No good if I could get a way with no stars I won't give them none. The people it's bad they are not there. they don't answer the phone and when they answer, they have on attitude and they hang up on you. They charge to much and they make you wait longer that way they charge more.
This guy trued to steal my truck because he thought I couldn’t afford to get it out of impound after 12 days then when I showed up to get it he doubled the price made me wait three different time and then charged me a $100 wait time lol what a real nice guy !!!!
This place doesn't deserve any stars. Only way I could write my review if I clicked one. But is a zero for me. The customer service is horrible. They ripping ppl off the dumb don't know what a calender day is or means. The owner is rude and the workers. Noone answers the phone right away then they give you attitude. No is there when you want to retrieve your vehicle you have to wait an additional 30mins to an hour to get your car. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy that's how bad the service sucks. Filing a complaint with bbb also they need to be shut down.
Wayne was very nice to us he has towed for us more then once he was always very great with us never had no problems his rates r about normal as any other place his rates at impound because have delt with other impounfd also thk u Wayne for being good to us
Went voice-mail. Didn't leave 1. Then ended up getting truck home on own. Just to have him call me 4 times. In which 2 I told him Didn't need services it was taking care of.
My daughter and granddaughter was stranded in the side of the road and when I called Wayne for a tow he said "who's this"? I gave him my name and he said " I don't know no Rob" and hung up. If you are only gonna tow to people you know then don't advertise as a towing company!!
If you're looking to use towing services, I would avoid Wayne. Total asshat, and he overcharged me on a quoted price. I would recommend S&S Towing or Waffco for a better experience.
Wayne overcharges clients (over $400 a month) for holding a towed car, he also is incredibly rude and difficult to work with. There are other quality towing companies around Lake Station, and I would recommend that a someone looking for these services goes elsewhere, he is a very unpleasant human and does not deserve any business.
My feeling about Wayne's towing are,the price for the tow was $65...all I had was 20 dollar bills,tha TV is all Matt the driver also had,He told me that it was ok,I told him that I promise he would get that $5 dollars,on my word,Matt let me slide for $60 dollars.
Not even a full 24 hours passed before he charged me for another day. My vehicle was towed at approximately 9/10:00 and picked it up a little passed noon the next day but he claimed that its considered 2 days. honestly the guy did help me out by letting me pay a little less then he was asking but ultimately I felt cheated. didn't give me a receipt either so i wouldn't be surprised if that extra fee is going to his pocket.
Answered the phone rudely while talking to another customer. Told me I could not get my property today because he was busy and hung up on me three times.
Very poor attitude towards anyone who has a vehicle to go to this place, I've heard about this place before, but I experienced it first hand. How does he stay in business?
Total scam...they mostly just sit around waiting for the police to call for a impound or tow, and charge whatever they want...usually more than what the car is worth & when it sits there long enough they obtain ownership & split the money with the officer(s) ..internal affairs would have a field day with all these clowns..
