I’m also a plumbing service provider, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Campbell’s on a Sunday night. I was just leaving a job in the Waynedale area when my work van suddenly shut down in the middle of traffic at a stoplight. I tried contacting my insurance company, only to discover that I didn’t have towing coverage. They offered towing service at a significantly higher rate than Campbell’s.
Before reaching Campbell’s, I had already contacted another company, but they had a three-hour towing rate and a slightly higher price. Unfortunately, the next company I tried didn’t have a working phone line. So, I finally called Campbell’s, and I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. They immediately wanted to get someone out to help. They assured me that someone would be there in 20 minutes.
To my surprise, Austin arrived in about 15 minutes, slightly beating the estimated arrival time. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and ensured that I was escorted to the passenger side of the vehicle to be out of the traffic. Austin got straight to work, securing the vehicle and taking me to my destination.
While he was working, he noticed something and pointed it out to me. It was informative to know that he had observed it. We had a pleasant conversation, and he explained how their process works. He also got the vehicle dropped off without any issues.
Considering the circumstances, it was a refreshing experience to receive such excellent service. As a service professional myself, I always prioritize taking care of my customers. I felt that Campbell’s followed the same principles.
I want to express my gratitude for getting me out of that unexpected and challenging situation tonight. They definitely have my business from now on, and I will recommend them to anyone else I know.

Called to have them haul my car to the shop, hoping they would be quicker than the other companies in town… and they were there within an hour. Not only that, but Brett took really good care of my car and even realized I left my wallet in there and brought it to me. His customer service was far above anything I’ve ever gotten from any other towing companies. Definitely recommend Campbell’s! (Ask if Brett is available, too)
Brett did any amazing job towing my car. Was there when he said he would be. He was very courteous. Even though my car is not the greatest condition.He took time and care with it when loading it and unloading it.
I called all around and was told wait times of +2 hours. I called Campbell's and Brett showed up in exactly 29 minutes. The lady on dispatch was also super sweet. I highly recommend them, the service was top notch.

Brett & Dayton are the best they came out in December to pickup my car and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! It was not in the best of locations nor easy to get but they we so polite and sweet about it! Thank you so much guys! You need a raise!

Also Friday I waited awhile to even find out about my car because the owner wasn't in. They knew they had it. I spent all I had to get it out of my mechanics shop Monday evening. Just to not make it home that was 10 mins away. I parked it in an abandoned fireworks shop parking lot. Mechanic was supposed to tow it but it was gone. No one cares about humanity anymore
At first they were nice owner came out to help, well they needed a bigger wench which I explained my vehicle pretty far down in the ditch. Anyway so they charge me for 2 trips told me if it didn't take that long only be 300.00. Dispatch lady said be there in 5 mins , long story short only took then 25 mins for them to upcharge me because I wouldn't give them my vehicle. And I quote from the owner your vehicle was smoking and knocking. I said give me the key I will be the judge , car was running fine, then he told me to back off the flatbed I just paid you 450.00 isn't that your job, very unprofessional. CONNN- ARTISTTT.
Joe was absolutely fantastic!! He went above and beyond with helping get the car towed today. My mom loved him and his kindness. We will be using him moving forward for all our towing needs
Called them when another tow company never showed up. Told me they would be here in 25 minutes, actually showed up in 15 minutes. Charged a fair rate to tow. This is who I’d call if needing a tow in Fort Wayne area
