  One of their drivers was parked on my rear concrete behind my garage today, when asked to move his large heavy truck off our concrete it took a very long time for him to do so, So long that I was having very bad thoughts. No respect for others property at all, couldn't image how well he would treat a customers property. I have personally seen a lighter truck bust through a residential driveway with just a yard of mulch in the back. Commercial sized trucks are too heavy for residential concrete designed for only the weight of a passenger car.

  I canceled my call because we decided to do other things with a vehicle. Then our plans didn't quite go accordingly so I called Tammy's towing back then they tried the lowballing me. So I stated I would just keep it and part it out and the lady got very rude very angry and slammed the phone in my ear Not recommended. Paul's Auto is very friendly I would recommend them.

  Called about selling broke down vehicle today, it's in a public parking lot and no way to get it home so, I called this place. The lady who answered was wonderful. The lady Pam (who I was transferred to) was the worst customer service, gave me next available day for pick up and asked if that would work for me, I said no it doesn't and before I could ask for any other availability. .Pam hung up on me. Not only that but, her tone from the beginning was not that of someone who belongs in customer service /scheduling. Avoid if possible.

  They were awesome! I called and talked to Pam who was very kind and let me know they could still pick up without title when nobody else was able to! Steve the tow truck driver, who was also so kind was here within an hour to pick it up and explained everything to me that I needed to know! I would definitely recommend them!

  The woman who quoted me- Pam, was amazing. She went above and beyond to explain my options and get me the highest value possible for my vehicle. Not only were they prompt- they even called to ask if they could come EARLIER which was amazing. Steve was the gentleman who showed up for the tow. He was super friendly and down to earth, and went over every detail to ensure I was informed during the transaction. All the outstanding professionalism aside- they were also very charismatic and made conversation allowing me to feel at ease and VERY happy with my decision to go with Tammy’s Towing. 100/10 would recommend!

  Told them I needed a car frame gone and they said they could come next day but did not show. Called and they scheduled for next day again. then next day asked for pictures and said they won't make a profit so won't take it.. Even offered to pay them to take it or see if there was anything I could do and still wouldn't. To there credit customer support was good but I'm disappointed. Iv had them take 3 or 4 cars in the past and didn't expect them to turn me away like this. Might have to look elsewhere from here on I guess..

  Tried calling other places and never got calls back. Called Tammy's and immediately got a pick up time and withing 2 hours someone came and got my car and gave me the money! And more than the other places quoted me too! The lady that took my call and the driver were both friendly too. Great all around experience.

  Great customer service and extremely friendly people to work with. I've forgotten the name of the the woman that answered the phone and scheduled the pickup of my Durango but she was super polite and helpful and Steve the driver who came and picked up my vehicle was also super polite and helpful. If I get another vehicle that can't be saved I will call again and I'll tell all who need to dispose of a vehicle to call Tammy's Towing! Thanks again...

  John K. was extremely kind and professional, came early and was very efficient. He helped me get my license plate off when I forgot to do so and gave me my receipt and info on how I can still go get my title even though I'd lost it.   I recommend Tammy’s 100%. I called them in the morning while I was at work and made an appointment for later that afternoon for them to pick up my car. They arrived on time and the entire encounter was very positive. Not only was it a great and easy experience but the driver, Robert, was very patient with me (I accidentally left my title elsewhere and had to drive a few miles away to get it real quick). They pay more then any other company in town. 10 out of 10 will recommend to others.

  GREAT COMPANY!! If you are needing to get a car scrapped and and towed look no further. Between making the appointment and pick up I had no issues whatsoever. I got paid a fair price which was including the pick up. Robert was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don’t have to scrap out to many more cars but if and when I do I would use them. Thanks Robert!

  Tammy's Towing was great to work with from their professional and friendly office staff to picking up my vehicle the very next morning after I called. They also paid me a very fair price especially considering they had to drive a ways to get to my house. The driver was courteous and had the paperwork done and my car loaded in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the painless experience, thank you!

  I called up Tammy's not knowing what to expect. The young lady on the phone was patient, helpful, and very friendly. We set up an appointment quick and easy. When the driver, Ozzy in my case, came over it was a quick and friendly phone call and out I went. Ozzy was extremely friendly, professional, and really good at his job! He walked me through the title process (FAST and EASY) and only had a couple questions about the car. This entire process was fast, friendly, and painless! I WILL recommend Tammy's to anyone I know or meet who needs to have a car removed. Yes, they paid me cash money on the spot!

  Great business. Friend told me they hauled away junk cars. Didn't tell me they paid good money for them. Vanessa on the phone was nice to work with setting up the time. David the flat bed driver was great, friendly and fast on getting the car up and gone. Would definitely work with them again.

  The Driver David was extremely polite and worked with me because I didn't have my keys. My driveway is extremely tight And he got his truck back there, and got my car out (which I thought was impossible) but he did it!   Everyone was so professional. The receptionist made me a great offer and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. She let me know right away that there was delay to our scheduled time. (Most likely the delay was caused by all the construction going on in town at the time.) Corey and David were here for about five minutes. They explained to me that I could possibly be reimbursed for the time left in the plate and really went out of their way to help me get as much money as possible! I will continue to use Tammy's Towing in the future if the need arises!

  David was awesome. Not only did he show up on time, he was very personable and patient while I cleaned out the last few things in my car. My 95 Bonneville was sentimental to me because it was the first car I actually owned so giving it up wasn't all that easy. David made it easier. It almost felt like hanging with a friend. He even apologized a time or two for having to be rough with the car because the axle wouldn't turn at first from sitting so long. From my experience with other tow company's in the area, this experience was a pleasant surprise. The fact that they paid top dollar for my old rust bucket definitely sweetened the pot. They gave me $100 more than the competition and that was without the title. With the title it's $200 more. David even told me to keep the receipt he gave me and apply for the title online and call the company within 14 days to get the other $100. Great service. Will be my first call if i need anything tow related

  Tammy' s Towing was referred to me by a family member when I need to get rid of my old car that was not worth fixing! David was the one that came to tow it away! He made the entire process from start to finish very easy! He also was very professional and respectful! I feel like the price I got for the car could have been a tiny bit more but in the end the amount was very fair! Big thank you to David and Tammy' s Towing!

  I had an issue getting a hold of them, perhaps because I was calling from a cell phone number out of California. But as soon as my fiance called them from a 260 number, they picked right up and were fantastic to do business with! They were able to get a tow truck out to me the next day at a scheduled time. My normal experience with tow trucks is they take FOREVER and rarely hold true to their word. Not Tammy's Towing! David was right on time, super nice, and not at all creepy! LOL Thank you David and Tammy's Towing for putting my baby to rest. :o( Keep up the great work and I'll be sure to refer people to you!

  We were really pleased with the price they paid us and they came out the next day after we called. The young man who came to pick up ( David was his name)was very friendly but also professional. He took the license plate off for us because we hadn't done it. We would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them if we need to .

  Thank goodness for Tammy’s Towing! We called all over town to several businesses and Tammy’s Towing was the only one who offered me the best price, for the most convenience, with same-day retrieval of my junk vehicle. Renae, the receptionist/dispatcher who answered the phone, was so kind and I greatly appreciated her cheery attitude! Especially compared to the men who answered the phones gruffly & dispassionately at the other businesses I contacted. Renae made sure to check back with me via phone call near the prior agreed upon pick-up time to confirm that it was still a convenient time for me. They were really on top of their game especially compared to the competition. They also pay cash on the spot as opposed to a check! Dan, who came to pick up my vehicle was personable, efficient, and fast. I will recommend them every time someone asks.

  Very impressed with Tammy's Towing. They provided same day service when we called about pick up of our non running truck. David arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and was in and out of our driveway in 10 minutes. We were given a very fair price (in cash no less) for our junk truck and gained some valuable driveway space! I will definitely refer friends & family to Tammy's Towing!

  I had a great experience with Tammy's Towing (Tammy's Automotive). The man that helped me was named Dave. My 2003 Buick broke down and would be more expensive to fix than it was worth. They actually paid me more than the car was worth according to KBB. Every time I spoke to them on the phone, they were super friendly and helpful. They haggled with my on price and I think we both got a good deal and a price we were mutually happy with. Dave was our driver and he was excellent. It was raining really hard when we made the transaction, so he took the title and keys from me and did his part of the paperwork in his truck. Then he brought it to me in my car to sign. He counted out the cash and handed it to me right there. He asked if we had taken to plate off of the car and I told him that we forgot and I would do it right then. He told me that he would handle it and that I could just stay out of the rain. Tammy's Towing (AKA Tammy's Automotive) was really helpful and I highly recommend them!
