I would give it a lower rating if I could, a bunch of highschool kids run the joint except the one older woman & man, all of them have an attitude for no apparent reason and half the time they are either on their phones or vaping nicotine/marijuana in front of customers face. It would REEK of weed when I would walk in to buy parts at times. Don't even bother calling them unless you're willing to wait on hold for 25+ consecutive minutes. I've already tried to make a few complaints to the manager 'Jorge' but I always get told that he is either not in or it's his day off. It kind of seems that the company doesn't care how the customers feel and I'm honestly getting sick and tired of coming here and would rather test my luck and scavenge at the junkyard. Smh

The customer service at the Oreilly Bolingbrook location is amazing. I came in for new windsheild wipers and a bulb for my front headlights. They helped me find the right products for my year, make and model, and installed the wipers all within 10 minutes. I would 10/10 recommend for your car needs. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Small store, but laid out well! Lots of detailing products. I like them better than Auto Zone.

I had to have them order a caliper for my car since it wasn’t available at the store. It arrived the next day and I went a head and installed it on my car. Everything went well till I tried to bleed the system. I couldn’t get any fluid or air out of that system. So I took it over to Firestone for when to bleed the system since I taught that it was the ABS module. However they told me that the caliper was defective and it was clogged internally…. Great brand new part that was already defective!!!! Since I had the car already there I figured I would have the fix it for me since it would take O'Reilly's at least a day to get me a new one. Because of this I had to spend an additional $400 because of their incompetence. Also I when I went to return the part I didn’t even get an apology. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE THIER PARTS ARE GARBAGE AND ITS JUST GOING TO COST YOU MORE TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

The attendants behind the counter are so helpful. They ask questions to make sure you have the correct parts. The store is clean and organized.

Bought the ultra halogens for my car and while they don't really help you see that much better like the package shows they hold up in value by increasing your visibility to other drivers. The cashier tried to sell mt the brightest LED bulbs which clearly state NOT to be used on the road. Which probably explains why I'm blinded by every other 02 audi a6 in town.

Pedro tested my battery, alternator, and starter. Alternator was bad. He had one the next day at 12pm. What a pro! I recommend him to everyone. Thank you for a great experience!

Jesus went above and beyond his customer service is the best I've ever had seen in a long time very pleasant easy-going likes to help has a heart of gold goes out of his way to help others which is a great trait to have other companies would die to have an employee like him. Items overpriced and no type of proper customer service. The rang me up while on phone paid me no attention. He didn't even offer me a bag and placed my change on counter

This store lost a pretty high paying customer over $5. I spent enough there to earn $5 in O'Reilly's rewards and used it to buy some bulbs that I thought were burnt out on my wife's car. Turned out they were not burnt out, so I wanted to exchange the bulbs for store credit for another item. Managers refused to give me the credit for my $5 rewards, so I will be going across the street to Autozone, or right down Rt. 53 to NAPA from here on out.

Jesus was absolutely incredible today. Not only was he kind, but he was willing to help me out across the street when my car died. He did a diagnostic test, tried jumping my car a few times, and when that didn't work, gave me a very fair price for a new battery and installed it for me. Thank you again, Jesus!

I was able to find the auto part easily. The website indicates they will install headlights, but the store clerk said due to their staff accidentally breaking a past customer bulb housing they won't install headlights any longer. Thankfully it wasn't terribly difficult to install.

For some reason, whenever I go here I can never locate the items I am looking for. The staff are super helpful and always point me in the right direction. I've recently discovered the online order/in store pickup option and I love it.

Great service. Bought wrong brake pads and returned them for the correct ones and took a hit on the difference on cost because i forgot my debit card in my other car.

I was looking for a part that I really needed For my car and Jesus was the gentleman who helped me. He was able to find the part quick. He was explaining to me what was the part for. He is a young man who is very knowledgeable. Had a great experience!

I walked into the location on Jan 27, 2020 and got into the line to be assisted. When my turn came to be assisted I was told I needed to stand to the side and wait while the representative assisted the next customer that came in and was behind me in the line. While that customer was being assisted another customer walked into the store and got in line which the representative than took that customer while I was still waiting. I than asked the representative for a card and explained to him I no longer needed any assistance because it was very unprofessional the way I was being treated . I do not understand the reason for why the representative treated me unfairly and did not value my time, but customers should not be treated with such disrespect.

Had a situation with a warranty battery. After one of the guy's there helped me, the situation was no longer. Friendly service. Thats what i look for and that's what i got.

Well was looking for O'Reilly s but turned out to be advance auto parts.. Guy was great .got me the piece of fuel line hose and clamps I needed..

Have been dealing with this store for 10 years, awesome people awesome price for everything, dont listen to other bad reviews, they want to deal with Autozone, if you bitching about waiting 10-15 min in line, at Autozone you wait 30 min in line and they never have the parts in stock, they have to order. wanna deal with professionals call for Maria or Domingo, there are the best people and they will get you in and out in no time. Best store ever !!!!!!!!

Knowledgeable employees who are quick to help you find what you need. Well organized store and if they dont have what you need they can get it within a day.

The custumer service sucked. I went in there loozing for one part and walked out with the wrong one 4 times within an hour. Most of which was waiting in line because all I was doing was exchanging the part each time and there was constantly 3 people in line.

I did some research before going in and verified the part was in stock. The in-store service was great and I was in and out in minutes. As with so many stores, a bit of time spent on the computer can make for a far better experience at the store. In this case, the O'Reilly website was able to confirm the part I was looking for and made the transaction seamless.
