If i could i would give them 0 stars. No response for return label for refund. Buyer beware stay away from this place!!!!! PS: Ebay has been no better at helping to resolve this issue.

At least look these guys up on BBB or something; they sent the wrong part, wouldn't refund the purchase, and kept the part - fortunately it wasn't a lot of money but I'd avoid them.

Ordered a RAV4 door window switch for my wife’s car and when it came it looked good, but it didn’t work. I have sent multiple emails asking for a phone call or some way to return part to get another or get my money back no answer through the emails or even a direct chat. I am not happy with this company and would not recommend them if they plan on treating customers this way .. I don’t tend to leave feedback on products because I give the company time to fix the issue I have gave them two weeks so I have been very fair with this.. so this is a buyer beware…..
