I just had an amazing experience with Patterson Towing! I called him on Friday night to come get my abandoned truck that was on shoulder of I55, the guy gave me the best affordable price and showed on site in 30 minutes. He didn’t charge me for 7 days of storage for my truck and when my driver got there batteries were dead but he came and jump start the truck for free. Definitely call Patterson Towing if you are in the area!
had the worst experience with this towing company. My truck froze up in a parking lot, and I contacted them to have the vehicle towed to a repair shop. They initially provided an estimated arrival time of 60 minutes but took a full 2.5 hours to show up. Once on site, the crew suggested they could fix the issue instead of towing the vehicle, and we agreed to let them attempt the repair.
However, things only worsened from there. The mechanic disappeared for a couple of hours after initially inspecting the truck, then returned briefly before leaving again without any updates. As a result, we wasted the entire day waiting for non-existent progress.
To make matters worse, the dispatcher, named Herb, was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional throughout the entire process. His lack of courtesy and disregard for customer concerns only added to the frustration.
This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish, and I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable towing or repair services.
There is no way to express how incredible this towing company is. In a desperate time, Herb happened to notice us struggling in a parking lot to get my sons truck loaded and came over to see if he could help, in the pouring rain, off the clock, he was a lifesaver. After some assessment of the situation he was able to arrange to have two trucks come on site and work together to get the truck that had locked wheels loaded on our trailer so we could get it back to Ga. The kindness, respectfulness and professionalism from Herb and Colt will never be forgotten. Thank you will never be enough!!
Horrible customer service and very rude to say the least! We were charged over $1k to get our trailer back after it was towed less than 15 minutes away and charged a $100 yard fee. Our trailer had obviously just been towed there because it hadn't even made it in the gate!! We called several times just to figure out where our property was and it took them more than a couple of hours to get that information to us knowing they had just took it 15 minutes away. They do not accept cards only cash or cash app all of which is a huge inconvenience especially for truckers who aren't from the area! Please be aware if your property is ever TOWED by this company!
Fast and very professional!!! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that the driver was so courteous and respectful. I was sooo stressed out about being stranded and not knowing what was wrong with my car but just getting rescued so quickly made it a little better. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do......PATTERSON TOWING IT IS!!!!

Shoutout to Herb! I called because my car died on 64. Herb gave me an ETA and stood by it. He Got my car loaded up in 5mins and towed it to my repair shop and dropped my key off with vehicle information ! A1 Service
I just wanna give this company, a HUGE "THANK YOU!!"....I called them today...and in less than 45 minutes, they had a serviceman and rollback at my vehicle.... had me picked up, and on its way to its destination. I've never had quicker, ....better service, anywhere, ever....at any time. I highly recommend this company!
Worse towing experience I’ve ever had, told me 2000$ up front and after towing charged me 3500$ or he was threatening to impound my truck. When i tried to ask him what about my receipt, driver or owner whoever he was , deny and abuse me. I ended up calling cops and he ran away. He still have not provided me receipt. Better watch this company and be aware and better to call someone else. I had called different companies with price range 2500$ and when this guy give me his rate 2000$ I thought he is very decent but i have already explained what happened at the end.

Showed up within an hour of the call and was professional and hooked my truck with ease. Then went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!! It was very appreciated!!
I had to travel to Minnesota today which is due for a snowstorm tonight. So I wanted to hurry up and drop my delivery and I had just enough time to drive back south out of the snow storm.
I called this company at 3:00 a.m. which I know is inconvenient but there are tow services available at that time. I asked if the guy could be to my truck by 5:00 a.m. he said yes. I called to update location but no one would answer.
2 hours late and I may not be able to drop tonight.
They should have just said they weren't coming until much later. That would have been so much better and kinder. I work all night and I have to physically move this bulk product off my trailer. Why they had to screw me over?

My fiance was driving one of my vehicles back to her parents house 3 hours away from us when it broke down on the side of the highway and it was getting pretty late. The company worked with me on the limited information I could give them on the location of the vehicle. They were able to pick up the vehicle and even held it overnight for me without extra charges so I didn't have to stay up late waiting to make the payment and dropped it off the next morning. I was really pleased with how they responded and kept me informed of what was going on with the tow. I would definitely use them again.
I am impressed with the service provided by Patterson Towing. I've used them on several occasions and they are always super efficient. They often arrive before the estimated arrival time and their drivers are courteous. They take great care in getting the vehicles to their destination. If you have the misfortune of a car break down, don't hesitate to call them. They provide awesome service.
