Got an oil change, brought my dog with as we were already out and about. For my first time being here, and not knowing how they do things, they explained everything to me before they did it and why they were doing it, showing my my air filters, etc, so I knew why they were changing them and could see for myself! They never made me feel like they were up charging me or trying to get over on me, especially since I let them know up front I had never been there before. Loved and pet my dog every chance they could and never made it seem like he was being annoying as hes super nosey! Would recommend and will for sure be back!

Everytime I come here I get great service. They are fast, they fill tires, clean windows and check make sure you are satisfied. And..... you get a snack for coming! Tywan and Mort took great care of me while I was there. Tywan greeted me with cold water, chocolate and laughs as soon as I got there. Time in and time out was great! I'll be returning to them again.
Very affordable! All workers were incredibly professional and everything had a clear safety procedure and the change really did only take about 5 minutes! They even give you a bottle of water and a candy bar while you wait.
Got a basic oil change. They were quick, answered all my questions, gave me my discounts, I couldn’t be more pleased. Also easy to drive into, no wait time and the best Halloween candy ever!

Super fast friendly service. I was greeted right away, with a drink and a snack. They noticed my air filter needed changed and did it cheap. The whole visit was very quick, much better than waiting somewhere for hours like at Walmart. My techs were Dustin, Erik, Mort, and Dillion.
Wow! What great service I get from Take 5! I am always greeting within the first two minutes of when I pull up. They are fast. They give me a free water bottle and a lil take 5 chocolate. If my kid is in the van they get a drink and snack too. You can tell the crew gets along with one another. The way they do their checks with one another is pretty cool to listen to. It look me longer to write this review than to get the oil changed. I’ll be back again!
Took my van in for a 2nd time after great service the first time around. For a mom of 3 working full time, take 5 is a game changer. Darcell did an excellent job and was extremely professional and efficient.

Just came in for the second time for an oil change. It's always super fast and they check all the fluids and everything. Usually they have a coupon online you can use, too. Definitely recommend this place if you don't want to clear your whole day for an oil change!

Went early in the morning to get an oil change before work. Was greeted and given a bottle of water and candy - an unexpected surprise! I had to wait about 5 minutes and my oil change was done within 20 minutes! It was great. Mort was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change, and I was seriously impressed. The service was fast—true to the name, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. They even topped off my fluids and checked my tire pressure at no extra charge. It’s super convenient to stay in the car the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
Had a great great experience, I won’t go anywhere else when I need an oil change after today! Major shout out to quan, he’s a friendly and honest man. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and even talked to his manager and got me a discount even though I’m the one who made a mistake, That’s some great customer service! Great guys. Not pushy on extras. Very friendly. And I'm pretty sure I got out at the 10 minute mark. They are good and proficient and work well together. I was hesitant at first but glad I went there. We will definitely be going back.
Went to get my oil changed today at the Take 5 on Coliseum. They gave me water and a snack and were super friendly and informative the whole time! It was a great experience! I brought my own windshield wipers and they even replaced them for me. Dylan and Thomas were the guys who took care of me and I will definitely be returning for them and their great service!
Wow! Such a great experience. They were slammed with customers yet they handled it in stride. They were efficient, thorough, and the height of professionalism. Yet, they were still fun and thoughtful. It was a sweltering day and they were so sweet to pass out cold bottle of water to everyone, in every car, waiting in line. They also gave Take5 Recess peanut butter chocolate bars and gummy snacks. Our kids were amazed by all the activity in the shop and it kept them occupied while they looked out the windows at everything going on. I wholeheartedly recommend TaKe 5!
The manager that helped us, Eric, is my dude! First time customer, spoke to me throughout the whole process, gave me advice on coolant and oil types, the whole 9 yards. Good price for all services provided, including new windshield wipers. Great crew, great service, I'm for sure coming back!
This location is the place to go for a quick but very thorough oil change, as well as many other services. Everyone here was really polite and nice and it just seemed like normal everyday today people which is what I really like when I go to a retail establishment. Definitely no fake nice customer service voices, just genuinely nice people that want to actually work on your car, not just for a paycheck. Five out of five stars 10 out of 10 100 out of 100 whatever you want to call it this is the place to go.
