I called in advance to check if they had my battery, which they did and they gave me an approximate price to replace it. They were right on target with the cost were prompt and professional in taking care of my battery replacement needs. I would definitely use them again if I have another phone issue.

I was there on Monday they guy not giving me any my purchase receipt as well he didn’t ask me my phone numbers for records When I bought head light bulbs for my But it’s not fixed in my car so I try to My money refund they refused to pay back because I paid cash So please if you visit this location please ask your recipient as well Put your phone number in system Very bad experience

I went to pick up a Li battery on Sunday, 6/22/25 at around 1pm. A quick stop, simple. There was nobody in the store. The clerk was talking to someone on the phone. He saw I needed help but stayed on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited. He could have put the person on hold for a couple minutes but continued talking. I walked out. I was a paying customer IN the store. Their employees need some re-training.

Very honest people working at the store. They could have sold me new batteries but repaired my battery instead.

Outstanding customer service from Mike today. Stopped in real quick to recycle a few things, grab a quick bulb, and get a battery replacement for a tiny second-hand clock.

This place says they are experts in fixing cell phones and that they can change the iPhone battery, so on 11/26/24 I took my iPhone 12 to replace the battery and after an hour they gave it to me and I realized that the face id was off, when I got home I tried to turn it on, but it didn't work, so I went back to the place and the same person tried to fix it. I waited another hour for the guy to tell me that unfortunately the face id cable was broken, that the phone worked fine but that he couldn't fix it, that I should take it to the Apple store. He gave me my money back, but he broke the face id cable that costs $300. If he had told me that there was a risk of breaking that cable I would not have given my phone, but that place says they are experts, and they are not. I do not recommend this place, they broke my phone

Our family called on Batteries Plus in Bolingbrook IL on Sunday afternoon, and on Monday late morning, a brand new Duracell Battery was installed for our Honda Van, in our driveway! We are very impressed with the person who answered our call, Alex, and the person who completed the installation, Mike. We will do business again with BatteryPlus in complete confidence. We highly recommend their service.

2 screen repairs now on my S22 Ultra because of crack. Fixed both times in a hour or less. No issues. Mike is the man there and actually knows what he is doing and cares! A+ service. They have my business.

First time coming here. I came in and was nicely greeted by an employee named Ty. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Every question that I had Ty knew all the answers. He’s like a guru when it came to batteries and bulbs I came in for a battery replacement. I was so happy that I ended up buying some bulbs as well. If I could give a higher rating I would. Definitely coming back here next time when I need batteries and bulbs.

I was warmly greeted over the phone. The person who took my call was very knowledgeable of the product I needed. The specific name brand I inquired was not available but I was offered a comparable item that is substantially less expensive. All this shows how knowledgeable and courteous Batteries Plus Employees are. Well done Bolingbrook, IL store.

Brian, the manager, is great. I went in for two repairs to my iPhone. He resolved one of the issues right away and then replaced my battery. While I was there, I also had my car key fob reprogrammed/replaced and I bought a battery I needed for my garage. This store has ton of great products from car batteries to electronic batteries to sump pump batteries plus lighting replacement etc. I almost forgot to mention marine batteries. If you own a business, you can open a commercial account with them and have parts shipped right to your business. I found this out by asking. I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in as my phone screen was cracked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Associate Colin was very pleasant and professional. He was able to get my phone fixed quickly and explained it wasn't the screen but the plastic coating that was damaged. I was blown away by how courteous and professional he was!!! Incredible customer service!!!! Something that's rare and hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend this store for your electronic needs.

The people that work in this place are absolutely fantastic. They are customer orientated, very friendly, and willing to help you any chance they get. I enjoy just going in there shopping around to talk to them. That is how pleasant the employees are at this place. I have purchased computer laptop batteries, flashlight batteries, and they even replace the batteries on my watch. Never up selling either.

When I called, Brandon answered the phone with a nice tone, he was professional, he said hello, his name, and "how are you to today".....wow what excellent customer service from the start!!! He was just as nice when I went to the store, and my phone was ready at the time he said that it would be!! Customer service means a lot to me and is so greatly appreciated!!! Had the correct batteries for two of my cars at a very reasonable price. Place the order online and got notified it was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes. Service was good inside and people were polite. I've purchased my sump pump battery replacement prior to this and had the same service level. I'll keep coming back every time I need a battery.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name this evening, but he was, and always has been very professional. I went in for three different services, and he very extremely knowledgeable upon all. Batteries Plus Bulbs has obtained an outstanding employee. Customer service experience was like none other as well! Great experience! Will continue to patron because of guys like this.

Took a watch on for a new battery and they badly scratched the back of the case. Even worse they did not tell me they scratched it, they hoped I didn't notice.
