I know 5 bucks may not mean much to some people but when u literally are living paycheck to paycheck and are barely making end meet that makes a difference and didnt even park it correctly in the driveway

Very friendly establishment I forgot the young lady's name that works up front but she helped me out with no problems letting get my belongings out my vehicle after a car wreck thanks again ??

A young man towed our car after we were hit by a drunk driver on the highway. He was extremely helpful and nice during the whole incident. He made sure we were okay and was very polite. The lady in the office was very nice aswell and explained everything to us while our son came to pick us up. Thank you Stacy and Brandon

Do not call these people. They charge exorbitant prices for the absolute minimum amount of work. It feels like a complete scam and I believe they are scheming to take advantage of customers. Stay away!

Very professional good price and on time I had to have my truck towed from a mechanic shop back home I needed my truck backed in my driveway and placed I. A certain spot and before I could get to speak to the driver he had already placed it in the spot where it was to go very skilled driver and he was very professional I highly recommend Waffco towing

I’d like to say MIKE saved my ass this morning. I work for Amazon and I got a blown tire this morning and MIKE came to get me in no time at all. Hooked everything up without breaking a sweat. These guys know how to do the job right especially MIKE. Real cool guy and knows how to get the job done right. If anyone needs a tow I suggest you call these guys!

My truck broke down in I 94 in Indiana. Needed Towing, roadside assistance mechanic recommended Waffco Towing. Their response was immediate, in about 40 minutes young friendly tow truck operator named Brandon showed up hooked me up and towed me to TA shop in Gary. Professional attitude,very nice equipment, reasonable pricing ! Will absolutely use them again if I will need in the future Keep up the good work guys ! Ludvik

Our truck broke down in Indiana. The driver was so Amazing Michael thank you so much. They have a such amazing driver. We broke down at three. There was there less than 30 minutes definitely five star.????

My son’s car broke a tie-rod on the ramp of interstate, a Friday night 6:30pm. He was totally panicking because he was blocking the ramp and trucks were still trying to go around him. We are from Illinois, so we didn’t know who to call. Waffco was the tow company that the police called for him. They were excellent to us! They let him come back to their yard to sit and wait until I was able to get there (a little over 1hr drive), Stacy was so kind and helpful that evening. We had no idea what to do to get it fixed, since we weren’t from Indiana. We had to turn around and go back to grab stuff from my son’s car. When we went back, Stacy and Josh gave us a business card and referred us to a mechanic across the street from them. Unfortunately, it was a weekend, but Josh did talk to them for us and weren’t able to take a look at car til Monday. We had great communication back and forth with Stacy, and once we found out the car was totaled she was sympathetic and helpful to us to get the car junked. They really made an awful situation for my son, less stressful. I highly recommend Waffco Towing.

We hit a major pot hole and had a complete blow out traveling through Indiana. I spoke to Stacy on the phone. Stacy went above and beyond. She got us towed to a tire place that was still open. Steven was our tow guy and he was fantastic. We were on the left hand side and not in a safe place. He took care of us first and then the car. It happens, when it does, I’m thankful for individuals like those at Waffco. 5 stars.

Fast service and very friendly. Mine was just a basic tow. No recovery or anything like that. And the company called them and paid the bill so I don’t even know what the cost was. But the customer service at the scene could not have been better.

My Truck had bad fuel, so I broke down called waffco they came right away hooked up my truck within a couple minutes got me where I needed to go very respectful and quick.

They helped out. I paid through the nose for my towing service, and they let the mechanic onsite, so our trailer could get fixed and back on the road. 4 starts due to expense. 5 stars for service & 4 for price.

This company is a blessing! Extremely nice and helpful. They transloaded my load to another trailer and prepared my damaged trailer to be towed to Texas. Oh and prices were fair as well and it was all done the same day. 100% recommended!!!

After having our cargo van and trailer towed I would say they are a good company. As always do things really need to been so expensive? I get it that it's a needed service and.equipment costs can be astronomical. Enough said...overall I was satisfied with service from a experienced truck operator and extremely nice and friendly dispatcher/front desk gal. Top notch company with excellent equipment.

Totaled my car with my children in it during an accident on the freeway. The police were going to have to take us somewhere safe in two separate vehicles due to the amount of people, but the tow truck driver volunteered to give us a ride back to the shop to wait instead, and was very friendly. We had about a three hour wait since we were from out of town, and the gal at the desk was also super helpful with giving us some ideas of what we can do in the area to keep the kids occupied. Both the receptionist and the tow truck driver offered to give us a ride somewhere, and were so friendly and understanding. Despite the terrible day we had, their great attitude helped us keep our spirits high!

Horrible horrible company! Don't call them! I broke down at the toll booth and immediately called for a tow truck. I did not know that the toll booth had called a tow truck as well. There's was WAFFCO. He pulled in front of me, got out and walked back to my truck and began barking orders and demanding payment. I explained to him that the truck I called was on the way and would be there shortly. That was apparently the wrong thing to say! He got so mad and said the toll booth had called him and he was moving the truck and I was paying him! He hooked my truck up with me in it, jacked it into the air and said that if I didn't pay him, he'd tow me to his yard! After pulling me to the side of the road against my will, he lowered the truck for me to get out after I agreed to his tow to the TA. He was yelling and extremely rude! I had no choice at that point, so I cancelled the other tow truck (that I still had to pay) and let him tow me to the TA because he had already hooked me up anyway! It was 8 miles. My bill was $774.50. He would not unhook my truck until he was paid. Very bad customer service! Over priced! I feel I was taken advantage of. Always beware of someone who is retained by government such as Police tows and toll booths because the average hard working American would never retain or hire such a rip-off! That's the only way they can stay in business I'm sure!

We blew a tire in a 35 foot motor home with a trailer in tow heading home to Canada and our own roadside assistant left us stranded...but told us to look for our own help and send them the bill. We were at T A truck stop Lake Station and they didn't want to help us either as Mr Cotton didn't have the specks for the vehicle nor do they work on personal trucks we called Waffco ......... the customer service extremely helpful Shout out to Jim for taking time over the phone to listen to the problem and advise us out of townees where we could go for service since the T A manager had no time for us nor any customer service skills Thanks again as we took your advise and was back on the road in less then 1\2 hour after our phone call.

STAY AWAY!!! Very expensive and rude!!! Never call this company for truck tow!!! Only giving 1 star, because there is no option for 0! They towed my truck for 4 (four !!!) miles, I-80 in Indiana, mile marker 27 to mile marker 31. They charged me 508$ for that! When I called the driver and I asked him why is so expensive he started explaining 375$ for service call, then labor, tolls, fuel surcharge (56$ for 4 miles) and credit card fees. This is ridiculous!!! I represent a very small company and I called the office asking for a better price. Not only they did not give me any kind of discount, but also threatened me that if I don't pay right away they will tow my truck to their yard!!! The tow driver even told me, I quote - "You don't wanna pay right away then I still have your truck hooked up, I will bring it to my yard". What is this ??? Who treats his customers like that ??? I am sure that every trucker who owns his truck and/or represents a small company will feel my pain at the moment. We need to stand up together and show this people that the will NOT have our business!!! The best (and only thing) that we can do is NOT use their business in the future!!! I hope this review makes you think twice if you are about to call their number!
