The gentleman that answers the phone is one of the rudest non helpful people to be in the towing business. Talk about kicking the community while they’re down. Not really sure why the city gives these people a license to steal from their citizens. Do not let the police tow your vehicle to this facility. They pack cars in as tight as they can so it’s a pain to get towed out of the yard. Gate was broken at the front as-well and the owner refuses to do business unless you pay cash. If you need a police release from the city they will not tell you what it is going to cost to remove the vehicle from their lot. Please if you decide to get a tow call anyone else!
It's a towing company you can call at the time their needed and won't be refused, unless you're over 20 or 30 miles away.
They're very reliable and prompt.
Not open on Sunday.
This place is terrible. My car got stolen then found and was impounded here. It took 2 weeks for my insurance company to get it out. They slow leak info you need to get it out. After they had it for over a week they finally told my insurance company they need a police release.
