Everytime I come here I get great service. They are fast, they fill tires, clean windows and check make sure you are satisfied. And..... you get a snack for coming! Veterans get a great discount, too. Dylan, thabks for going above and beyond for me and helping ensure my wiper worked correctly. The only place I go now.
I have had the absolute best experience at the take five on coliseum. I truly had an issue and I was so worried it would not get resolved...the manager devonte had me leaving smiling ear to ear...he calm my nerves with his professionalism and time to understand stand my issue so he could resolve it absolutely hands down the best experience I've had there....thank you devonte -Tiffani

Fantastic service and an attentive crew. they took care of everything quickly and helped with making sure everything is in the best conditions for the road. 10/10 would highly recommend their services to family and friends. Take 5 Oil Change is consistently one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely fun to interact with. They somehow manage to make a routine oil change feel welcoming and stress free. You are not treated like a transaction. You feel included in the energy and culture of the place.

My experience was great! Devonta and Gavin were very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and they made it very easy. On their behalf, I would recommend better working conditions for them. They were working in little to no heat in negative degree weather.
These guys are friendly and personable. At the same time, they are highly professional. When I see the shop it is clean and organized. One can the the safety and communication is a priority. I appreciate year no one has every tried to sell me any add-ons since I started to take my fleet to them.
This is the best deal in town. No where else can I get my oil changed, fluids topped off, air in my tires, windshield whipped, and snacks all for the cheap price of 50 dollars. Jason was the best sales person, he was nice, charismatic, and super funny but still got the job done in a record time, Darcell had us out of there super quick while staying super professional. Overall 10/10 I would recommend.
Very nice and accommodating employees and even let me get service after 7 o’clock when they were closed because I was already in line. Really needed an oil change bad that day and I’m very happy that they stayed over to get it done. 10 out of 10 highly recommended. They gave me a take 5 candy and a water and even gave my kids some fruit snacks, and juice boxes. Superb!
Brian, Gavin, Devonte and Darcell took care of me today. Emphasis on "took care of." They were very busy, but even still they got me sorted out in a very timely fashion. All the guys working were highly professional and moved with a purpose. It was an extra plus that they had great senses of humor, and they had me belly laughing over their comradary. Can't recommend enough.
Great service. I stopped going to take 5 on Covington due to the service over 3 years ago. Thought I give it a try on Coliseum. I’m glad I did. The guys cared, asked questions checked in with me and each other to make sure things were correct. I was also able to download an instant coupon off their official site instantly. I do recommend. Darrell, Ryan and Devonta did an excellent job! They were very friendly, efficient, and went through everything with me. Evans Toyota told me that my antifreeze was degraded (-15) and that I needed (-30) grade. So, I immediately took it back to Take 5 on East Coliseum because they're the ones who last performed my car's coolant flush. He eased my mind and assured me that the coolant they provided was fine and if I have any trouble, they would correct it free if charge!
Tywan was awesome in explaining how coolant works and what Take 5 uses. He is a seasoned mechanic who cares about the customer and not there to just collect a paycheck. He was very friendly and displayed outstanding customer service!!!

Absolutely amazing service! Pulled in and was helped right away — no waiting, no hassle. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They worked fast but still paid attention to every detail, and even checked my fluids and tire pressure for free.

Awesome guys, very friendly and professional experience. Took great care of our car. First time customers, so we will see next time if it was one and done or a regular thing. I'm going to say regular. We were the last customers pulling in at closing time, and you could tell they were ready to go home, but still greeted us with a smile, couple waters, some candy, and excellent service. Most places would have turned us away, or have done the work with disdain, disgust, and in a hurry. Not these guys! Great quality service and fun friendly attitudes even though we they had to work past closing to get it finished up. (PS... hope she said "YES") IYKYK

Tywan, Darcell, annd Devonta (I think) are the absolute best! They were very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to me as someone who essentially knows nothing about cars, oil, and such. Took great care of me and my 10 year old Audi. We all had a great learning experience when locating my cabin air filter to change. Very personable people and a great environment. Also great prices!!
