Came here to write a bad review but I see they already have a 2.5 star out of 5 rating LOL. A company that sells a popular and quality product, how do you get a 2.5 star rating? LOL You have to be pretty bad. And they are.

I don’t plan on purchasing anything else from WeatherTech. The quality of their product has gone down and so has their customer service. I recommend doing some research and going with another company.

Purchased license plate frames online. Drove to pickup site at factory: provided email receipt and drivers license as ID. They wanted the credit card I had charged the purchase on and the charge had 'cleared' my card. I could not provide card at the time. Had to cancel order and get refund. What a fiasco and waste of my time driving there. Will not patronize business in future.

This will be the last time I purchase from WeatherTech. I have spent way too much money with these people to only find the quality is taking a dive - I am reminded of this every time I open the door to my $50K 4 Runner to see the worse part of the vehicle is the floor mats! On another note worth the mention - the Shipping and Handling prices are an outrage! If you want us to buy USA Made products, start looking after your customer base! $18.00 to ship a license plate cover and Cell phone cup mount? - Total Joke. Last time I purchase anything from them.

I really like the floor mats, that’s it!! Bug deflecter looks good on 17 Sierra except it too tight on the right side, obviously a defect. Other people have this problem. I put windows covers on too. They seem a lot cheaper then other brands. Also those are not made in the USA. By the way if you order directly from them they charge you. I’m 70 miles away. It costed me 53 bucks for ground delivery. Like I said , really like the floor mats. All I will recommend from them

I ordered online but canceled the order the next day. I was told I'd be emailed confirming cancellation. No email. Called over the next 3 days and spoke to 3 different customer service reps. Each gave me a different story about refunding my credit card. A pain but, after reading the reviews here, I'm glad I stopped my order with them.

Ordered the wrong size cup holder. I ordered the correct cup holder and it came right away. What I’m having trouble with is getting my refund from the incorrect one. I sent an email to request a return number, I waited several days, never heard from them. I called. I was 56th in line. Finally got through and got the return number I needed. They received my return on Jan 27th. It’s now 2 weeks into February and I still do not have my money back. I’m currently waiting on hold again...9 mins now... to check on my refund again. Good product, but better make sure you order the right item the first time. Some more customer service staff would be helpful as well.

More of the same… Weather tech needs to quit running national ads until they can get their act together operationally. My iPhone X with OtterBox would not fit in cupholder. No problem I thought, I’ll just send it back. Yes you will but you will pay freight, for a company that brags about being an American, they should do business like American companies and not Chinese. Management, you need to read these reviews and answer your customer base if you want to keep them.

I recently bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and as a gift my wife bought me a $200 gift card for weather tech merchandise. It has been 2 months now and I still can’t buy any products that are made for my truck !! Customer support will not do anything to reimburse my gift card and honestly they seem to not care about my situation. If you are buying any newer models do not look into this company they are not reliable nor ambitious with customer demand.

Liners are of decent quality but were not cut appropriately. Customer service was slow, unapologetic and shockingly indifferent. They were more than content to allow me to return the entire order (I still pay for shipping) and made absolutely no effort to remedy the issue. Give your business to a company that appreciates it.

Awesome five star floormats, awful customer service. They lost a star for each time I had to call for the other half of my refund. Every time I called they said 48 hours, I gave it a week each time. I never recieved it. Finally had to dispute it with my CC company. The floormats fit great and I like the brown color.

Unlike some of the reviews here, my purchase from Weathertech is positive. I purchased mats for my 07 Durango that held up well. I now have a 13 Explorer and plan on getting the mats, window vents and mudflaps for this car. There was a woman who mentioned the rear liner, I have to agree with her, it would be a pain in the butt every time I would need to the use of the third row seating.... Need to come up with another idea for that.... Kurt

I ordered floor mats for my Toyota Tundra. The rear floor mat fit perfectly. However, the front did not cover the middle and to make matters worse the passenger side mat will not stay in place and the grips on the bottom do not work.

Outstanding customer service from Jayson Anderson. Was looking for more information about hood protection for my 2017 Honda Civic Sedan. The best interaction from Jayson, even though my potential purchase price was under $60, he treated me like I was spending thousands. Jayson sent photos, followed up promptly, if not immediately to my questions. Give this guy a raise and put him in charge of customer service division!!!!

My husband bought me Weathertech car matts for my Birthday he spent over 200 dollars on my 8 year old Chevy Traverse a conversation for another day. Now if these weather tech matts had lived up to all the money they spend on marketing and the "Laser Technology" that goes into this product I would have gave him a pass. First off they are made of cheap plastic nothing special!..I give the front seat laser technology matts a B+ because they actually fit rather nice. My back seats you actually have to have the seat pulled up as far as it will go so the Laser Technology matt stays in place..never mind your knees will be embedded in the front seat! The 3rd matt is for the cargo area..but if you plan on actually using the 3rd bench seat you will have to remove the Laser Technology matt as it is to big..so it's either the matt or the 3rd seat!!! Not worth the money people..hope this honest review helps!! PS thats my passenger bench seat wish I could show u the video it's cheap and moves around as soon as you put your foot on the matt!!

Customer service is atrocious at weather tech. Do not bother wasting your time with this company. They are condescending and do not have time for existing customers. Buy your mats from the dealership instead. They will actually fit and you will probably receive much better service. My total from the Honda dealership was only $10 more than weathertech's pricing after shipping. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere when trying to protect your car's floor.

Their floor mats don’t property fit, if you post photos of the poor fit on one of their sponsored ads on Facebook attesting to the that fact, they will delete your photo and block you. A good company would contact you. My family also works in the car business and know their custom fit mats often don’t fit and that $20 universal mats are of better quality and fit.

Don't buy the window guards. 1st time one of them flew off my car. Second time they sent tape. I'm not messing with some tape in the middle of winter. They claimed they would send a refund never got it.

I ordered a rear seat cover for my dogs. I had purchased many cheaper varieties and liked them very much until they broke. So... I thought I would buy something expensive from WeatherTech. The cover I got was very well-made but has a severe design flaw. It does not attach in the front so therefore when the dogs walk around on it and it bunches up.....Soon the dogs are on the seat. I emailed customer support with a picture and explanation of what the problem was. They refused to even respond..... Last dollar I will ever spend at WeatherTech.

This has been a frustrating experience. I ordered an entire set of mats for my new car and find just one - the front passenger to be a poor fit. You can see in the pictures that the WeatherTech mats leave a large area above your feet exposed where the mat normally clicks in. This area is obviously not meant to be exposed and has some holes into the car interior. It's also pretty noticeable visually and when your feet are down there. I emailed and also called giving them an opportunity to make it right in some way and both times they just said too bad this is how our engineers designed it. I would return them, but that's too much hassle and there aren't any competitors that have it for my car since it's a 2018. Really disappointed in their customer service.

ordered floor mats for kia soul.driver's side perfect. passenger side not so much. called customer service they said, they are not perfect. They site said "ideal fit". It doesn't fit.

EDIT: WeatherTech took care of me after the issue detailed below and made things right. I changed my rating to five stars because it's nice to see a company strive to keep their customers happy! Now, with that said I still can't recommend the window deflectors. The mats and liners are great though. Well, yet another company that chooses not to stand behind their product (though they claim to). I recently purchased a set of their window deflectors only to install them and see a completely different look when comparing the fronts to rears (see attached pic). The latter stick out a full 1/4 inch more than the fronts and apparently this was a "conscious design choice". The item description references "OEM quality" and "sleek aerodynamic styling" but once installed it's clear that this product fails to meet those expectations. Now, since I already installed them they won't work with me in any way...kinda odd since the only way to see the odd fitment is to install them! If you're looking for window deflectors I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I will avoid Weathertech entirely going forward.

Ordered floor liners and a cargo mat fir my car, they only shipped the rear cargo mat. Online shipping and tracking saysborder was shipped and recieved, called to ask where my floor liners were and was told they were shipped seperately but not given a tracking number. Customer service is terrible, used to always buy these products for my new cars, will consider other brands next time

I own a GMC Sierra 2014, my truck has top of the line interior so I wanted to have the best floor mats in the market, Weathertech does a lot of advertising, touting their product as superior so I bought everything including a liner for the bed. My disappointment was to say the least huge, the cabin floor mats are made of PLASTIC not rubber as most other brands, that works for the bed liner but definitely NOT for your feet, extremely cheap and low quality in terms of the intended purpose, I'd say even unsafe for the driver as mats curl and do not stay put on the carpet. A total waste of money.

I ordered mats for my Lexus RX 18 mos ago. Very surprised to read other reviews - from the front & back floors mats and the cargo liner, everything fits like a glove! What prompted me to review them now is, vacuumed more car yesterday and drove off without the driver's side floor mat. Called WeatherTech to order another one, and the very helpful rep, Melvin, told me it was under warranty and another one would be shipped free! Wow, totally unexpected and I am a customer for life!!

Once a good product, I've spent a lot of money with this company. I recently bought a 75K truck and was excited that weathertech had a new color to match. After receiving in mail (folded and creased in a box as always) I laid it in the on the floor until it relaxed some. None the less, it is no different than the last few sets I've purchased. They DO NOT fit "true" and curl up around the edges. You expect a custom fit at the price point like it was when they started. Another american product gone to _ _ _ _. I will never purchased anything they make again. I really give them negative stars for going the other way with quality but have to give at least one star to make the post. Have a great day WeatherTech as I am reminded every time I get in my new ride that your product is the ugliest part on the whole truck !!!

I was a fan of the "all weather" but I recently purchased a new car and took the drive out to there factory. Great service very friendly and dogs are welcome. They haven't produced the rear seat protectors, but the front "floor Liners" fit like a glove I was impressed. $109.00 is not cheap but wet work boots, or spills won't make my car a mess.

Fraud, it doesn't fit and return policy is absurd, they charge you "restocking fee." Not worth $279 plus $18 for shipping so now I have no product and I'm short $42 for restocking and $18 for shipping, that's $60 plus return shipping of $14, comes to be $74 wasted.

I gave their customer service only one star because that was the lowest rating option. They don't even deserve that. Their product is two stars. I purchased my WeatherTech All-Weather floor mats online on their website, on 8-13-15 PO# 499913102. It looked easy enough. I put in my car model and year and the choices came up. After I looked at the pictures and watched the video I choose the non-laser-cut option in gray. On receipt, (8-20-15),I unboxed the mats (I ordered front and back mats) and began to install them. I first installed the front passenger mat and found they were a good 2 ½” too narrow on the left and 2 ¼” too narrow on the right. They were so long, they barely fit from front to back. I thought that they had shipped me the wrong mats. I then went to the driver side and it actually fit pretty well except that, unlike the picture on their website showing what my mat would look like, there were no holes for the hooks the car manufacturer installed to hook the mats, so they don’t move around. That was strange. I looked at the “knock outs” that were placed along the back of the mat, but none of the holes even came close to lining up with my hooks. I then went to install the back seat mats and, although they barely fit from front to back, they were inches too long. By now, I was more than a little frustrated as these “custom” mats were anything but. The best part was when I got the privilege of speaking with one of their wonderful no customer service representatives, Cathy. (At least that was the name she gave me) Right out of the shoot this female was defensive, obnoxious, sarcastic, condescending, rude, and argumentative. After going through my browbeating as to how I should have known this and it is perfectly clear that, I decided that I just wanted to return the mats for credit. She immediately confronted me with “we won’t refund your $15.00 delivery charge and you will have to return them at your expense”. I resolved that I was going to waste too much more of my valuable time dealing with this useless person and asked her to email me a return authorization to place on the box. She said to just send them back and that I would get a refund a week or two after they received them back. I did get a return authorization number from her, however. #230645. After hanging up, I thought to myself, how could I have put myself it this position? Did I just get a real witch for a no customer service person or is this a common occurrence? I immediately googled WetherTech reviews and to my amazement, all but one review was favorable. At least I am not the only one who thought the website info was, at best unclear. I was certainly not the only one who had a less-than-pleasant experience with the crack no customer service team. I was more disturbed when I read review after review about not getting their money back without a big hassle, or not at all. One guy never got his delivery at all and finally contacted his credit card company to get things resolved. I’m thinking that I will not throw good money after bad by paying to send the mats back and trusting this shady company to return my money. Again, I just don’t have the time to deal with this any longer. I hope this review will cost them a lot more money that they scammed me for, and that along with the other negative reviews from others, prevent unsuspecting shoppers from going through what we have. The product is marginal and not any better that what is available off-the-shelf product at Pep Boys, Walmart, or some other local company, costing a fraction of the price. These people do not deserve your business and their product is no great shakes. DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY!!!!
