This has to be the worst, most incompetent company on the planet. American Family Insurance works with them for total loss claims and CoPart makes it hell to get anything done. No one seems to know anything. Poor customer service. They can't even explain to me why my documents aren't being accepted. They've had "technical difficulties" for a month. I would call, everything is fine, then get an email stating the documents weren't accepted. Over and over and over for weeks. BUT NO ONE KNOW WHY. Awful. Hope they go out of business.

Just got a car from them. Paid for delivery through them. When the car showed up it had damage that was not shown in the pictures. I called them but they would not take responsibility for their mistakes. This company is really irresponsible

Loaders were quick and careful loading but office is slow the office puts me behind schedule every time I go there

My car was come with out key but on pictures there has,I was walk to office and supervisor of this lot was meet me and say go a way because there a lot people wait in inside and no space for me,after that I was go there and that people who sit there they just talk and drink coffee,one guy stay 10 min for get receipt from copart pick up Not recommended this place,workers just chill from one corner to another It’s first and last time I came here for pick up Managers also just walk and drink coffee and tell jokes Not serious!!! I think to copart need think about this people and figure it It’s copart reputation

One of the worst Copart locations ever! 3 of my cars came without keys from the same location when I called them. The lady told me to wait. I was in hold for 15 minutes and after that she came out to tell me there is nothing she can do besides the three cars without keys I have two other cars they came with the damage that wasn’t in the photo so the driver they have is not a professional and doesn’t know how to drive the loaders. Unresponsible be-careful when you buy cars from this branch

They work very slowly. The managers are rude to the customers. They have a very bad attitude towards the customers. The boss, an elderly woman, also does nothing to improve the work process. The workers are very lazy and slow.

I hit a deer car was towed to their lot. Simone took my personal items out of my car ripped off my plates causing more damages to my vehicle. The vehicle was released after the estimate was done and brought back to me this place kept all my personal items and has gave me a run around for over a week about getting my items back. The customer service is a joke

Im giving one star because let me put 0, i’ve been having an issue with souther copart since September!!! They agreed to refund me money to my account for a vehicle i purchased and they destroyed by accident!! I have yet to receive the money back.. and they don’t answer the emails we send… can some one please help me !!

I check the reviews before going to this place due my vehicle was totaled in an accident was towed there. I had go on my lunch break and get excuse time from work because their hours are from 8 to 4:30 and I don't get off work until 5pm and they are not open on Saturdays. I did get all my belongings out of the car, which they tampered with and threw in back of the my SUV. But when I ask for the license plates they took off the vehicle, they couldn't find where they put up in the building and ask if I have my receipt to reimburse me for losing my plates in storage? I would not recommend this company due to their employees take their own slow time and not apathetic when they lose other people properties in the cars or even when they removed people valuables still in cars that being towed to this place.

Very Slow Service. copart, can you really not hire another employee for little faster service ??? People!!! don't waste your time. here you will lose your day...and mood. There's an insurance auction(IAAI) 6 minutes from here.

they damaged the car that we had gotten, wouldn’t give us any money back towards the damage they had done with their fork lift. They said the keys were in the car when they weren’t and said “well they are supposed to be in there i don't what to tell you” their customer service is terrible. We had driven 3 and a half hours for this car when the pictures showed no damage but there ended up being damage.

I had my vehicle stored here. They stole $200 pair of skates out of my car, my iPhone charger, and a coin purse with about $20 in it. Don’t take your vehicle here

the worst copart of all where I've been, absolutely no one wants to work, first he took 3 cars for 4 hours, even though I had an appointment, and then he spent another 2 hours trying to take the titles. terrible people work here

The worst service I have ever experienced. My driver made an appointment in the morning for car pick up, yet after 4 hours of waiting the car was still not brought out. The workers were very rude. After a while my driver had to leave. Due to that fact I will now have to pay additional storage fees and look for a new driver. This had been a complete nightmare. On top of that I been trying to call that copart location and they keep dropping my call. Avoid this location at all costs.

This place is a joke, their rules for payments, pick ups, titlework is a bureaucratic joke... Their employees are slower then DMVs and don't care about anything. No one cares to help you, communication is not existant. Stay away from Copart, there are many other auctions with much better policies & helpful people.

I'd like to say I've never had issues with Copart but my gosh this is one of the WORST locations with the WORST people! They charged me storage fees for two days because they said I didn't make an appointment to pick up the vehicle. No where on the invoice does it say an appointment is required to pickup. The manager Sherri said she just didn't feel like getting rid of those fees. Wow. Nice one! She sure lives up to her position! Not sure how she ever got that position. I don't recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this lot!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My vehicle was with y'all being evaluated and I got back tonight and my personal belongings were gone

I’ve never put a negative review but this one deserves to be my first. There is a dude in the front, I’ve never seen anyone like him before. I went in and paid my cars off, and picked them up. Guess what, they still charged me for storage fees.

Forget your position in the line if check out first it’s not mean you going to be loaded first, loaders doing mess ! Not organised personal. Not help people how to work with Kiosk Copart

Pretty good experience. It was brief signing over our wrecked vehicle. The people there seemed just as confused as we were about the steps we needed to take. We had paperwork from our insurance company, but they had no idea what we were giving them

Sheri was friendly and polite answering my questions. 5 stars because this location allows previews every day of the week and has a buyer friendly pickup policy for clean title/driveables. 👍

Rude people. Slow service. If somebody totals out your vehicle, DO NOT let their insurance company release your vehicle here. They will drag their feet & delay your claim.

I hv bought 3 cars from copart and it was all a mess, last night the 2017 accord I bought came and it’s a total wreck different from what they show in pictures. The inside is totally dismantled cuttings through the wires and speakers at the back all taken, am so devastated and depressed, how do I repair car here and use, I wish I could just return the car for even half of my money, copart never truthful with the details and history of car. but I must state I don’t know which branch of copart, the address is 1475 bluff city Blvd

I came here to get my possessions out of my car that had been totaled, and towed here. Very impressive operation, and well organized. The staff were helpful and kind!

I'm currently in a situation where Copart "purchased" my vehicle from my insurance company after an accident. After sending back to them the Power of Atty Title via FedEx, they said it was never received. I got the receipt from FedEx with the name of the employee who signed for it, then they said - oh the package we sent had the wrong vehicle information on it. "We'll send you a new package via email". That was 4 days ago. I would call, but every time I call or email, I have to deal with a new representative - I'm on my 4th after one month. I'm terribly disappointed my Insurance company opted to use Copart... they seem disorganized and quite inept.
