I was in there the other day I spoke with an associate name Ernie he was very disrespectful and Arrogant unfortunately this is not the first time you need to train your employees on how to deal with customer service I won’t be coming back
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at FleetPride Mokena. I went in to request a clutch alignment tool, and the person at the counter told me flat out that “he’s not there to look for tools.” When I politely asked for help again, he was clearly annoyed and eventually told me to leave. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I expect at least a basic level of respect and support from a store that’s supposed to serve industry professionals.
If you’re looking for a frustrating experience, try ordering parts from this location. Repeatedly being placed on hold and disconnected seems to be the norm. Even attempts to reach out via email to a representative often go unanswered. If the team is overwhelmed or busy, a simple acknowledgment and a commitment to follow up—and then actually following through—would make a significant difference.
Some of these guys are so rude. You can’t even ask a question about parts availability, they seem to get upset when you ask anything. And when you tell them that someone is coming to pick up parts they just hang up and he also sounded very upset and offended that I need parts.
The guys who are answering the phone calls, they should be more nice with people and try to help. They sound so rude, and they are kinda lazy to help me to find necessary things

Mike has helped to find replacement after bad repair last week, but the behavior was not so good.
Not bad place if you got in trouble and need parts fast.
Those guys are no help, every inquiry I have about a part the first thing out of their mouth is "I need a part number, maybe you can call the dealership and get the part number." Maybe I should call the dealership and buy the part. Its no wonder stores like these are closing down, consumer's would rather buy online then spend the extra money for these brick and mortar stores. Good luck in the future.
Calling to inquire about parts for the first and last time . Soooo rude and disrespectful person and when I asked him why he's yelling he hang up the phone , called back to ask for a manager. Guess what no manager and no voicemail that I can leave for any kind of management and he hang up the phone . That's how professional this place is ?
