Very unhelpful. Was expecting the item I purchased to be delivered from the store the following day. No call no email. I wait a week still no item. I got bounced back and forth with the store and customer service for two days. I never got my item and have no way of canceling my order. Complete waste of my time. I will avoid ordering from Napa ever again.

Jack went the extra mile to help me figure out why my taillights are going out more often than they should and gave me a solution. Use this store!

I was more than happy they were able to get in the rear wiper for my Prius. I stopped in around noon and they had it that afternoon. The price was reasonable, and the staff is friendly.

Team was very friendly, and I was in & out within just a few minutes. Very helpful.

I was looking for a rare m14 metric bolt for engine mount. Marco is awesome employee. He checked on his computer couldn’t find exact but went in the back and looked for something that will work. He found it. I love his I CARE attitude. They are not a lot ok people like him left.

Waited on hold for 25min as I drove to the location to look for parts. Waited five min in store before Michelle approached counter to help me. Turn out they didn't have the part. Asked to use restroom and was told they are not for customers and a second later a customer walks out of the bathroom and to the counter for their order. They do not care about customers at all.

Thanks for your help! I just changed my own brake light in 5 minutes. I appreciate the guy that showed me what to do and told me I could easily do it myself. I am sorry I didn't catch his name.

Called to make sure the part i needed was there, the lady that answered the phone had the part on the counter waiting for me when i got there. Unfortunately i don't remember her name but this was Tuesday night right before closing time.

I called and ask for a part. A lady on the phone said yes we have it and gonna put it on the side. I drove 35 miles, when I got to Napa in Bolingbrook the front desk said sorry false alarm but we don't have that part. It's frustrating Just say let me check or we don’t have it, don't make me drive 35 miles for nothing.

Awesome service... came in last minute when battery died and the store was about to close. The employee helped, didn't act rushed, and even helped me find a discounted product to help save a few bucks. He also took the time to sign me up for the NAPA Rewards Program even though the store was closing. This was all during sub freezing temps and snow... I am sure the employee was ready to go home and I am very appreciative of the great service! Date of purchase was 1.31.19 at 7pm

I went here to pick up some light bulbs for my headlight. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in selecting the right kind of bulb and finding it in the shelves. The location is also very convenient next to a major road and not too far from the freeway ramp.

Had to replace my car battery, not only did sarah offer great advice on some of the particulars of changing my make/models battery, but junior lent me his ratchet set to finish the job. Truly amazing customer service

I have a foreign vehicle. Napa gave me the part I need it the same day. AutoZone and O'Reilly's wanted 3 days for me to get the part.

The store is located on a major street. The part was there as promised. The staff was polite and friendly.

Helpful staff good parts variety. they stock oem brands that autozone and the other parts stores don't such as NGK plugs

Worst customers service, went there to buy a scratch pen for my car. Only one cashier on the phone not able to ask if the customer needs help stood there for 10 mins still on the phone, end up not buying.

Michele is professinal, knowlegable, and personable. My experience with her was nothing short of excellent. I knew i was in good hands from the moment i walked in!! I am rating Napa Bollingbrook 5 out of 5 for their excellent customer service..they just made my experience a breeze!!!
